i knew it would take 3-4 hours with two guys and noticed an ad for $199 clean up for four hours of work. I purchased it and then was sent a contract stating that it would really only be 3 hours because they were going to bill my family for all the travel time, not only to the property but also back to the shop. I thought that they could still get the work done in the three hours, but when they go tout here, they spent 20 min telling me why it might take longer. Then i asked about the 1 truck haul off that was included in the contract because we had a few larger limbs that needed to be hauled off. I was informed that they wouldn't do any haul off. They did take the bags of leaves but i would've been happy to let the trash service take care of those. I called both phone numbers while the guys were out here to see if we could resolve it while they were out here, but no return call. The main guy that came out said that the owner always promises more than he can deliver so he isn't surprised. Very disapointing

Bin There Dump That - DFW
They delivered the bin right on time but left it a little far down the driveway. We were able to call shortly after that and they graciously sent the driver back over to adjust it. Once the bin was in place, we got busy and did some much needed cleaning. They were back a week later and picked it up (we didn't even need to be home). The owner tells me that they try to recycle all the items that they can which I appreciate very much.

    G & M Haulers Co
I was incredibly pleased with G&M Haulers! They did an absolutely wonderful job!!

I called G&M Haulers in early April 2015 to schedule this job for first thing in the morning on July 7, 2015. I spoke to Jose. I received an email confirmation within 20 minutes of our phone call, confirming the details of the job. I LOVE THIS!! This kind of professionalism gives me confidence!

My Boulder, CO son graduated with his master's degree in May and is moving to Germany to work. My College Station, TX son graduated with his undergraduate degree in May and moved into his first apartment in July. We needed to get the Colorado son's belongings out of the Colorado apartment in May and into the Bryan, TX apartment in July, and we needed to store everything for 6 weeks in the meantime! For that reason, I used PODs -- hired 2 guys to load the POD in Boulder, Colorado in May; stored the POD for 6 weeks in Colorado prior to having it moved to Texas (shockingly, the Bryan, TX POD location is not climate-controlled!); and hired G&M Haulers to unload the POD on July 7 in Bryan, TX.

    THEY WERE WONDERFUL!

A crew of three guys showed up promptly at 8:15am on July 7th. They were so polite and friendly from the start! They introduced themselves with a smile and a handshake. John, Ron, and (oh, dear! I feel bad! I kept teasing the third guy and saying his name was "Don" -- to go with John and Ron, and now I forgot his real name! Was it Dwayne? Wayne? I'm sorry!).

They opened up the POD and got right to work. Everything went so quickly! They were cheerful the entire time, which put me and my son in a great mood. They knew exactly what they were doing. They worked super well together as a team, and they worked really well together as individuals. There was so little verbal communication between them at times, about what needed to be done, and yet they each knew exactly what to do, and they each did it so well! It was like clockwork!

They carefully maneuvered each piece of furniture and each box, no matter how big or cumbersome, up the winding staircase and into the second-floor apartment. Nothing was damaged in the slightest.

Nothing was too heavy or too much work. They removed all the tape from the moving blankets and threw it away. They were very neat and tidy! Love that.

They each offered, several times, to fold the moving blankets when they were done. But I wanted to fold them myself.

I found two little dowels on the bedroom floor as Ron was putting the queen-sized bed together, and he apologized for missing them and then happily took the bed apart again at two of the corners to put the dowels in, explaining that he was looking for those two dowels earlier and couldn't find them. (They blended nicely with the carpet!)

This was a complicated job in some respects because not all of the stuff in the POD was going to stay in my Texas son's apartment. Some of it had to go back with me to my home -- for the Colorado son to keep after his move to Germany. So, there were times that I had to ask the guys to take some heavy box from one room, where they mistakenly placed it based on its labeling, into another room, where I could remember to bring it home with me. This problem also caused a few miscommunications between me and the guys in the beginning of the unloading operation because I didn't do a really good job explaining the situation at first. They had to move a few of the same things a few different times!

But no matter! These three guys were cheerful, smiley, eager to help the whole time, no matter what happened!

They mentioned that the crew that loaded the POD in Colorado did a very good, professional job. That made me feel really good.

I forgot to bring my checkbook from my home when I came down for this son's move. And so, I needed to run to an ATM for cash. When they were done, in just about 50 minutes, I asked them if they would mind wrapping the used blankets in the green plastic wrap, to keep them all together and clean for the next move, while I ran to a nearby ATM. They very happily obliged! The "blanket pouches" they made for me while I was at the ATM are so convenient to move and store! They did a great job with that, too!
This was a really great experience! Professional, cheerful, hard-working crew. Got the job done in an hour! (It took the loaders 2 and 3/4 hours to load the POD in Colorado, which is, admittedly a more time-consuming job.)

I cannot say enough good about these guys and this company. I am a nervous customer about this sort of thing. It's a lot of money to move, and it takes a lot of forethought and physical and emotional energy! Had I known just how awesome these guys were, I would have been a ton more relaxed for the past few months! Haha!

Thank you, John, Ron, and ... Dwayne? .... (Don!) for a job very well done!!! Thank you, Jose, for keeping your promises, running an excellent company, and making it all come together!

    Junk King North Texas
The did a great job. There response was almost immediate after I purchased special online. The scheduling was easy and given a 2 hour window on date of pickup. The two men that arrived were very professional. They asked location of items and specific direction on what was to be taken. They were done in very short period of time and verified all items taken were correct. I will definitely use again in the future.

    Stenson Landscape & Irrigation, Inc.
We have been wanting to update the front landscaping for sometime and searched Angie's List for a contact. Stenson Landscape drew our attention and we have to say that we would recommend him to anyone.
Our objective was out with the old and in with the new.
We had two healthy trees in our front yard one of which was planted to close to the home and its root system concerned us so we asked if we could save the tree and Matt was able to save the tree by putting in a root barrier to protect our foundation.  In addition, he trimmed the trees to give them a higher canopy and a better view of our home.
Since we wanted a whole new look we asked for him to give us the best idea of stone work that would go with our home and he chose the perfect stone and created the perfect landscape.  We had all the existing plants and shrubs removed so that we could put all new shrubs, plants and ground cover in their place and from the point of starting the project to finishing the project Matt's personalized attention to our home was professional, courtesy and on point.
    Results were amazing!

mike wells sand & tractor service
When our 12x24 above ground pool came to its end of life, we
decided to remove it including all the decking and restore our backyard.
About twenty five years ago, the 4.5? pool was installed approximately 3 feet below
the surface.  After we removed the pool we were left with a huge 12x24x3
foot hole, in addition to all the area that was once occupied by the decking.
Then, after demolishing the deck and removing the pool we realized we were in need of a lot
of soil to be filled in and a lot of material to haul off.
With a lot of prayer and searching, we found and contacted ?Mike Wells Sand and Tractor
    Service? http://www.mikewellssandandtractorservice.com/contact.htm
Right from the very first call PAM(?) was very courteous, professional, and attentive in
determining our needs and providing a fair and reasonable cost estimate to
    complete the job.
Prior to delivery of the first truck load of soil, Mike Wells and his son Skyler came by
    to finalize the planning.
If you ever want to see an artist work with a ?Bobcat? tractor you won?t be disappointed
watch Skyler his magic.  Not only was the dirt expertly placed (with no
damage to adjacent flower beds, fence, etc.), but he skillfully compacted and
spread the dirt and top soil as if done with bare hands.  By the time they
were finished they not only neatened the area up, but also hauled away all the
heavy materials which we were unable to.
In the end the pictures speak for themselves.
If your needing demolition, excavation, Landscape restoration we highly recommend this
    company!

I went on line to make an appointment and was surprised I could make an appointment in a few different time slots for same day service.  I received an email confirming the appointment, and the Junk King guys called 20-30 minutes before they arrived.  Both men were friendly, professional, and eager to please.  If they had any doubts about removing or throwing anything away, they asked what I wanted done.  The men were nonjudgmental, and they worked well with one another.  They took on the challenge of cleaning out two attics on a hot day.  They worked quickly and carefully.  Good work ethic, great customer service--a job well done.

GREAT!!  The two-man team worked well together, made me feel comfortable and worked quickly and efficiently to get the JUNK out of my house!  They approached the project professionally.  They evaluated what I wanted gone on the lower floor, then looked at the second floor and made a plan.  They bagged up the junk, pointed out items of value I might want to keep.  They asked questions and worked tirelessly.  I was happy to learn that the items would be recycled where possible My expectations were Exceeded and in less than 3 hours I had my home back!
I would do it again in a heart-beat!  The money was well worth getting rid of everything in a few hours rather than the DAYS I knew it would take.
