    We had a dog situation we didn't know how to handle. We were used to effusive, jolly dogs (20 years of that). A new stray entered our lives and threw us a curve ball. He came back from Board & Train a whole new man.
    Even though he is still very "different" from the kind of dogs we'd normally rescue, he's now manageable. He's absolutely obedient, and his other behavioral issues are being addressed as well.
    He loves the whole crew at Unleashed Unlimited and looks forward to every Polishing Class. Their model of reinforcing the training through polishing classes is brilliant. It keeps us humans accountable, and it keeps giving the dogs new experiences to apply it to.
    Every time we get a new dog, we'll be taking them to Paul, Tracey, & the crew at Unleashed Unlimited.

    Their pricing is average. They are very nice, very pleasant, they seem to love animals, and what they do, and it shows. They interact very well with our animals. We had a cat that was injured, and they handled it very well, I was very impressed with the way they handled it.

    They are really good. I would say a lot of good things about them. The cost is reasonable. They find practical ways to look after your pet. They are not expensive. They are amazing. They are down to earth. They have always been upfront and honest.

    Tried to make an appointment to reserve Friday and Saturday nights with a Sunday pick up.  I left two messages (one Monday, one Tuesday) and finally got a call back on Wednesday  (not unusual, but typically not an issue with me).  They apologized for the delay, as they were not sure if any employee had called me back.  They confirmed that there was room for the stay requested.  My wife dropped our dog off Friday evening, to the sometimes snippy receiving desk (depending on what mood you caught them in).  My wife explained that we would plan to pick up on Sunday (one hour window available in the evening, which we understand, but hard to catch when traveling).  My wife explained that we might have trouble making it back during that time, and if not, was she okay to stay an extra night.  The person receiving stated that it was no problem.  My wife asked if we needed to call if we weren't going to make it.  The person receiving stated that it was not necessary, as if they did not see us, they would plan on us picking her up on Monday.  My wife agreed and then we left for our trip.  Well, Sunday's pick up did not occur due to my daughter's volleyball team playing in a late bracket on Sunday.  We made it back into town and had my oldest daughter pick her up on Monday afternoon after school.  The person that helped my daughter was extremely rude and short with her.  My eighteen year old did not know how to take the interaction, as even she knows better than to interact with people that she deals with on a daily basis the way she was being treated.  There were short comments of "well, you guys should have called, we have a schedule to keep here, etc."  My daughter called my wife to discuss the situation, as the person at the desk would not let it go.  My wife proceeded to explain to the person at Star Pet Ranch that the Sunday pick up miss had already been discussed, if our schedule caused us to miss. My wife explained that she had already been told there was no need to call if we would not be picking up on Sunday.  My wife (who is about the most patient person in the world) proceeded to get angered by the way she was being talked to.  The person that she was talking to was very confrontational and hung the phone up on her as she was talking.  This infuriated my wife!  She called back and tried to get someone on the phone to get the extra night paid for.  The person at the desk never answered the phone.  My wife proceeded to leave a detailed message explaining that she was appalled at the way this "business person" talked to her customers.  She left her contact info to get the extra night paid for, but we have never heard back.  We will NEVER grace the doors of this location ever again!  It's a shame that this person chooses to let bad days spill over into her business interaction with customers. This wasn't the first time that the business owner interacted with my wife like this, and my wife never snapped back at her, understanding that other things may be happening in her life.  This was the last straw, though.  It'll be tough for us to find somewhere as convenient as this, but at least we'll never have any interaction like this with her again.

    This is a great Vet. They are willing to work with you on pricing and will help to keep cost down. I do not feel like this Vet. tries to milk you for every last dime like some Vet's will do. They do care about your pets and you get the feeling that it's more about the pets well being than the money.

    The quality of care varies dramatically depending on which vet you get. Dr. Urbanski is great. Some of the other vets are not so good. We had some issues with some of the other vets questioning our decisions on how to care for an animal. We wanted to be more aggressive than the vet. Ultimately we did get our way, but the vet made it clear that our route was not the one they would have picked. Dr. Miller is a pretty good vet too, most of the time. We've had some bad luck with vets other than Drs. Urbanski and Miller.
