  Sean arrived on time and was very professional. He worked very hard did a great job. His attention to detail was remarkable. He made sure that I knew exactly what was happening as far as cost and the process of installing the floor and picking the flooring that I wanted. He was on time every day as well. He was finished with the job within the time that he gave me. I opted to have the professional cleaning crew come in as he suggested after the job. It was well worth the extra cost to have my new floor looking beautiful.

  The experience at the store in Magnolia was great.  The Associate Wendy Lewis was very knowledgeable and helpful.  She is very experienced in the business.  The installers arrived on time, were professional, neat and did an excellent job in installing the flooring.  I would recommend Floors for Living to anyone who is looking to install new flooring.

  BROWN FLOORING

  • Randy and his team were extremely professional, and punctual.  I was impressed by their craftsmanship and attention to detail.  We were extremely pleased with the finished product. The floors are spectacular,  The process took approximately 10 days from the install of the wood flooring, floor sanding, staining, and clear coating. The baseboards were installed shortly after.  I will be using Brown Flooring for additional flooring work including carpet and tile as well as crown molding.

  SPRING CARPETS

  Excellent service from Spring Carpets. Received a fast quote and installation date. Provided 2 sets of installation crews and each crew did a great job of tearing out the old flooring, cleaning up and prepping for the new floor, and installing new flooring. The workers on the crews were respectful, personable, and helpful. Spring Carpets did a great job and we would highly recommend their services.

  Houston Renovation

  Eric was very professional and understood what we wanted. We had to change the schedule because we found some problems with the exterior that had to be addressed before it could be finished. Everything needed to be done before the end of June. So, the exterior was completed the first week of June. With us being on the schedule starting June.23rd to do the interior panting and the floors to be completed by June 27th. They neglected to put us on the schedule to have the floors done. But were able to find someone to work through the weekend and have the floors completed by Sunday, June 29th. We had to post pone our company arriving until Tuesday, July 1st so that the floors would be completely ready. We also had to put our furniture back before everyone arrived. 1 month after the exterior was competed, during the July 4th holiday, the exterior paint started peeling up. I texted Eric with a picture and spoke to him on July 8th. He was going to come by and take a look at it, but never got back with me. I also just texted him again on August 11th. We still haven't heard from him. I am disappointed that this issue has not been addressed. Until this issue is resolved, I can not recommend using them.

  The flooring was a hickory hand scraped wood flooring that had been discontinued.  We purchased the home from a previous home owner and builder and we wanted to finish out the downstairs with matching flooring.  After working with several other companies, we came across this company that was able to help.  They were very professional, visited our home to confirm matches and after several weeks were able to locate the flooring.  They handled the installation as well and remained completely involved throughout the process.

  FLOOR FLOOR WE RESTORE AND SUSTAINABLE INSTALLATIONS

  Tom came out on a Saturday afternoon to look at our floors and provided a fair estimate. They were able to start the following week. They hung plastic sheeting and I put additional plastic over furniture. The guys were professional. This is a dustry process but they cleaned numerous times prior to putting down the Polyurethane. Tom warned us that would smell and it was really strong for a while.
  Our living room floor looks amazing! We are having them sand our master bedroom floor in about a week. Highly recommend.

  They were punctual. They came when they said they would every time. The crew that they sent were exceptional. They did the work in two days. They cleaned up, it was just like they were never there. It was a very good experience. Their prices are competitive and they have very good sales people. They work with you to see exactly what you're wanting to do and what you are looking for and makes suggestions. But, they also listened to me and allowed me to say exactly what it was that I wanted. They were just all around very good. I couldn't believe it. I am going to use them again on my floors in my new house.

  Joe and his collage came out and did all the measurements .We then went into the store to pick out our patterns for hardwood and carpet.Joe explained how things would go with leveling and the cost . We paid 1/2 down and the remaining 1/2 when job was completed. His workers were great and they were satisfied with the work they had done as well. Joe kept in touch on when workers would be arriving as well as the workers themself.There were things left in the home and the workers even moved what we did not want out to the curb .I would highly recommend them and excellant job .
