    Wellness on Wheelz
They're a great community outreach program. It's convenient. They come to our community fire station, and we just take the animals up there. They are really patient with the animals. Their records are accessible online. It's a good way to maintain your pet's health versus taking them to the vet, which may cost two to three times as much just for shots. They're regular veterinarians.

They have always been very helpful. I would recommend them highly. The workers are very professional, and very polite. I take him for his bath, I just drop him off. When they get done with his bath, they call me to pick him up. Its very nice.

I am a repeat customer at UCAH. I have had nothing less than the best, accurate care for all of my animals, past and present. I can't imagine going anywhere else. I don't necessarily see the same vet each time I go because ALL of them are great. I went there the first time years ago after I had been to a nearby vet who couldn't help my cat. She was near death and they brought her out of a grave condition and didn't poke my eyes out with the cost. They will tell you your options about treatment in an honest way and let you choose which is very helpful when you're on a budget. They don't make you feel bad if you go with a less expensive route. I take my dog yearly to get his teeth cleaned and they have always done an outstanding job. The parking situation out front can be a little inconvenient at times but it's worth it. It just shows they have a lot of business because they are so good at what they do. They are definitely top notch in my book!!

It was an excellent stay for both of them! The kennel is located near Stockdale,Texas with beautiful open fields and oak trees all around it. The best feature of the many at this kennel was the large area that dogs have to exercise in and play. For our dogs this was the most outstanding feature. This is not a corporation run kennel. The owner Jillian and her family live on the property. She loves dogs and that affection shows in the type of care her dog guests receive. In the future this is the only kennel our dogs will be boarding at!

The price has increased a little bit for the little extra nail trim, but it has been pretty much the same. Sometimes, it was hard to get an appointment and I had to call about a week in advance to get the appointment that I wanted, but they seem pretty busy all the time.

Sometimes, it is not cut exactly the way I want it, but I can always get them to fix it if I do not like it, and they are good at that. He is usually out in about two hours. I have been using them for probably four years now.

We have been going to Good dog for over 12 years.  Our Malteses have always been happy to go!  They enjoy their gooming experiences.  Doug has always kept us informed of any little issues that we may have missed and given us helpful tips when they were puppies.  Our little white puppies are always clean, pretty and smell good too!
We have come to consider Doug and Kathy as part of our extended family!  They always work with our schedule!!  We certainly appreciate the love and care they provide our animals!

They are expensive. My cat was hospitalized for 8 days, she also had a surgery. The doctor did a great job and my cat is fine. My dog was losing weight when we took her there they found out that the dog had diabetes. But she lost her eyes. The people at the vet are fun. I have been to them for a very long time. She takes her time. She kind of has a conference with you whatever the situation is and talks to you.

The technician, Leo, showed up on time and was a nice guy.  However, he quickly stated this was the very first cat he had ever groomed and he did not know it was cat.  Leo went on to say in broken English that he from Cuba and has been in the San Antonio area for about the past a year and a half.  I had to tell Leo that he doesn’t need to express my cat’s anal glands or cut his nails.  All Leo needed to do was wash and brush out my cat.  He then asked about if I want my cat’s fur trimmed by the private parts to ensure cleanliness.  I said sure since he should be the expert.  Leo took my cat to the truck for over an hour.  My cat came out not looking that great but Leo assured me that after my cat dries all will be well.  It was at this time that Leo told me they don’t accept credit cards, only cash.  Leo also stated that there would be a $25 trip charge as well. This $25 trip charge was never mentioned to me.  Regardless, I paid the $39, gave Leo a $20 tip, and paid $10 toward the trip charge with advice to tell future clients of the trip charge in advance.  About 2 or 3 days later I called the woman and said my cat’s hair is completely matted and nothing in the undercarriage looks good.  I offered to send a photo of my cat.  The woman said Leo would get back to me.  I replied that instead of working with Leo again, I just want a refund.  In the course of conversation this woman stated Leo is a veterinarian and had worked at a Stone Oak Vet clinic. Ultimately this woman said she would have Leo stop by and give me a refund.  However, I called the Stone Oak Vet clinic and they said Leo definitely is not a veterinarian, but instead has been an assistant who worked with them.  I then called this woman back to advise she shouldn’t be saying Leo is a veterinarian and I plan let other know of my experience through things like Angie’s List.  The woman then said she was going to text me a number and that my next call can be to her lawyer.  I couldn’t help but wonder why this woman has a lawyer on speed dial for pet grooming.  At the end of the day I just want other to know about this experience so they do not have to endure the same thing.  If they are doing it to me, who else are they doing it to?  To be clear, I think Leo is a nice guy but he certainly didn't know how to groom my cat.

I have a great veterinarian that I've gone to for 35 years and he is wonderful. I wouldn't go to anyone else, ever. There's 4 doctors in the clinic, they're all equally good. They go out of their way when I've had to put pets down. They're tender and understanding. They teach me the best ways to take care of my pets. They're always on time. They don't overbook. Their prices are reasonable. They have given me extra things just to help me out with the expenses of my pets. I hope I go there another 35 years. They're great. I have a tiny 4-pound chihuahua that I have to give half a pill to and it's the size of a baby aspirin and they even cut the pills for me with a pill splitter. They're wonderful.
