  • Love the granite and quality of the granite and the price. They were not the most responsive and did not add the plumber after I requested so we were left without water and had to scramble to find a plumber. Also I had to remind them to remove some items from the invoice once final bill was due.

  • Walls removed pantry rebuilt and all new flooring and backsplash. Had a pot filler installed and gas line ran and installed. Roy was always professional and easy to communicate with. His team was always on time and did amazing quality work. I would highly recommend.

  • Working with Mary on the project quote was very complete and precise. She also followed up with personal on-site visits during the project. Dandy and Cody provided excellent workmanship in a very personable manner and completed the project on-time as quoted. The areas outside the work area were shielded from excessive dust and debris and overall the project was done without disrupting our daily routine. Cruz completed the drywall texturing to match the existing finish very exactly. We would highly recommend New Bath Technologies and particularly appreciated working with them as a "family-owned-and-operated" business.

  • He was awesomell! He was done quickly, and price was exceptional! He is a perfectionist at his own work and we are extremely satisfied! Hope more wil give him a call- wish we could've called him sooner!

  • I had a concern about water damage and a potential leak in my bathroom.
Mr. Groce came to look and was very helpful.  It was a quick issue that
he looked at and gave me guidance.  It did not result in a project
being needed, but he was still very helpful and courteous.  If the
opportunity ever comes about that I need bathroom work, he will be the
    one I call.

  • Joe Mitchell is Unreliable and did a poor job installing our floors in our new bathrooms. Within a month of moving into our new custom home, the floor tile in our bathrooms began to crack. We notified our builder and he notified Joe Mitchell. Joe Mitchell came out to inspect the floor and he said he would fix it. He said we should wait until the house fully settled to make sure more floor tiles didn't crack. He said he might have to put a special layer to prevent the cracking just as he did for a house in Frisco. We waited. We called him back. He put us off for 2 years as the tile continued to crack and then he quit responding. We had to send a registered legal letter demanding that the floor be fixed or we would take legal action. He finally responded but suddenly started blaming the builder, the engineers, the architect, and said it was a foundation problem. We told him he could send an engineer out if he wanted to since we found no problems with our foundation or any of the construction. He told us we would have to pay for an engineer, but we had no foundation problems so we didn't call anyone. Joe Mitchell kept saying the tile was installed "according to industry standards" but our floor was completely substandard. Finally, to prevent the time and cost of a lawsuit, we agreed to pay for materials if he paid for the labor. He agreed. However, when his installer came out, the installer was told by Joe to only fix 18 tiles (there were 6 more tiles in the master) and not to fix the hall bathroom, which had 4 additional broken tiles. Joe also stated he would not guarantee that the floor wouldn't crack again. He ordered backer board for the corrected installation, which we paid for, but his installer didn't use. Needless to say we are completely dissatisfied and highly recommend you look elsewhere for a floor or tile contractor.

  • The quality was poor. The estimate states they would sand, prime, sand, and prime again then paint kitchen cabinets. His crew did not do this. A few cabinets were initially sanded and then primed and then painted.  Most cabinets were just primed. The paint did not adhere to cabinets. I could scrape the paint off with my nail. I pointed this out. Bobby verified this by easily scraping off paint with his nail. Bobby suggested that it hadnt had time to "cure" and would adhere as we turn on heaters in the house. I said this is an inadequate prep job not a curing issue. I suggested starting over by sanding priming sanding ... He agreed.. So the sanding began. Also, there were paint runs down the cabinets frames which Bobby assured me he would fix. There was too many quality issues for me to have the confidence the end results was going to look good.
After Bobby's crew installed a new light, I have a short in my ceiling fan which throws the breaker every time you turned on ceiling fan. I talked with Elsa about that and she said there was to much electricity going thru that switch. Well I expected Bobby to know that and not hook it up that way. Bobby asked me if i wanted a licensed electrician and I didn't say anything. But now I know the answer and its YES. I DO. Lessoned learned! I had to call out licensed electrician and there is a short somewhere along the wire and now the switch is unusable We control it with a remote control now!
Bobby's crew painted the inside of the front door. The paint is peeling off. After research i learned its a resin door and have to use a different kind of paint. I expected Bobby to know that!  We are in process of hiring a painter to strip and re-paint the door!
Bobby came every morning and talked with his crew and then left. The quality is dependent upon his crew. No one supervised the actual work. All suggestion for fixing the errors were mine. Bobby was not alarmed by the quality. He kept saying it would all be corrected at the end. I could not  wait till the end.
I asked them stop working on the cabinets. They decided not to do the drywall and tile. I offered them $500 to finish wall painting and clean up. They said no and walked away from the project. I was left with my downstairs a mess. The floors covered in paper, dust and dirt, furniture covered and moved to center of room. It took me the whole weekend to clean it all up and put my house back in usable order.
Bobby's crew was very respectful to me and careful with my little dog. I detected sarcasm from Bobby after i started pointing out the quality issues. Bobby never tried to assure me he was dedicated to get the job done right and please me. Elsa and I had some emotional discussions on phone but we kept the conversation about the job and didn't get personal. Bobby and Elsa always answered the phone.
Fortunately I only paid half down. Overall the quality was terrible. Bobby's attention to detail was lacking. He never spent more than 30 minutes at my house while his crew was working. I wondered if his attention was on other jobs running concurrently with mine.

As we speak Milstone Electric is replacing a mini-cam light Broussard installed. That's the second electrical problem i have had to pay to be fixed

  • This guy wasted a month of my time and now thanksgiving is here and I can’t get anyone out here!  Now I have to wait until after the holidays! I’d call him and ask for my estimate and he would keep saying I’ll call you back. When he finally got around to sending me a text with my final estimate, I thought it was very unprofessional!  $3600 was the final estimate for just the labor and I would have to buy the granite counter-tops myself!  When I told him my concerns with the prices he simply said 'Then see if you can find someone better', he did not care if he even got the job or not or that he wasted a month of my time waiting for an estimate.

  • These countertops were installed in my son and daughter-in-law's home and they look wonderful! The installers were professional and the price paid for this work was exceptional. They are very pleased with the work and have received multiple compliments.
