If I could give negative stars I would. I called them to get my tiles cleaned and specifically asked them if they could clean tiles and they confirmed several times and said yes they do both carpet and tiles and told me they are coming Sunday morning. I made my plans around it. Sunday after 30 minutes past the point when they were suppose to come, I called to check and then they told me they do no...
