    All was great. Very personable and knowledgeable about his craft and just about anything else you may want to discuss. :-) Window was replaced and since it was a bolt in, I was able to take it through a car wash and check it for leaks!! I wasn���t disappointed!

    I brought the car in for an A/C check which was $18.99. When I picked the car up I was told freon was added and was charged an additional $19.99. However, the A/C never blew cold. I was told to drive it for a few days to see if there was any leak. When I brought the car back about a week later (to have the steering checked because it was making a noise.) I told the owner the A/C never blew cold and I don't think freon was ever added because I brought the car to a different repair place that also added freon, and it did blow cold after that. I was disappointed that I was not offered a refund or reimbursement for the $40 A/C charge which I thought was only fair since I did pay for the freon but did not get it. I did go ahead and have the steering repaired which turned out to be $1100 to have the rack and pinion replaced. An additional hose was needed which put the cost over the original estimate. However the steering seems to be working fine.

    When I started my car to drive out oft he shop, I noticed one of the problems was still there. the next day when I was driving to work, the other problem showed up. I feel like they didn't want to take the time to check out my car properly. They did fix the easy part, and it was reasonably priced but why didn't they keep my car and check for the problems I had told them about?? my car almost died on my way to work. I will be going to a different mechanic from now on.

    Yes, I will use them again. My car runs great and it is an easy process. I don't have to deal with a lot of extra this or that. It's just easy. I bring my car in, it's a simple deal and it is done, saves me time.

    This company is excellent.... They took the time to look at my brakes and give a second opinion on what my brakes needed. They are very safety conscious and were afraid to let me leave w such bad brake pads.......Concern for the safety of the customer is something you rarely see.

    It was a computer problem so we had to go to a dealer. He told exactly what was wrong and when we went to the dealer that was exactly what was wrong. He knows what he is doing, reasonable in price and i trust him. We have been using them for 30 years. He does not charge you excessive amount. If its an older car and he thinks an used part will work he will find an used part. Normally we take it in the am and get it in the evening. Lately we have been taking it on the weekend since we do not live close. They are all nice, it is a one man shop.

    They called me about four hours later and said it was finished. I picked it up, asked a few more questions about the rotors, the caliper pins and they answered me honestly. I asked how they seated the new pads and he told me the correct answer. (I asked just to confirm that they had taken this important step).

    They were in communication with me up to the time of the appointment. They showed up to do the job on time and they completed the job very quickly. They not only cleaned the inside of the window, they went outside and cleaned that side as well. I loved how they paid attention to the details. That's important when you spend money for a service.

    Very badly. They took the car in, and rotated the tires, moving the tire to the front passengers side. When picking up the car, they said that we needed to get new tires next time we came in. Otherwise, there was no comment about the tire. After we got back from the trip, tire pressure sensor showed low air pressure. Turns out the front passengers side tire had a nail in it and the tire was not repairable. The service personnel were not concerned when notified of this issue. We replaced the tire somewhere else.

    On previous visits vendor would say my oil was low so they they would charge me for an extra quart of oil.  Before my last visit I verified my oil was full.  Vendor still said my oil was low and charged me for an additional quart of oil.  I will not do business with a merchant I cannot trust.
