    Operation Renovation
I called Kevin for an estimate for my Mother in law. She had accepted a proposal for a Master bath remodel, but I wanted to get some other opinions. Kevin was able to schedule a visit the next day. Very prompt. Will definitely call him first for future renovatuons.

Chris is very talented, trustworthy and has a great work ethic. He has done a wide variety of jobs for us, moved electrical wiring, built a vented AC cover out of cedar blocks, installed drip landscaping, assembled a workbench, replaced a tree light's photocell, polished and sealed granite, plus various paint and fix-it jobs around the house. A very nice thing is he shows up when he is supposed to, communicates through the process, and responds after the fact if we have questions. We like to accumulate a full day of work to get the best value.
I would not hesitate to use Chris for any work needed at our home.

    RKO Construction & Painting
.they showed up on the time they communicated to me.  they were all wearing RKO t-shirts and looked very professional. they communicated perfectly on how things would be going so that I wasn't bothered and could plan my day accordingly.  they had my house painted in half a day and even replaced some wood on a window seal that was rotted.  the concrete slab was being prepared while the painters where doing their work and was poured and drying in a matter of 4 hours.  it looks great and i'm very pleased.

The provider had to completely tear out shoddy work performed by Rock Your House (see my review of their work).  Once the shower was deconstructed, CCC showed me where RYH had screwed screws into the shower pan liner, to attach pieces of 1x2 wood, along the rim of the shower floor.  He took photos for me to have, on record, as our ?smoking gun?.  The whole house would have eventually been damaged from water had we used the shower RYH built as the shower pan liner had screw holes all the way around it.  The materials were again, as with RYH, selected by me (the homeowner).  The vendor (Wayne?s Carpet) in Aubrey was a delight and very helpful.  CCC selects only the finest craftsmen and subcontractors to work with.  From beginning to end, Mike Davis and anyone he recommended, were professional, courtesy, and trustworthy.   With children and pets in and out all day, it?s important to have kindhearted workers on our property.  Mike is definitely everything we hoped for and more!   Our Master bath is stunning.  Not only will we enjoy every day in it, but we will definitely see a ROI should we need to move in the future.

I'm a Realtor, I sold a clients old house while he build her a new one. He Did a great job. Included digging a well and septic, and metal roof. Every thing is impressive, solid quality, and she loves the entire job. An impressive point to me is that I called him to build my personal home on my lot about 6 months later. He couldn't do it, due to location. However he spent an unusual amount of time on the phone with me. He gave me suggestions, warnings, and things to watch for. He later texted other builder's names he would suggest for the job. He made nothing off of it, but was extrememly attentive, kind, and professional.

They gave me a deal where they charge me $320 a month and then they are giving me a month free. It's a good deal and their service calls are only $45.  I haven't had to have them come out yet, but they are very responsive I get and email or they call me back within 5 minutes.

.They did make everything ok but there was a lot of things that went wrong. 1. The roof leaked  and the backyard wasn't cleaned up and they  left shingles in the driveway we had to call to have them come pick them back up. 2. The plumbers that did  work on the bathroom flooded the bathroom as they did not communicate with each other although  they had cell phones and when they turned the water back on their sodder broke and flooded the bathroom. They did shut it  off immediately but there was still a lot of water  that poured out. 3. the granite was not the same color as the one in the showroom and it was not templed correctly. In other words it was not cut correctly. 4. The guy that came out to stain the fence came to do it on a day when we had an 80% chance of rain and  then he spilled the stain on our patio.5. They lost the little piece that screws the light to the  bottom of the ceiling fan and of course this was one I had bought so I had to contact the manufacturer to get another one. 6. Once we got the granite in the bathroom the plumber cam in and put the sink in backwards and we had gotten a frameless shower door  and the glass in the  one  corner was cracked so we had to wait for them to order a new one. AND 7. They  were cutting tile in my front yard and the saw killed a big patch  of grass in my front yard. They guys I like but the contactor  was the one that subbed all  the work out and he  really should have been  here supervising everything and instead he was no where to be found. That was 90% of  the problem right there.

They do build a good home but they charge a lot. They have a very restricted contract and the only reason I used them was based on my wife's insistence.   We were supposed to be in our new home in July, but we fought with them for five months about our tile roof. They refused to hire a certified tile roofer so we had to go into negotiations with it. We finally found someone ourselves to do the roof and have had no problems as of yet. I came every day during the building process because I had found several mistakes on their part. The whole process was absurd and horrible.

    Longacre Construction Inc
Longacre did a fantastic job! As a result we are long-standing customers and have used them for many other projects, big or small. Estimates were accurate. Additional costs were disclosed as they were discovered (extra support needed for main support beams as they were uncovered, personal upgrades on products used, etc) Once we got started with the project, timing was very accurate. It took a bit to connect with them in the beginning when we were looking for contractors. But once we got the project going, it went right on schedule. Clean-up was amazing...included daily sweep up, trash removal from interior and organization of building materials. (We appreciated the clean-up effort as we were living in the house during remodel!) Very flexible on design and carpenter suggested many design options as we were building that greatly personalized our design. Thank you, Dan & Carol!

    Standard Pacific Homes
We are spending $500000 on that work. We decided to use them because they had a work plan that we liked on a golf four slot, so that was the primary reason. They have a superior lot and the people that we have been working with are wonderful. The sales person Judy and the person who is in charge of the contractors and the builders are both exemplary.
