At fist look good told us we could live in house work around furniture after a week was told for our health to leave We thought we were going to have to replace most of the flooring because of piers and negotiated price. when piers were dug put 2 pier per hole .Didn't want to replace the room we talk about be cause of the wording of the contract after a little wording they did it .The laminated were but in wrong.. I could see the concrete was not flat .They said that the cushion under laminate flooring would work IT didn't won't fix. Fix and painted ceiling and walls. Walls started to crack in less the two months. They told me that walls crack . new driveway in less then2 month has crack they said if there not 2in.wide they don't care. they offered to redo our kitchen count top that would changed the color and fix a leak in the back. using some kind resin spread over every thing cabinets are now mess up they said they had another person to fix but lied. you need a lawer every time you talk with then

The salesman sold us on a job that was not what he sold. The job started a day late, took 1 1//2 days longer and almost went over the weekend with 11 holes surrounding my house. Most of the crew were very hard workers but a few liked to take long breaks, sitting in our outside rocking chairs leaving chicken bones for our dog to choke on. I was to told that when they left, I would be left with a foot high wall of dirt/concrete surrounding 3 sides of my house. The hoses that were dug in the patios were filled quickly at the very end of the job and dried uneven and look sloppy. I had to call 3 times to get someone to come back out to fix the cracks in the outside walls as promised by the salesman. I was told that there would be a job foreman visiting at least once a day and would keep me updated on the progress. I saw him once, the very last day to get the check for the job.

Horrible job and complete nightmare. Raul Ortiz secretary sent out his crew and they broke my foundation and made it a lot worse. Raul Ortiz gave excuse after excuse and wouldnt come back to repair it even though he said he would. Finally his secretary would nt even let us talk to him. Also lost my homeowners insurance because of Raul Ortiz. An absolute nightmare. If you contact me, i can show you the horrible job.

    StableLift Foundation Repair
StableLift was responsive to our initial inquiry, The representative took all the flooring measurements and provided a reasonable estimate. We decided that the foundation had move a little but not enough to do anything at this time. We will continue to watch for additional cracks and call StableLift if we need the repairs done.

We called the phone number provided on the repair docs several times, got Kelly's outgoing message, and left messages. No response. We also submitted a request via Angies List. Again, no response. If they are still in business, they are not responsive.

Josh was very informative, professional and fair. He explained everything and gave me what options were available. The work done was great! It is a great relief to have the foundation repaired. They left everything clean and put back together.

    Foundation King
Absolutely amazing! Foundation King was so incredibly easy to work with! The day I called to inquire about scheduling an appointment for a consult to stabilize my foundation, Clay showed up at my house. He explained everything that I needed and provided great detail in how the process should work. The quote he provided was very reasonable considering the amount of work his company had to perform. Foundation King showed up when they said they would and provided the exact work prescribed in the contract. The workers did the best they could to return the area back to normal once all of the work was complete. Foundation King went above and beyond to make this process as stress free as possible and we sincerely appreciate the effort. I would HIGHLY recommend Foundation King!

I have to say Kelly is as good as they come. He is honest, upfront and very kind. He has a team working for him that work very hard and have a "Get it done" attitude. They started on a Monday and were finished by Thursday afternoon. Any issues that I brought to him he got it done that day.

It went well. They started on Friday and finished on Monday. Mike was the foreman. they explained all they were doing. they did a very professional job and I was very pleased with everything . I was given a lifetime warranty. They also removed a tree for me and cleaned up very well. They did more than what I had bargained for

It was an experience that I hope I never have to go through again but if I do have to, I will choose Stable Lift Foundation.  Scott came out to my home and measured several spots in the house and the garage. He explained his findings, what the project would entail (5 business days, 14 piers in the interior and 23 along the perimeter), and the cost (1/2 at the start of the project and 1/2 at the completion).  He explained that the furniture would have to be moved out of the house and that the carpet would have to be pulled up because they would have to drill through the concrete.  He suggested using a moble storage unit that can be placed in your driveway.  After getting the financial situation settled, I called Scott and set up a day to start the project.

I had the storage unit delivered and all furniture was moved into the storage pod and items in the garage moved to one side.  I did not remove the items in the kitchen cabinets but  I did wrap the cabinets with plastic. I also emptied one closet to ensure that the workers could work without concern for the items in it.

Day 1 The courteous crew arrived at 7:30am and worked on the outside piers. They bagged the dirt that was dug out right next to the hole.  They stayed until about 6pm, cleaning up behind themselves.  I believe about half of the exterior piers were dug out.

Day 2 The crew was back the next morning at 8am and continued working on the exterior.  The interior was being prepared (carpet being pulled up and wrapped in plastic, interior pier spots being marked with masking tape).  A plumber was called out to conduct a Hydrostatic Test(to determine if there was a leak-there was a leak that would have to be repaired after the foundation work was completed). The majority of the exterior piers were completed.  The crew was slowed by water that was discovered as they dug the remaining exterior holes.

Day 3 The crew was now working on the interior and the garage.  There was now plastic hanging in strategic areas and walls were lined with brown paper for protection from dirt.  The dirt from the holes was bagged just like the exterior.

Day 4 At the end of the day (about 6pm) all the piers are in place and it is time to lift the house.  I was present for the process and was nervous as I heard the creaks.  It was 4-5 crew members who manually jacked the house up in unison.  They jacked one section at a time, took measurements and re-jacked if needed.  When they finished lifting the house and secured it, they started filling the holes.  There was a storm brewing in the short distance.  I had some errands to run, so I left.  They worked as a team to try to fill the exterior holes before the thunderstorm hit.  When they realized that they would not be able to fill all the holes before the rain, they decided to bring the bagged dirt into the garage to keep it dry.  They worked on the interior holes (filled them, poured concrete back into place and cleaned as much as possible.  When I returned about, about 9:30pm, they were finishing up for the day.  It was Friday evening so I was told that they would return on Monday to finish the job and clean up.  That worked out well because it allowed for dry time for the exterior holes and the contrete in the interior holes to set (even though it was quick set).

Day 5  The remaining exterior holes were refilled.  The plastic covering and protective paper were removed from the interior, carpeting was rolled back into place and trash picked up.

A couple if things that I might do a little different is to remove mini blinds from windows and cover items left in the garage because it would save some cleaning time (there is fine dust that accumulates on everything that was not covered.  I would also suggest taking photos before (especially of cracks and doors that don't close), during and after (to compare to the before)
