    Seek Design & Renovation
Seek Design & Renovation gave us everything we were looking for and more in our master bathroom remodel. You can easily tell them amount of pride the team at Seek Design puts into their projects. From the first meeting through the completion of the project, the communciation was always great and the folks executing the work were always on-time and very respectful. Seek Design transformed an old, out-dated master bathroom into the modern bathroom that we were looking for. The project was completed within the original timeframe and budget we were quoted with absolutely no issues during the process. We even added some additional interior painting work to the scope and they brought in additional people to ensure completion in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to recommend Seek Design & Renovation to family and friends.

    Dream Kitchen & Bath
Wonderful experience. Workers very professional and polite, and they did excellent work. This is the second time we have hired Dream Kitchen and Bath. Last year, they redid part of our kitchen and painted common areas. Again, top quality work and very nice people to work with. Would (and probably will) hire them again. Management was easy to work with and very responsive to anything we needed.

    Remodel Specialists
The remodel went very well and, most importantly, we were extremely happy with the final product. In fact, it surpassed our expectations. Prior to signing the contract, we disussed our vision with them, and they came up with several significant improvements over what we had suggested rather than just giving us what we asked for. The communication was generally good and we never had to wait long for a response to a question. Even after the job was complete and the final check had cleared, they worked with us to quickly resolve a couple of minor issues. They are a competent and honest company, and I would recommend them without reservation to anyone wanting a bathroom remodel.

    Granite Surfaces of Texas
We are repeat clients!  Wade and his crew with Granite Surfaces of Texas exemplifies honesty, kindness, fairness, generosity, promptness, and professionalism.  Wade did an excellent job in our previous house so we asked if he would consider bidding our new house which was 52 miles away.  He graciously said yes and went to work.
The process went smoothly and quickly from the time we picked out the slab to installation.  Wade's team usually had to wait on me rather than me waiting on him.  The installation was done by three men in one day.  They taped my floors for protection and sealed the granite before leaving. The head installer spoke very good English.  Wade followed up by visiting the house on the day of installation to personally inspect the work.  I am very pleased with the results!

    Seek Design & Renovation
I chose to work with Seek Design & Renovation because they were personable and genuine - not just because they had excellent reviews. The Seek team were professional and highly responsive to my questions and concerns. These qualities remained consistent throughout the project and I appreciated how kind they were to my children (I am a stay-at-home mom).

I was very impressed with the level of quality in their cabinet-making, granite and frameless shower door installations. The plumbing and electrical work was done with proficiency and expertise. The tile team did professional work, I am very happy with the end result, unfortunately they were not always punctual. I was least happy with the painting and drywall repair. I would say it was average at best. I think this was the individual and that is why I kept the ratings at an "A" level. Overall, I am very happy with how the kitchen and bath turned out. They transformed my vision of what I wanted into a reality. I can't thank them enough for all the hard work they put in.

A few of things that I would change about the job... We spent quite a bit more than the original quote we received. Over half the added cost was our doing as we upgraded our tile, granite and put in a free-standing tub. However, knowing some of the other extra costs in advance would have given me a greater peace of mind along the way. For example, we were quoted a cost for knocking down a wall, but nothing was mentioned about the wall repair afterwards. I would have appreciated a notation stating that there would be another cost for repairing the wall. Another example is that the original quote did not include replacing the trim pieces (read quarter round/shoe molding) after the new tile was in place. Once again, I assumed that this cost was included in replacing the tile. Also, I would have loved to have a breakdown of cost per square foot for ceramic versus stone versus marble tile, as well as extra costs for unique tile patterns. As this is my first remodel, I was unaware of the difference in tile costs and might have chosen differently had I had that information at the start. In the future, I will ask lots of questions before starting a project, I don't think I asked enough on this one - I learned everything along the way.

Finally, we had one hiccup in the project. We asked to have our kitchen island stained rather than painted. Unfortunately, the stain job did not meet our expectations. We expressed our concern and it was taken care of the very next day. Now the color is perfect!

Thank you Seek Design & Renovation for an incredible job well done!

    Great Priced Granite
The service was performed as described.  Two men came and cleaned and sealed the counter tops.  They were professional and quick.  I've had no issues from the service.  When I made the appointment, I offered several available times.  They gave me my first choice.  Since I needed to be home, I also scheduled a painter to come at the same time (AM) and planned to go to work in the PM.  They called me late in the morning and said there had been a scheduling conflict and they would not be able to make it out until the evening.  This was not a disaster, but it was inconvenient.  I think they ended up coming around 5 or 6pm.

    Dream Kitchen & Bath
One of the main goals of the remodel was to expand the shower as much as possible...which we did by tearing down the wall that separated the shower and tub and replace with frameless glass door and a bench in the shower.  We also replaced the bathtub with a soaker and the tile wrapped around the drop-in bathtub frame gave more room and added details to the backsplash was a nice finishing touch.  I have to say that amount of detail and design of the tiles and the workmanship of the crew were off the chart.  The services were done in a timely manner with a lot of attention to detail!
The double-vanity cabinet from the showroom is absolutely stunning and gives us a lot more storage than we had before.  With all of the granite options to choose from, I am so pleased with the "verde butterfly" style that goes beautifully with the vanity cabinet and my bedroom furniture too. (even my husband said the bathroom reminded him of a fancy 5 star hotel...and that says a lot coming from him! : )
I am so impressed and pleased with the results, I am having the downstairs bathroom remodeled to match....and in the kitchen, matching the tile and re-doing the backsplash with the help of Amine Rama's design ideas/recommendations for a complimentary pattern to my existing cabinets and granite.

    Dream Kitchen & Bath
I was very surprised with the professionalism and ease of doing business with Dream Kitchen and Bath.  My initial meeting occurred on time and I received a written quote within a few days as stated. The selection process was exciting and Amid made it seamless with his suggestions.  Work started on Monday 12/8 and was finished within a week.  I was very impressed with the tradesmen who were so knowledgeable, professional and friendly.  I liked Dream Kitchen because I wanted to use someone who DID NOT subcontract their work out to the lowest bidder.  The gentlemen who came into my house to perform their work were long time employees of Dream Kitchen.  Miguel, the tile professional told me he has worked for them for 7 years and loves the company!
The cost was a little higher than what I would have liked, but the old adage of "you get what you pay for" certainly rings true here.  I had no issues at all with this company, was 100% satisfied and will certainly use them again, as this experience has made me less hesitant to complete remodeling projects around the house.
By the way, don't let the name fool you.  They can do all things in regards to a home remodel project, not just Kitchen and Bath.  The work I had done was certainly a DREAM!

    Dream Kitchen & Bath
We hired Dream Kitchen and Bath to completely remodel our Master Bath. The sales manager, Steven Lecrone, was punctual for our first appointment (at our house). We were impressed with his demeanor, professional yet personable. He was knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, and offered creative ideas regarding our options. Later, at his office/showroom, he guided us through the process of selecting various tiles, granite, flooring, cabinets, and paint. Other items (e.g., towel bars, tub and lavatory faucets and valves, shower head, mirrors, lights, etc. were ordered online or purchased elsewhere).
Construction began on the appointed date, and continued, as planned, for approximately four weeks. Various employees of Dream Kitchen and Bath (they do not use temporary "subs" for any of their work) came to our house and we always felt comfortable with them, even leaving them alone in the house on occasion. These people were competent at their trades, and the work done was excellent. In addition, they were always careful and cleaned up after themselves at the end of each workday.
We were always able to contact Steven with additional questions. And, the owner of Dream Kitchen and Bath, Emad Takatka, frequently stooped by the house to a**** progress. His primary concern was our satisfaction and he was very responsive to any concerns we might express. For example, we wanted another coat of paint on the walls and ceiling of the bathroom, and that was done the very next day, without any hesitation or additional cost. Emad also went "the extra mile" to select a particularly beautiful piece of granite for our vanity counter top.
We have no reservations recommending Dream Kitchen and Bath. We found them to be very responsive and engaged in the process, from beginning to end. And the quality of the work itself was very high.

    Dream Kitchen & Bath
Started first day with plans I had to show the guys size on new shower which was being made bigger.  requested plans for workers and 1 for myself and never received for either.  1 of the cabinets was wrong  took several days to convince them and get them to order the correct one.  Removed old cabinets and needed flooring for the area,  told project manager,  he took a picture of flooring and told me to go find some that night,  with no help as far as name or type of flooring.  Emad called several days later and wanted to know the color of the granite we picked out.  had to go back to the office and show them which one.  glass provider contacted me to get into house for measurements and install, not dk&b. had to argue with Emad to close in holes where lights were moved to line up with sinks on new cabinets,  he says sometimes customers like to do that themselves. work completed after 5 weeks instead of 2 weeks.  Emad came over for final payment at which time we pointed out several problems which needed to be fixed and we requested lien release on project.  next day came back with improper lien releases  stating not necessary since this was not a million dollar jog.  scratch on granite could not be fixed for 3-4 weeks (didn't get the feeling he had any intention of doing that}.  caulk on back of cabinets has huge holes(emad stated wall crooked, not his fault, and that is the best he could do} they just painted over it.
