    WestTech Foundation Repair,LLC
I noticed that cracks that had formed around windows and doors were getting worse, and cabinets and doors no longer closed as they had in the past. In addition, a crack had formed across the tile in my kitchen floor, although I did not realize that it was related to the foundation problem. West Tech promptly responded to my request for an estimate and the young man who came out to inspect the house, Adam, was knowledgeable, polite, and professional. Since I didn't think that the crack in the floor was connected to the foundation issues, I did not point it out. Adam, however, spotted it immediately and informed me that it was connected to shifts in the foundation. I quickly received an estimate by email. Since I had no idea how much foundation repair should cost, I decided to get another estimate. The second company's estimate was twice that of WestTech! They also used the pressure tactic of offering me a discount if I would sign with them before the end of the day. For me, that was a big turn-off. WestTech arrived promptly after I contacted them and the gentlemen who came out to do the work were also courteous and professional. The supervisor, Aldon Johnson, Sr., was clearly an expert. Equally important, he was willing, even eager, to share that knowledge with me by explaining every step of the process. It was fascinating! When they completed the work, the changes in the house were visible, and I could not be more pleased. I wish that I had taken before and after pictures, so everyone could see the differences for themselves.

    Legacy Supportworks
I would advise anyone against doing business with Legacy Supportworks. The salesman (Nick Moore) will tell you whatever you need to hear to get your business but they deliver little in return. I had them install the exact solution he advised and paid nearly $5,000 for it. When it did not resolve the problem I was put in touch with Legacy VP Owen Slaydon, who rudely told me that he knew for a fact the exact content of a conversation that I had with his salesman, even though he was not there. He insisted that we were told that we needed four additional piers. Additional piers were never part of the discussion I had with the salesman. I pointed out that we received only three options (in writing) from the salesman and that none involved additional piers. He actually accused me of intentionally choosing an inadequate solution to save money and wanted $6,500 more to fix it. Terrible in every imaginable way. I am out $5,000 and have to go hire another company to fix this mess.

    West Tech Foundation Repair
The flooring in my kitchen was sagging and I had concerns about the pier and beams under the house. I called Westtech foundation repair on a Tuesday and they were able to come out on the following Thursday, so very quick service. Adam was the first person that came to inspect the foundation. He saw some foundation issues but the subfloor in the kitchen was not a foundation issue. He let me know that Thomas (one of the owners) is a general contractor and could still help us get it repaired. Thomas was able to come over the same day and do another inspection of the kitchen floor. He said he had a carpenter he works with on a regular basis that can do the work we needed. He set up his carpender to fix the kitchen subfloor and Thomas fixed the issues with the beams under the house one week after the inspection. Very quick repair time. After they started removing the damaged subfloor the damage had spread further than intially thought. Although the damage meant more materials and labor Thomas was very fair and reasonable on price for the additional work. The repair on the foundation and the subfloor replacement took 3 days and it looks amazing. Thomas, Adam, and his crew are very professional and I will definetly use them again.

    West Tech Foundation Repair
Mr. Sexton came to Midland, a two hour drive from Lubbock and did not charge me for an estimate which was wonderful! He started the day he promised. It did take a little longer than what he originally thought, but the rain complicated matters somewhat. He did finish within the week which was good. I came from Lubbock twice to check on the work and every time I was there, either a foreman was there supervising, or came to check on the work while I was there, which I appreciated greatly. The crew was respectful, not only to me but the the people who live on the property. Mr. Sexton did call me several times during the process to let me know how things were going. He is the most professional contractor I have ever worked with. He did provide a one year warranty for the foundation work. The price was extremely competitive. I will be calling him again to do work for me here in Lubbock.

    West Tech Foundation Repair
WestTech Foundation Repair are awesome in aspect for this repair for us. We went to the home and garden show in Lubbock to seek foundaton repair and most assuredly found the right guys for the job. We had intended on getting 3 quotes, but after talking to Thomas and Adam, we knew we did not need to waste our time with 2 more quotes. "Why" you asked. These guys are great at what they do, they do the job as if it was there own home, knowledgeable, customer service oriented, respectful of our home and time. They have integerity in the job that they do and with that they build business relationships for life. You can't necessarily see the difference, but I can feel the difference in the soundness of our home and will for years to come. Can not sing the praises of Thomas, Adam and the crew of WestTech Foundation Repair loud enough. I have recommended WestTech Foundation Repair to a number of friends already and they are appreciative. Thanks again and God Bless WestTech Foundation Repair. Your guys are awesome. Oh and the cost was right in our budget. Thanks!:-) If I need any foundation repair in the future WestTech Foundation Repair are the guys.

    West Tech Foundation Repair
I live in an older home in the Maxey Park neighborhood. I have noticed quite a bit of foundation cracking, loose concrete, and some holes around the perimeter of the home. I like to do most home repairs myself since I worked for a remodeling company, but I knew I may be in over my head with this project and called 4 companies for estimates... I had WestTech Foundation Repair come out first. I have to honestly say that I have been absolutely impressed by Thomas Sexton and the WestTech team. He inspected the entire perimeter and gave me an estimate for how much he would charge to do it --and do it the right way! He was extremely knowledgeable and answered any and all my questions. The estimate was within my student's budget, and the time he took to walk me through everything is invaluable. It means a lot these days to see that a company is willing to explain what they will be doing, how much time it takes, and why they follow particular steps for repairing the foundation the way they do (rather than just filling in with concrete). I could immediately tell that WestTech truly cares about the type of quality service they provide and the community connections they seem to strive to establish. I had three other well-known "foundation repair" companies come out for estimates. I was told by all three that they, "they couldn't do that kind of foundation repair" and that I had to call a concrete company to just fill in the cracks and holes. One company even referred me back to Thomas at WestTech and said that WestTech was the only company that he knew of that does the repairs correctly without taking any shortcuts. I knew going into this project that calling a concrete company to repair the foundation was NOT the way to go since it would be a temporary fix and I would have to deal with it again in the near future. My father always said, "If you're going to fix something, do it right the first time" and Thomas Sexton and the WestTech team know how to! If you have cracking, holes, rebar exposed on your foundation, definitely call WestTech. They were very affordable for my budget and I felt that I could trust the repairs to them knowing I wouldn't have any issues in the future. They did a great job, took a reasonable amount of time to complete the repairs, were very professional each day they were here, and I would recommend WestTech Foundation Repair to anyone looking for affordable, do-it-right-the-first-time work.

I couldn't be happier. They came out and explained what caused the issue and how to fix it. They explained the cost and they went into great detail on what equipment they would be using and how they would fix it. The stairway looks great and cleaned up everything.

Foreman, Juan, led a crew of diggers/excavators and thought there was to be some inside foundation to raise.  This was not the case.  He had to confirm with the salesman about the location(s) of excavation.  Dirt work went fairly quickly, removing 2'x3' areas below the house footing.  This was done within the first day, a Thursday.  Upon raising the footings, Juan inspected the inside (checking doors & windows) during the process.  He asked for, and was given some grocery bags to cover his shoes. Ironical as he wore these inside, returned outside, came back inside a few times using the same bags.
Different crew came for foundation raising the next day.  They were not as efficient and didn't do much when the supervisor wasn't around, waiting around.  Crew chief didn't introduce himself until later and by dark (7 PM), all workers seemed rushed to leave as it was a Friday.  The "responsible" one (requesting pay and doing the visual inspection with me supplying the lantern) seemed anxious to go.  I paid by the job, if workers were paid by the hour, then some made some easy money.
Repointing of the bricks was bad - no effort in matching mortar color, using mortar to fill brick cracks.  Indicator tape (painter's masking tape) for the excavation locations was left on the house, cleanup didn't seem important.  Area of wall brick was busted out around the gas line into the house.  Dirt refill looked fine, mounded.  Other cleanup (boarder boards removed) were left in the yard.  Removed insulation around a window was left in the yard.
Two weeks later, I had a new patio poured so footings had to be dug.  Digging beside the fireplace, under the fireplace pad, a bottle jack was found and no back-fill under the fireplace pad nor around the jack.  This delayed the patio pour.  Called Basic Repair office.  Got a return call from a "foreman", said that was natural as it was important to have that supported.  Salesman came out, inspected and said that was not proper.  He scheduled a group come out and put a concrete pier in place of the jack.  Since it was late (after an out-of-town job), they were none too excited to additional (and late) work.  Some of the areas were back-filled where sink-age had occurred.  I'm not confident that the job is correct, it's not something you can see and prove.
Observe work and ask questions.  Unfortunately during some of the work, I wasn't home.
Inside, doors & window work as designed, foundation seems solid and back to original level.  I would not schedule this kind of work on a Thursday/Friday, opting for a Monday/Tuesday or Wednesday/Thursday.

What was supposed to be a two day job turned into six due to extra concrete beams under the house.  These had to be drilled through.  The crew was on time each day and worked very hard, staying late to finish that day's work if necessary.  They were friendly and very professional.

    Dodge Plumbing & Heating
Just as all the many other times he has done work for me, no problems.  Danny is always very far on the pricing and has come out on weekend when one of the A/C units failed and got us back up and running.  From R&R water heaters, to fixing A/C units, replacing the natural gas lines and R&R the main sewer line he has done it all for me quickly and with no after problems.  I trust him 100% and his has been doing all my work for decades.
You would be lucky if you choose Dodge Plumbing for working on your plumbing problems......st
