    Attic Innovations
Heard about them on the radio. Thought it sounded like a good idea. Had them come out and they felt it was best to install 2 fans instead of 1 due to the size of my house being kind of on the border between 1 and 2 fans. I'm fine with that. Agreed to have them install the fans. They sent out what seemed like 2 kids that were either just out of high school or maybe on a break. Makes me a tiny bit nervous but, fine. I could hear them cutting through the roof and just letting the plywood and roofing materials just fall into the attic. In my opinion, they were EXTREMELY lucky that these pieces did not pierce the sheet rock on the ceiling. Seems a bit on the lower end of a "professional" job but, I thought, "...that stuff in the attic really won't make a noticeable difference in my insulation." Not impressed by that but, ok. First rain storm comes along and there is a wet spot in my sheet rock in the ceiling. Call them and arrange to have someone come out to have a look and fix whatever the issue is. They come out and say, "...we put some sealant around the vents and we think that should fix it. We'll call the guy to fix the sheet rock when we get back to the shop." Didn't hear from them for a week. Called them and they said they would talk to the sheet rock guy and have him call me. Didn't hear from them for a week. Called them and they said they would have the sheet rock guy call me the next day. Didn't hear from them for a week. Got a nice rain storm a couple days ago and found out that they are still leaking. Called them again today. They aren't able to come until next week...I hope. During all the time that this has been going on, no one has actually been in the attic. They didn't look on the initial install and didn't check when they were "fixing" the leaking roof. They have not returned my calls when they said they would. The kids that came to repair it were over an hour after the end of the time window they gave me. The only reason they got that "high" a mark on professionalism is just because the person that answers their customer service line is always very nice. Hasn't got anything fixed yet but, is super nice about it. I know that is questionable but, I'm trying to find something positive in this exchange. Bottom line is that these people/kids are going to come and cut a hole in your roof. Whoever does that should know what they're doing. Just think about it before you do this. Is it worth it, really? I now have water damaged sheet rock and who knows if the insulation is getting moldy in the attic. I'm sure they won't know because not one person from Attic Innovations has been in the ATTIC. My sheet rock has yet to be fixed but, that is probably almost a good thing for them since the leak never got fixed in the first place. They can just fix the sheet rock once now. Aside from all of that is probably the biggest issue with this whole mess. If you are going to sell that house later on (which we were thinking about doing later this year), you now have to disclose that you have had a leak in your roof. They can't put sealant on that and they can't get back for you what you are going to lose in home value due to that. Sorry for the super long winded description but, just wanted to get my story out there. Please consider this long and hard before you let someone cut a hole (or two) in your roof. I cannot recommend this service.

All Texas Home Services Experts Sales & Remodeling
He refused to honor the contract and argued with every bullet item on the contract claiming that I had to select one item or the other ,when clearly all items were included in the contract. He clearly did not read the contract and when I showed it to him in writing he simply argued every point making no sense at all.

    ARC Roofing & Reconstruction
Jason and his wife Sara are such a blessing to work with. Jason was always on time for appointments and kept me updated with anything he found that should be addressed. They had all the work completed within 3 days and had everything cleaned up and trash removed. We are extremely impressed and feel this family truly cares about their customers. I am excited to have found a company that I can call on for just about any project I need done. They do it all. Thank you both so much! Patty Irwin/Donald Collora

    All Attic Insulation
They provided a quotation on a Tuesday and were able to fit us in their hectic schedule on a Saturday. They promised to be done in 6 hours and they were right schedule.

The team were professional, courteous and informative.

The owner followed up a few days later and brought dog treats for our quadrupeds, inspected all heir work and went through all the enhancements they completed as part of their services.

    Attic Innovations

The project went very well.  The home was built in '98, and the insulation code at that time was not very strict on the amount of insulation, so blowing in what we did brings us up to current code and should better insulate the attic's heat from the living space.  Additionally, though not difficult for a professional to discover, I appreciate the contractor discovering that my existing air soffits were completely covered up by the old insulation (save one) and were not even functioning.  This is one reason the attic was so stifling before.  They were on time for both the planning and execution side of things.  Tom was a pleasure to work with, very knowledgeable on his craft.  I had several quotes from different providers, all around the same price for the most part but felt good about Attic Innovations.

On the day of the installation, they showed up with all the necessary equipment and enough people to get the job done in a timely manner; it felt like a production.  I think Attic Innovations is a family business that is here to stay.  I feel confident that I won't have any difficulty getting them to return should there be any cleanup items or service needed

    SNR Home Services
Painted my 10x20 shad and he didn't have enough paint which I provided.  The painter offered to locate a paint store whereby he could match the same color and he didn't charge me for the extra hour he spent obtaining the paint. I very happy with the outcome and I will use SNR Home Services again.

    High Ends Flooring - Homeco
The flooring was a hickory hand scraped wood flooring that had been discontinued.  We purchased the home from a previous home owner and builder and we wanted to finish out the downstairs with matching flooring.  After working with several other companies, we came across this company that was able to help.  They were very professional, visited our home to confirm matches and after several weeks were able to locate the flooring.  They handled the installation as well and remained completely involved throughout the process.

    Seek Design & Renovation
Everything went very well.  Don, our contact with Seek, was very professional and punctual.  The workers assigned to the project showed up on time and worked late to complete the job in fewer days than had been estimated.  Their work was also of very high quality.
