We���ve used Acute for everything from simple inspections to a totally new motor and have consistently experienced the absolute best service.     Auto Science diagnosed my blown head in my Acura. I decided to replace the engine myself, and when doing the work, I noticed that the some items (mostly fuses) were pulled and switched around (it took several hours to correct this). There was no reason for any fuses to be pulled or rearranged. I can't speak for the quality of their work if you hire them to do it, but if you have them diagnose a problem and don't hire them to fix it, an angry mechanic may make your problems worse, and cause more labor in the future (as in my case). I tried asking them about this and the customer service guy (John) yelled at me about the time they spent diagnosing my problem and the fact that I didn't hire them, and then hung up. I do want to mention that they had excellent customer service up until I decided to do the work myself. They did go out of their way to try to diagnose the problem. I was telling John that next issue with my car, I was definitely going to use them, and I had already told family and friends how good they were up to this point. But I later found out that a disgruntled mechanic decided to take it into their own hands to make my life **** for not hiring them to do my engine swap... this is unprofessional, and I take back anything good I originally had to say about the company. No matter how good their customer service was, I should not have to worry about my vehicle leaving their shop in worse condition than it was when I brought it in.

    I think they are ok, good price. I will say I don't know if they change their coffee every day in the waiting room but it tastes not good. It's a standard procedure so I can only give a B. It's not a fancy service. I will use them again if they have a coupon.

    We bought the car on a Saturday. First thing we were told was that the car wash machine was broken, so bring it back on Monday to have it washed. We were also asked to call them on Monday to schedule a time to install the running boards. We wanted to take care of both in one visit. As we waited for Monday to arrive, we noticed the weather stripping on the driver side door was defective. Added it to the list. Monday we called and went straight voicemail. No return call. We called again, straight to voice mail, no return call. We finally texted the salesperson, and service called us back 30 minutes later. We were told it would take two days to get the running boards, but they were already order. Wednesday came and went with no call. Thursday morning, no call. We called back Thursday afternoon and they scheduled us for a 9am appointment on Friday. We drop the car off on Friday, prepared to live without it for the day, expecting to pick it up before they close at 7pm. 6pm arrives, no call. We call them. They answer and said they'll check on status. They call us back to tell us the car hasn't even been touched yet. Why are you scheduling me for a 9am appointment, for a service that should take 2 hours, tops, when you are "so overbooked" that you can't get to it. Bottom line, sales guys are nice. They get you the car with a reasonable price. But, the sales guys kind of forget about you after that, and the service department is the worst customer service experience we've had on the automotive service side.

    I like that I can call Leo up, pretty much at any time and he’ll get me in. Either if that means a tow or if that means he just gets me to the shop and gets me going and often fixes my car the same day. He is our go to guy. If I can’t fix it, he does.

    They worked on my son's auto air conditioner and did a magnificent job.  My deepest appreciation to the mechanic who came in on his day off to personally work on the unit. I highly recommend  this auto repair service

    They're good. This is the first one that wasn't free. They're a little high, but they're a dealer. I will keep going back as long as I have the Toyota. It took about an hour, hour and a half. They do have a loaner car or ride option. That's where I started getting my truck serviced when I first bought it and they're local, so I just go back to them.

    The last service we had done was on my husband's truck. It was a little bit of a drive. It's in the Dallas area. I had some similar work done on my car, which is a newer car, and I took it to the dealer. The dealer charged me $3000 for that similar work and he only charged me $650. Big difference. We used them probably one previous time before. It was on an older car and we took it out there probably about four years prior to the date I gave you. Actually, really it was, like I said, the car was old, probably about ten years old, and I just took it to him to actually look it over to see if it was worth fixing a couple things on it, and he said it was so old that it really wasn't worth doing the repairs on it. I'd be better off buying a new car, another car. So he actually didn't do anything on it. He just looked it over and told me this might cost you this much, and this might cost you this much, so you're really just, you know, putting more money into a car that's probably not going to last too much longer. He had worked in an automobile factory, so he knows the ins and outs of cars, and he was just, I just felt like he gave me an honest opinion and said you're just throwing your money away on this car if you keep on putting money into it.

    I called them on a Friday and they were willing to let me schedule an appointment and come in on a Saturday. About 2 or 3 months ago I took it in for them to look at my A/C system because it had stopped blowing cold air, to get a windshield wiper pump replaced, and then also an oil change. When the air stopped blowing cold again here recently I called them back to find out what the heck is going on. I just paid for this. The guy was really friendly, I think his name was Heath, he was great. He was able to pull up my account immediately, because I accused him of me spending $1100 on the A/C system and he corrected me, which he was correct, it was only $600 I spent on it. There was a lot of work that was done. He said bring it in and we'll check it out and if it's something they replaced or they touched there won't be any cost to me but if there's something else we'll have to pay for it. It turned out it was and O-ring they installed, something was wrong with; the seal wasn't perfect or something so they lost cool air. They fixed it at no cost to me. They said bring it back in about 3 or 4 weeks to see if there's anything else where the sealant didn't quite stick; so fairly happy with them. It's rare.
