    They did come on a Saturday to review the project and scope out the work with me and they were very professional and on time. However, from there things went downhill, they said the would get a bid in 1 week. 1 week went by and i never heard from them, so I called and they said they needed a few more days to complete the bid and send to me. I NEVER heard from them again. I did not followup. As a result i gave the job to Noack Landscape in Tomball, who got me a bid the same day and completed the project below budget ($13,000.00). Noack Landscape and Jordon (PM) did an awesome job and i would recommend them to anyone in the Northern Suburbs of Houston.

    Tito was very efficient and professional. He fixed 2 zones with busted pipes, 2 zones with rotors, and several sprinkler heads in no time. Tito told me up front his fee would be $250 and I felt that was a fair price. He's an expert with water conservation via your sprinkler system. Tito also has a remote control that works with certain systems so that he doesn't have to go back and forth to the control panel. Would definitely hire him again!

    Josh phoned ahead and arrived on time. He is very professional and personable. He was extremely thorough and our system is better than it ever was. We have an area of about an acre and a half that is irrigated, so it is a large job. He was quite knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed and fixed all the problems. He also gave advice on the frequency of watering in the different seasons and reprogrammed our system for fall. We used the $39 tune up coupon and then paid to have everything repaired that needed it. It was a blessing to get this all done properly, especially some problems areas that we could not figure out, like water hitting our porch railings from the bushes.

    NO CALL, NO SHOW!! The worst! When I called to find out why no one ever showed up or even bothered to call me they told me I was 're-scheduled' but I was never told about it. They offered to send someone out that day but if this is how they do business and are this unorganized I don't know if they could do a good job. Everyone's time is valuable and I try not to do business with companies that don't seem to care about it.

    We were extremely impressed with both the thoroughness and professionalism of the technician who performed the work. Did not try and upsell and actually gave us more than we paid for. Work done was of an extremely high quality. We never go for the cheapest quote, what we look for is are we getting what we are paying for and we did, and then some. Will definitely work with them again.

    Great! The tech came out the next day and got the repair done. The receptionist helped a lot when I called in to schedule the appointment, she directed me to the special on Angies List. This saved me some money. While the tech was here he inspected the system and pointed out a couple of things that could be done in the future to improve the system. A good company!

    Adam initially reviewed our entire system and suggested corrections most of which we did not pursue at this time.  But he did what was needed and did more to correct some existing problems which he said he would - and then some..  Previous estimate from other provider was higher and they did not even look at existing related system.
    Crew was exceptional and local.  Completed work in a very timely manner. Coould not be more please with the whole operation.

    I asked this company to check for a possible leak in the system because my water bill was extremely high. Lee replaced a rotor and nozzle, which I later learned cost 3x as much as what other companies charge.
    I promptly paid by credit card and asked for a detailed receipt when the job was through and received just a credit card receipt showing the cost with no details.
    I emailed the company and asked for a detailed invoice that specified what service was performed, parts were replaced and what the warranty was on them.
    2 weeks went by and I received no reply, so I called the office and Paul the owner answered the phone. When I asked him to please email me a revised invoice to include the service the technician performed and the brand name and warranty information on the parts that were replaced, he became defensive, saying that is not how he does business, his customers don't need
    to do anything but call him. I couldn't get a word in as he ranted on and on and talked over me for 20 minutes before he finally and reluctantly agreed to send a revised invoice, which turned out to be of no use to me because it did not include the items his technician stated he performed and even worse, contained the wrong information regarding the timing on the controller.
    Perhaps that is the way he does business, but having a prompt paying customer ask for a detailed receipt for their records is not an insult, it is just normal business in the 21st century, where every customer has a right to receive warranty and part information, a description of the service(s) that are performed, and a copy of the visa receipt that they have paid.
    When I told Paul this and said that providing good customer service would mean more referrals in the future, he condescendingly replied, "You people! - I don't need your business or customers like you, blah, blah, blah."  What people is he referring to? If all I get is insulted and such a difficult time when all I ask for is a decent receipt, I would hate to think of what would happen if I ever did need service in the future!
    Never have I had to deal with a business that has been as insulting or uncooperative as this.
