    UMC CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL
It's okay. They take way too long to get an appointment no matter what. They should quit overbooking and having me wait so long. They should get more doctors so that there's more people you can serve.

    Grace Clinic
I recently had a total knee replacement at Grace and spent 1 night inpatient. Every single employee I dealt with from pre-registration, labs, to all of the nurses were awesome. Very friendly and professional. I never had to wait long for any request or need. I would definitely prefer to go there again for any future surgeries, etc

    Covenant Medical Group
I signed in at the front desk to inform them I was only there to pick up a prescription from my doctor. If you have an appointment they take your co-pay at that time. No co-pay was taken at that time. I arrived at he doctors office and was placed in an exam room.A short time later a nurse arrived,  a urine drug screen was requested, and she took my blood pressure. I was then given my prescription. I have been on this medication for years. In Texas it requires a triplicate prescription  for the patient to come in every month and pick it up. That has not changed. A week later I receive a bill for an insurance claim and a co-pay. I contacted the billing dept. asking why, and was told: " there is a new federal law which requires you to have an ex exam every time you pick up your prescription." ( l am an RN, and also a paralegal). I asked the Covenant employee to refer me to the statute ( law ) which requires this, and they could not. I then contacted the DEA, Texas D.P.S., and an attorney. There is no such law. Covenant told me something that is not true. This is a nice way of saying they lied to me. It is obviously a hospital policy which allows them to get more $ from the insurance co. and the patient.  Low class, sneaky, and just plain bad. Beware of  Covenant.

    Center for Orthopedic Surgery

They are very good. I keep going back to them. I've talked to various people about all the doctors and they said they are really excellent. They did a good job with me. I've had a variety of problems and they helped me out.

    Texas Hip & Knee Center
I have nothing but good things to say about this practice and the doctor I used, Dr. Jeffrey McGowan. This is what you would want from every doctor's office. Short wait time, friendly staff, good communications, listened to my needs and concerns, good results from the surgery.

    Center for Orthopedic Surgery
Great. Outstanding care by Dr Jeff Headrick and his entire staff. Sometimes they appear to be overbooked with appointments but when your turn comes they take all the time needed and you NEVER feel rushed.

    Garry Pollock MD
My pain was crazy, unbearable at times and my hand, wrist, arm and neck all hurt. For two weeks I sat just icing my hand, wrist, arm and neck at intervals just to be able to sleep at night. During these weeks I was not able to work as a designer. I went to Dr. P****** on the advice of a friend who had seen him for carpal tunnel and was having very good results.
Dr. P****** was very thorough in his assessment, took the x-rays himself and counseled about the pros and cons of surgery. I decided to try shots for relief before surgery and by the second round I had use on my hand. Since that time I have seen his physical therapist and worked on exercises to strengthen my hand and to loosen the tendons so they move smoothly.

Everything was pretty fast and efficient. As far as surgery itself I was in and out of there in an hour. It was very quick and did like everybody in there. Anytime I went there for an appointment it was quick and there wasn't long wait time.

    Patrick Molligan MD
Overall - I have to say that everything went extremely well. Everything Dr. Molligan told me would happen, happened. He's a pro! The office staff has been very helpful along the way as well. In addition to the very successful surgery, I appreciate the post-operation care. I was feeling quite uncomfortable a few days after the surgery and I called them at 5:30 in the morning to ask a question. They responded immediately and calmly explained how to proceed. So appreciative...

    Arthritis & Osteoporosis Associates
I go there all the time due to my condition. They are just like any other doctor's office when it comes to availability. It takes a little while to see them once we get in. I would recommend them. I will be going again tomorrow.
