  Jeff came on a Saturday to measure and called us with the bid on Monday. We went to the shop to pick out the frame for the mirrors. We ordered the shower door at that time. We took a sample of the wood for the frame for the mirrors home to see how it would look. We liked it and ordered it later that day. The wood frame material took a little longer than anticipated, but we were able to get the shower door installed before our deadline. The mirrors were very heavy, and the owners wanted to use heavier hardware to hang them. We were happy that they wanted to make sure that the quality of their installation was proper. Everything looks great now that it is all in place.

  NEW BATH TECHNOLOGIES LLC

  This was the final job for Robert, Lenny and Mary at our house. We could be the New Bath Technologies showroom, because they have remodeled every bathroom in our house. The first job was a bathtub to shower remodel for Jack and Jill bathroom. This was done in Onyx over 5 years ago and has been the best shower ever. Next they did a complete master bath remodel. This included custom tile corner tub, Onyx shower with frame-less glass and cabinets with Onyx vanities. Lenny also built frames around the mirrors and added cabinets/shelves above 2 toilets. I have written reviews for these prior jobs and have been 100% happy with the quality of the work. No corners are cut and I always feel like the quality is superb. For this final job (I don't have any more bathrooms for them to remodel) they did a complete remodel of guest bathroom and replaced cabinets/vanities of Jack and Jill. Lenny also framed the mirrors in Jack and Jill, adding cabinet/shelves above 2 toilets. For the guest bath they removed wallpaper/textured and painted. They tiled the floor with porcelain tile and did Onyx tub to shower replacement with heavy glass. New cabinets and Onyx vanities were installed. Mary has guided us thru these remodels providing expert suggestions and color recommendations. Robert is a pro that I can't express how impressed I am with everything he does. Lenny is an artist that can build anything out of wood. I have and will continue to recommend New Bath to everyone. They are easy to work with and can be trusted to deliver a quality product at price quoted.

  NEW BATH TECHNOLOGIES LLC

  This is my second bathroom remodel with New Bath Technologies. This project was a complete master bath remodel replacing literally everything except the flooring. The shower has an Onyx pan and panels using a accent strip of stone tile. The huge soaker tub was a custom built enclosure with travertine tile. We were space constrained by not wanting to update our stained concrete flooring, so we asked that the new bath use the same footprint as the old. In order to do this, Robert had to build a custom step to avoid an awkward step into the tub that turned out beautifully. Mary has an excellent eye for design and has the best suggestions to solve any issue. Robert pays attention to detail down to every small thing. Both cabinets and vanities were replaced and custom mirror frames were built. I so highly recommend Mary, Robert and Mike to do bathroom remodels of any size. For this job I had no need to seek more bids because I knew New Bath would do the quality of work I was looking for at a fair price.

  Hurricane Glass & Shower

  I called Hurricane Glass and Showers, and they came out the very same day to measure my window. (Kids next door threw a baseball through the glass) They secured the window, by putting a piece of temporary glass in, and with 3 days they were back out with my new double paned window! Everyone that I spoke with was very kind, and helpful, and I will definitely use them again, if needed.

  I had a great experience with Gary and his crew. They really know their stuff and did a high quality job. They���re professional, worked hard to give me exactly what I wanted, and were great at giving suggestions and options when I was unsure of what I wanted. They were easy to work with and I love how my bathroom turned out (and my floor trim too). I plan on hiring them whenever I have my next remodeling project done.

  Gary Groce Builders

  Gary, no doubt, is a ROCK STAR! (pics below of before and after)Previous contractor came in and spray painted my marble vanity black and then decided, without asking me, to put an accent piece into my shower - which resulted in missing tiles, cracked tiles, horrible grout job, etc. Oh, the guy put the faucets in backwards, or didn't even attach. There's a long list of what that idiot left behind when he walked out on the job. ANYWAY - called other 'resurface' people, but they would not touch the vanity, because it was marble. They just cringed when they looked at the shower and said no. The came Gary, YAY! Seriously, I will let the pictures tell the rest of the story. The idiot contractor put a key lock on EVERY door in the house, including closets. Gary took it upon himself and had his guys swap them for bed/bath knobs, but didn't say a thing, also did not add to the bill, either. WHAT??? I needed a little work done in the hall bath - new mirror, light fixture, then texture and paint. He saw the cabinet was cutting into the dry wall on one side and the drawers did not open due to the door casing, on the other side. Instead of chucking the cabinet, he was able to rebuild it, keeping the cost WAY down. I had been debating about replacing my oven, then came Gary! So I added it to the list. They took out the old oven, I bought the same model and - um, no, that part did not go smoothly. Gas line from stove top was in the way and had to be moved, ugh, but not ugh. It was a bit o a hiccup, but Gary got the right people in there to get the job done right. These are just a few of the many things he did. He noticed a bi-fold closet door did not close properly, he didn't tell me, but he fixed it. I swear, he is a VERY rare find, heck, I almost expect I will see a unicorn. I did have all my tubs resurfaced by another company, but that was before I found Gary Groce. Like I said, that company didn't want to touch the shower, but Gary didn't even hesitate. He has an eye for detail and he means it when he say's he treats your home like his own. No doubt, I feel I can now buy another house because I know I can call Gary and the job will be done right. I wish I had more before pictures - just be assured, Gary makes sure everything is done right, the first time. It won't just look good, it will work and function perfectly. Like I said, it's almost the closest thing to a unicorn I might ever see!

  Executive Window Services

  They rescheduled several times after they couldn't keep original appointment. Windows look great. They did break an antique when their ladder fell inside the house. They didn't offer to compensate or replace it.

  We needed a front window replaced ASAP after our dog knocked it out late one night. Hurricane Glass was there promptly the next��
