    Hill Country Eye Center
Dr Restivo, and his entire staff are the absolute best people possible. First off they are VERY PROFESSIONAL in every way, very fast service, friendly, polite, easy to schedule, and reschedule if you have to, and I could not be more pleased that I chose Hill Country Eye Center. By far one of the best choices I have ever made, and even though I am not flush with cash, I decided to get the restore lens so I would never need glasses again, and I am so glad I did that, and it is even better than I could possibly expect, and I never lose my glasses anymore so I love them. I had no idea how little I could see, especially colors, and even my car was 3 shades different in color than I thought, and everything is so bright, clear and vivid, and it was a great decision at any price. You don't have to get these lenses, but I recommend them if it is at all possible to do it, but either way Hill Country eye Center is as good as it gets and I am elated with 100% of everything that they did to HELP ME. . I give them 10+++ stars minimum. You will love them to...

Will go there again. Friendly staff. Had two minor problems. First they called to say my glasses were ready but they weren't. They apologized and made it right. Also prescription was off, so they re-examined and made me a new pair of lenses, no charge. Very accommodating. My wife also had exam and glasses, no problems.

    Pierce, Dr. K Randy.

I went for a general eye examination, and Dr. Pierce discovered I had cataracts in both eyes and an eye disease. I was required to do a return visit to properly measure my eye and set up my appointment for cataract surgery in my worst eye - the left one. The next day after the surgery, I had to return to Dr. Pierce's office to check the pressure on my eye.

Dr. Pierce was awesome on all the visits! His examinations and his staff's examinations were very thorough and professional. I couldn't have asked for better explanations, treatments. or results.

I will be returning in the next few weeks to complete surgery on my right eye, and my husband is scheduled to have his cataract surgery next week.  I highly recommend Dr. Pierce!

    Mccarty, Dr. Dennis R.
The visit went extremely well. It was very easy to schedule an appointment; the office staff was helpful and timely. The person that conducted my retina picture and glaucoma test was very knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. McCarthy was very personable and conducted a thorough exam. I will go back next year for my annual exam.

    Miller, Dr. Laura S.
Had to order the frame and make lenses. Color wasn't right on the lenses, so they worked until they were perfect. From the lovely lady at the front desk, to the opticians and the Dr....couldn't have had a better experience! Calm, kind and thorough!

    West, Dr. Jodie L.
Both of us had thorough pre-screening and exams. The staff is very professional and nice.
Dr. West took the time to suggest new treatments for our aging eyes. She spent more time than I expected going over the options and how each treatment could help correct my extremely bad eyesight. I learned a lot and am happy that with the alternatives. She was very patient throughout the exam to ensure the small changes in lenses were correcting my vision. I could definitely see the differences in changing my prescription.
My wife's exam gave her good information on how to treat her need for bi-focals.
We both took a long time selecting frames. Besides the many frames on display they have books full of frames to choose from. The staff was very thorough in measuring our faces for the right size of frames. Both of us ordered new frames.
The doctor also gave us signed prescriptions without having to be asked. I appreciated not feeling like we were forced to buy frames/glasses in the office.
My new glasses arrived within a week and are exactly what I ordered.
We are very happy to have found a wonderful eye doctor so close to home.

They are quite good.  I recommend them and I have two other people they’ll come back and said you are right.  The primary doctor there is Dr. Laurie Sorrenson, O.D.  My brother had a weird case of glaucoma and he had seen this person for years and recommend me to her seven years ago.  She has grown her practice since then so there other doctors at Lakeline Vision that other people talk about that speak highly of but Dr. Sorrenson quite good.  For availability and getting appointment – I understand because Dr. Sorrenson is becoming less and less available but the other doctors there and so I would give overall an “A” and punctuality is “A+”.  If you have to wait in the waiting room, 10 minutes, then, they give you a Starbucks card.

    Berger, Dr. Brian B.
He immediately diagnosed the problem and gave me the three treatment options. Went to MD Anderson for a second opinion and it was confirmed and the specialist at MD Anderson was very much aware of Dr. Berger and his work and highly recommended him. The first surgery was to attach a Combs Plaque (radioactive disk) to the outside of the eye directly outside where the tumor was. The vitreous fluid was drained and replaced by silicon oil to help protect the retina. Also a biopsy was taken and sent off for genetic testing.
The second surgery was to remove the radioactive disk and replace the silicon oil with a saline solution which your body replaces as it heals. Follow-up check ups show the tumor is shrinking much faster than expected.

    Houston Dry Eye Clinic
We completed the on-line medical forms and the check-in was quick and simple.  We started the new patient process right on time and were pleasantly surprised when both of us were walked through the process at the same time and were in each stage of the exams together.  Dr Panzer is quite the professional and we were comfortable with him from the time he walked into the exam room.  He explained every phase of the exam with detailed explanations of our diagnosis and treatment.  He has the latest equipment which makes the exam quick and more thorough than many optometry offices can provide.  We picked out new frames, ordered special coatings on our lenses, and I ordered new lenses for some frames I have had for over 8 years.  obtw: He also treated my wife's dry eyes and she is elated.
