    Family-owned operation. Husband, wife and son showed up and did honest analysis of carpet. They listened to what I wanted and did a good job. Fair pricing of game room, 1 bedroom and stairs. They all look really good. So nice to have clean carpet again!

    Excellent. Always a walk around before and afterwards to make sure all will be done and that work has met and exceeded expectations. Also, they always call back the next day making sure nothing was left undone or streaked. They will always come back for any touch up needed for that visit. We���ve used Sunspot for all these needs for 6 yrs.

    This company is hard to review. It started out fantastic. However, over time, as people quit, things went downhill. The high quality standard was lowered and more and more things were missed. Saundi went from only texting to not responding at all. They missed several appointment on a reoccurring schedule with no phone call, text or anything for "emergencies" and illnesses, etc. When we did communicate, we got excuses and attitude where there were non previously. They are pricey and that was fine for the original quality of work. Now, they are expensive for the work you do get and any service could give you that quality for quite a bit less. In addition, we were told she never does a job "like ours" for less than $200/visit when on most weeks she never even was required to touch 3 small rooms and often times 1 large room, making a 3100 sq ft house quite a bit less. They start out great but then decline. You will never see her after your first visit or two.

    I had a very positive experience from the beginning to the end. Sam was very friendly and provided me with a fair quote over the phone. I set up an appointment and received a confirmation and a reminder text. Alex arrived on time and was very polite and pleasant. He even took off his shoes in my house when he came in to remove my screens! The windows looks great and I am very pleased with the overall experience. I recommend and will use them again.

    Gentlemen were very professional and did a thorough job. Rated them a little low on punctuality since they were over an hour late; however, they said they had a flat. A little misleading on the cost difference of advertised vs. all the extras. I would say I didn't feel forced to add additional services.

    They showed up on time and did a magnificent job cleaning. They are professional and super detailed. My house has never been this clean. I will definitely hire them again and tell everybody I know about them and their fantastic service.

    Further down are items that were not cleaned properly. I can see I was much too patient. We discontinued this service 12/29/16 after using them over a year with the same two cleaners. They charge more than other cleaning services. In the interest of saving time, I would re-clean an item(s) and let it go. Brian, the owner, asks if there is a problem, to report it within 24 hrs. either for his inspection or for the crew to re-do what they were supposed to do the first time. That could take hours of waiting out of my day. Now that's cutting into my valuable time. So far Secret Service hasn't offered to reimburse me for my time. Even if reported, most problems are never completely solved. When I mention things to the crew, they agree to cleaning more carefully but don't always follow through. Our philosophy is that the job should be done right the first time. This appears to be a training issue as well as an ethical issue. Here are problem areas for us: -Dust: Lamps and large items are sometimes left dusty. Large glass items on furniture often left dusty or smudged. They run tape rollers over upholstery but leave very dusty corners on seat cushions. -Floors: The tile floors have never been completely clean - dust and dirt is often left on the surface, in corners, and along baseboards. A wet paper towel wiped anywhere right after the crew leaves comes back with brown-to-black dirt on it, frequently with dust and loose debris. I have spoken to Brian, the owner, and the cleaners. His excuse: it is inevitable that a dirty water film will remain when mopping. I asked that they change the mop water a couple of times - I don't know if they do. They used a huge industrial mop that is dirty looking and wet when they arrive. I gave them my mop and cleaning solution to use instead. No change. -Baseboard molding: Cleaned only once on request. It was supposed to be detailed on a rotating basis. -Bath Floor: Parts of the floor around and behind the toilets are occasionally left dirty. -Master Bath & Powder Room: Sinks still need cleaning about every 3rd time. They appear to be wiped but still spotty, sometimes black hair on the rim (not ours). -Faucets: No cleaning of granite behind the faucets. -Toilets do not look clean even after I asked them to use powder cleanser. I redo most times and they come clean with a spray cleaner and the brush. -The bronze finish on the sink stoppers in Master Bath has somehow been nearly scrubbed away since using this crew. They don't know why. -Granite bath counter backsplash ledges left dirty. -Medicine chest doors left dusty and spotted. -Front of a small cabinet left dusty. -Black streaks on baseboards from vacuum running against them. -Scratched and chipped wall corners, cabinets and furniture from hitting with the vacuum. -Dust - Dust behind objects sitting on the floor. Dust left on lamps or large objects. -Often leave unwiped areas under objects where they have used Pledge Wipes around them rather than sliding them to one side to wipe under it. -Throw rugs: Four small to medium throw rugs - they will not shake the rugs outside and insist on vacuuming them. They are dusty when I shake them later.
