  • Company contacted me immediately after I messaged them through Angie's List. Martin gave me an estimate and set up an appointment. This was a time-sensitive job. Guys came out on time and did the job in a professional manner. Replaced the plug and the receptacle and made it better than new to prevent recurrence of the problem. Couldn't be more pleased with this service and would hire them again in a minute. The picture I provided is the "before" picture.

  • Contractor first powerwashed our sadly neglected deck, which brightened the wood considerably.  I had to provide the waterproofing sealant, and the kind I got had to be applied on dry wood, so he came back the next week to finish the job.  I feel much better about spending time on my deck now. I would call them again.

  • I have been using the company for 3-4 years. We usually call Doug for any service. He is very reliable and does a great job. He is very meticulous in his work. It is very easy to schedule with them when  I need their service.

  • We used Wes Hall because of a recommendation from one of our friends and were not disappointed. My fiancee raved about the friendly service and attention to detail Wes provides. While my fiancee picked out the paint color Wes, guided her on what would look best in each room for accent walls and trim. He repaired the fence in the backyard making it look like it did when we first built our house. He even saw that our dogs water bowl was low and filled it! We had a potted plant that needed hanging but we did not have the right hook for the ceiling, my fiancee said Wes went out to his truck, grabbed the proper hook and had it up in 5 minutes free of charge. Finding someone with "old school" traits of taking pride in your work, attention to detail, finishing the job and reliability is very hard these days but I can honestly say that we have found it with Wes Hall. We will use him for any of our future needs and definitely suggest that you give him an opportunity to provide the same professional service we experienced.

  • Derek came over to hang an entry door and install a bathtub. But upon taking the old door off we discovered that the door frame and the entire sill plate across the front of the unit was rotted out. Before I could have a heart attack Derek said, "We can fix this," and he did!
Most folks would have looked at the rotted wood and said, "Get this fixed and I'll come back and hang the door." Derek kept me calm as the problem grew from the door frame, to the sill plate, to the framing across the adjacent room. "It's not too bad." Really? My finger was hovering over the panic button. He sent me to the store for supplies and jacked up the wall, pulled out the rotted sill plate and cut new lumber to line up exactly with the sill plate bolts, even sliding new sill plate under the interior wall. I was absolutely astonished.
He also hung the door perfectly--straight, square, and air-tight--no mean feat in a shifty old house.
We didn't get to the bathtub yet, but I'm just glad I have a door rather than a sheet of plywood nailed over the doorway, which is where I would expect to be given the situation. I'll wait to see when Derek is available again so we can do the tub and fix the drywall.

  • First there was difficulty in scheduling the appointment because their office staff did not communicate with their other people well.
After they finally came and worked at removing the old grout for a while, they found that it was very hard work. Duh, that is what we hired them for! They said that it was too hard for them to continue, and asked that we buy some caulk softening chemical and finish the removal ourselves! They would come back and apply the new caulk which they asked us to purchase. My wife and I figured that, at this point, we needed to finish the removal since they were clearly not motivated to do it well. After we were done, and let the area dry for several days, they did come back and do a decent job of applying the new caulk.

  • Arrived 2 hours late. When they arrived they got a sample and they left again and were gone for another hour. Ran out of material (ceiling popcorn spray can) and left again. Then, for a third time they again ran out of same material and again left.  The owner told me they were experimenting with a new product.    YOU DON"T EXPERIMENT ON SOMEONE"S HOME. Two workers, each time they would both leave together no one stayed behind to do work while the other went for material. They did not prep the room for mess. They got ceiling splatter on carpet, wall, door and bed. I questioned why they didn't cover/prep room for mess....said they did not have enough material. They did not seem concerned until I brought up issue. They removed a portion of attic insulation leaving a large open area with no insulation. They did not seem concerned to replace insulation until I brought up issue. They had to come back a second day to finish the job that they were late starting. They had to stay late to clean up all their messes that should have been prevented/prepped in the first place. Now the dried paint does not match the existing paint.

  • Al was originally giving us a bid to put up a privacy screen on the side of our yard.  When he gave us the bid, I asked him to put up two curtain rods and a wheel on our gate, due to not having the funds for the privacy screen at the time.  I found out that he charges a trip charge and $60 per hour.  Our total for the curtain rods and wheel for the fence was not worth $140.00.  I felt ripped off, but at least got the work done.  If you call him get a bid on the project you want done (ie., the privacy fence) and make sure you have the cash to do it right away!

  • Contacting the company is a pleasure. An informed representative answers the phone and takes down the initial information. From there, you can tell that each person you speak with is experienced, polite and professional. The company was very responsive to my inquiries and even patient with any changes I made. Their price was unbeatable and their attentiveness to detail was surprising. They started this major job one day and were done by the end of the second day... amazing in itself. The completed job exceeded my expectations and looks fantastic. The company did a thorough cleaning of the grounds surrounding the property in addition to contacting me after the job was done to assure all my expectations were met. It just doesn't get any better than that. Highly recommended.

  • He is great and extremely reasonably priced. He is honest and will let you know if it is a project or a job he in unable to perform. He does a great job and will go to great lengths to make sure everything is correct and will make sure you are happy with the finished product. He has even came back out on a Saturday to make corrections (that were due to my misunderstanding.) Could not ask for much more!!! Would recommend to anyone!
