  It was excellent. They did an outstanding job. They communicated and told me how everything was going to go. They worked around other contractors to service a house I am putting up for sale. I originally got them just to do the outside surface area's of the house but then they advised they do the roof. They did a small section initially to show me the difference and it looked good. They had a problem in the middle of the service but they went and repaired their machines and finished the work. They where very careful to work around the weather to ensure they do a quality job. They where very nice. I would highly recommend them.

  It went well. I would have rated A across the board except I rated a B for quality because 2 motion detector lights had to be replaced due to water getting into the sensor, so we did have to spend time to take them down, take them back to the store for replacement under warranty and have to reinstall them. Despite requesting special care be taken to cover the wooden front door, there were splash marks evident, but the owner Daryl addressed the issue and handled it very professionally. I think his work ethic is good and he wants his customers to be satisfied, so it all worked out well in the end.

  The driveway and paths around the house looked great after the work. From what I can see, the gutters have been cleaned well. For the windows, there's really no substitute for Windex and elbow grease, but at least they were all washed. The company owner was very polite, responsive and responsible, and came back a third time to work more on the windows. The work took about 40 man-hours over 2.5 days and on day 1, the guys worked until after dark. My main issue was that I was blindsided on the price. I knew I'd have to pay more for a house larger than 4000 sq. ft., but considering I'd already paid $499, the request for the additional $850 was a surprise. My fault for not being clear about the pricing up-front, and as they offered to do extras e.g., the fence, the bill was adding up.
