    I woke up at 3pm to a house that was 80 degrees. I was contacted by this company just before 4 after looking on Angie's List. The technician, Monte, was here right at 5 and got straight to work. He was able to find the problem (a float switch had been activated) and correct it. He took the time to explain everything and showed me where the switch was located, how to clear it, and where the main A/C drain tied into my home's plumbing. He also took the time to explain that today's problem would continue to pop up if I didn't have the hose and pea trap cleaned. Very honest, professional, and punctual. I will definitely keep this company around.

    Excellent installation, master plumber went out of his way to make sure everything worked well in the house, furnances, hot water heaters, gas range, gas fireplace. I will hire them again if I have any problems with plumbing or electrical. They follow up on everything to make sure you are pleased with their service. Very impressive

    it went really great and troy was very polite, informative and through. he explained the nest thermostats reason for not functioning properly and had the same explanation as i thought. he cleaned out my drip pan and showed me before and after pictures which was a nice addition to go along with the explanation about his observations. nice guy, thanks troy

    First you have to understand that the builder installed HV/AC system in my new home was a quality system incompetently installed and with substitute parts. I discovered this when I first called Ferrugia Mechanical to do my first seasonal inspection and they gave me all the bad news. I had my builder remedy all the installation defects and so we are now doing spring and fall seasonal checks. At year 2 the system already needed 2 lbs of freon, not normal. This year it was 2 lbs low again so Ferrugia technician checked for leaks and found AC evaporator coil in the attic was leaking. The box it is within had been sealed and opened before by the original installer, funny, why? The coil is not the same as the original mfg. of the rest of the AC system but a mfg. acceptable alternate and it is substantially cheaper, already rusting. The system mfg. stood behind the 5 yr warranty and will replace it with an OEM coil because the alternate coil mfg. is out of business, surprise. The Ferrugia technician, James, has been most thorough in his inspections of my system and making sure that it is performing at 100% before the 5 yr warranty expiration. Ferrugia quickly handled the removal and replacement of the evaporator coil charging for labor only for a truly upgraded system now. And they didn't charge for the spring seasonal check.

    Same Day Service
    I am amending my previous review written on 2/9/18. "SameDay Service Inc" replaced the motor on the refrigerator with supposedly a new one, and just over 2 months later the motor began making loud noises and needs to be replaced. I called Same Day Service to ask if anything can be done since it seems to be a faulty part. The woman on the phone said there is nothing that can be done because the warranty is good for only 30 days. Paying over $300 for a replacement motor to last just 30 days is an outright rip off. They could have at least offered to come look at it (they would charge an additional service charge)! I would not hire this company for anything ever again.

    I can't recommended Kelly's AC enough. Our system went out. We called Kelly's as one of several companies I talked to as part of our research to get a company to troubleshoot the problem. Everyone I talked to at Kelly's was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I was still researching companies but was so impressed with their people I talked with that I scheduled a visit. I'm glad I did. The technician came out, answered all my questions about the problem and how to resolve it. He fixed it quickly at a fair price. I have been very pleased with the entire experience. I have already began telling my friends and neighbors about my great experience.
