I had a toilet that would flush very slow. Water would back up into the adjacent bathtub when flushed. The technician was very professional and called about an hour before he arrived. He diagnosed the problem as a clogged main sewer line under the bathroom. I asked him to try and roto root it and see if that would fix it. He removed the toilet from the floor and tried to clear out the drain. Unfortunately, the drain had a lot of roots in it and he just gave up trying to clear them out. Then he said that I had no choice except to repair the whole drain line under the floor which would cost about $4000. I couldn't afford that at this time, so I had to get him to wrap it up. He also said we couldn't use the bathroom at all now. Before, we could at least use the bathroom for a No. 1 visit. Now we can't use it at all. I wanted to try it out after his "repair", but the toilet wouldn't work and leaked all over the floor because he didn't replace the wax seal under it. So basically, the bathroom is in worse shape than it was before he got there. I am very disappointed with the service I got from such a highly rated plumbing service.

Texas Star Aerobic - Septic Repair & Pumping
Very well. Their employee was very patient and cordial in explaining the procedure step-by-step and having us present to verify that the septic system was cleaned. Previously, it looks like we had paid another company, but the system wasn't really cleaned, given its condition.

They called when they were on their way and they were on time. They located what they believed to be the source and took care of the problem. The price was extremely reasonable especially since plumbers tend to be expensive. We were very happy with their service and would absolutely use them again.

Berkeys Air Conditioning Plumbing & Electrical
The technician showed up within the 4 hour window provided to assess the problem. He was unable to clear the blockage because he was running into clay-like blockage in the line outside of our property line. He marked where the blockage was and quoted us over $4000 to come out the next morning to fix the problem. That price seemed high so we declined to do the additional work and paid for the "after hours" service call. The second plumber that reviewed the problem with the city marked the blockage about 6' East of the Berkey's marker. The second plumber also quoted $1700 for the repair. I don't know how Berkey's was going to do the repair the next morning without calling for utility locates, and I don't know what would have happened if they had completed the repairs only to find out it was the wrong place.

Carlos responded to our call very quickly this morning and provided estimated arrival time of same day. He arrived earlier than expected which was great! He was extremely professional, polite and knowledgeable! He took his time to explain, provide a quote and complete the work thoroughly. Took the time to explain all of our options. He explained the immediate repair/fix needs and long term. He was great!

Better than expected. This is the third time in two years I have had to clean this line. But this is the only time the service included running a camera down the line (at no additional cost) to check the problem. Will there was a problem but it was the Town of Flower Mound's problem as determined by the plumb (Travis). TheWater Department came andconcluded the same and will fix the problem. Great Job and probably saved me lots of money. Also, the plumber was a very nice andwell dressed person. Highly professional!!

The bottom half of my driveway began sinking and I suspected a break in the sewer line.  I asked All Metroplex to run a camera through the line to check for a break.  Carlos gave me a reasonable, upfront price for running the camera that included a recording of the video.  He did find a break and was able to pinpoint where under the driveway it was.
Carlos gave a reasonable price on the repair of the sewer line.  He did a good job of explaining what the price included and what they needed to do to fix the sewer line.  He came back a few days later at the scheduled time and completed the repairs quickly.
I highly recommend All Metroplex Plumbing.  Great customer experience.  Completely satisfied.

Jack was very responsive - he answers his phone and does what he says he is going to do!
A few weeks back, we had water backing-up into the shower, tub, and toilet all at the same time (it was overflowing actually) and needed a plumber to come out immediately on a Sunday afternoon.  We called major (national) plumbing chain and used a coupon, but it was still $400 to have them do the temporary fix of roto-rooting the line to cut out the tree roots that had broken through and were clogging the sewer line.
That same national plumbing company quoted us $2200 to dig out and replace the cracked sewer line.  My husband and I decided not to call them back and instead, picked up our shovels and dug 5-6 feet down to check out the problem ourselves.  When we got down there, there was a gigantic hole in the pipe, and the pipe had an awkward angle between fittings...the repair was more than we could do ourselves.
So, we got back on Angie's list and looked for a local plumber who could do a professional job and would not charge the high price the large retail plumbing chain had quoted us (which seemed pretty outrageous).  We called a highly recommended local plumber from Angie's list, and he came out to look at the job but said he couldn't help us because of a shoulder issue/physical limitation.  He talked us through the repair and recommended the ONE other plumber in the Lewisville/Flower Mound area he said he would trust to do our sewer line job right - Old Town Plumbing.  So, we called Jack at Old Town Plumbing!
By this point, we had installed a temporary fix (a rubber ring and hose clamps) over the cracked pipe, so it was not an emergency plumbing issue.  Jack came out within 36 hours to look at the job and give a verbal estimate.  He said a little more digging was probably needed to uncover more pipe for the complete repair...and estimated the repair would be between $600-$700 (more or less).  He said he could have his guys out within 5 days to do the work.
The Old Town Plumbing crew did come out as promised 5 days later, and they did a terrific job!  There ended up being two breaks in the PVC sewer line - including one previously undetected by the other plumbing company that was under the foundation of the house.  The angle of the joints that needed to be fitted together were tough...the original builder of our home had done a poor job during original construction...but Old Town was able to fix it correctly, and they did so quickly.
AND, they even managed to straighten out the sewer clean-outs in the process, which were a crooked and awkward before (this was important to me, as we are planning on doing a pave-stone patio out there soon).
We feel very confident that the repair is now done professionally and will last a long time.
I highly recommend Old Town Plumbing, especially for more "complex" plumbing repairs (beyond just a leaky toilet).  It was another plumber who recommended Jack, and we were not disappointed with his work.  Also, the price ended being just $530 (right in line with what we had estimated the repair should cost).
Jack at Old Town Plumbing is a reputable, professional plumber that you can trust to get your job (large or small) done right!

Jason did all these things in exactly 2 hrs!!! I still can't believe it and I feel a little embarressed LOL. I tried to fix it myself I took the toilet off, cleaned off the old was ring and tried to glue the cracked PVC part of the flange but it did not hold after I tried to put the screws in the concrete floor - thats when I decided to call a professional - Jason explained me that the screws I was using were too thin and were not going to go through the concrete and normally they are not needed for a toilet on the 1st floor - instead Jason went ahead and separated and took out the broken flange and glue in a new one but that is a tricky job because when cutting the old one he had to be very careful not to cut into the sewer line.
Anyways, amazing job and great price!!!

    DeWolfe's Affordable Plumbing
Mike from DeWolfe's provided my services.  He called to let me know he would not be at my house until the end of the service window and called again when he was 20 minutes away.  I had a slow draining shower, two toilets that were leaking out the base and would not hold water in the bowl, and other toilets that would only flush weakly. Mike suspected a clog to the main drain and that the 2 toilets might need new wax rings and to be reseated. He gave me an estimate for this and proceeded to unseat the toilets.  When they were removed he found the problem was much worse - that the flange was rusted away and the toilets had been leaking for some time. He even found that one was not bolted down correctly. He let me know hat this is a common problem after new flooring is installed and the toilets are not seated correctly afterwards.  Mike said he thought he would need to jackhammer out the drainpipe and replace it or another option was seating in a smaller pipe that would go inside and cover the existing flange and pipe.  After doing some checking he found a third option for me which involved cutting out and replacing the rusted flanges, putting in new wax rings, and reseating the toilets. Mike gave me estimates and we went with option 3. He had to run to the store for parts a couple of times but he stayed and got the job completely done and cleaned up afterwards.  It took about 5 hours altogether but he stayed until it was completed. He even reattached the seat on one of the toilets for me.  Since the flooring in the whole house was replaced by the seller before I bought it, Mike recommended that the other toilets in the house be checked and repaired if necessary  and I will schedule that soon.  Mike was friendly and respectful and was always careful to keep the front door closed so my cats didn't get out. I will use DeWolfe's again and recommend them.
