    Anthony & Sylvan Pools
Had some hiccups along the way but whe the general manager Dan, got involved things were resolved quickly. Matt the start up guy is fantastic, he still, 2years later responds to my texts immediately when I have questions concerning the pool.

    Ferguson Remodeling & Construction LLC
Jeremy was very professional and had excellent subcontractors to do all the work. He listened to our needs and even made suggestions as to what and why we should do certain things. We hired him for one job and later hired him to do a second job. Although there was an issue with resurfacing a patio. Jeremy was in full agreement that that part of the job should be redone. We have one more project that we will likely hire him to get it done.

    Bulls Prime Construction LLC
I had several bids for different companies to come out and give me a solution on making my back patio safer for my Mom to be able to get into the back yard. My existing patio was 10W x 12L. The short-term solution was a recycled steel ramp but the location was a little too steep for Mom and her walker. Juan had the best solution of all and the fairest price for this project. In addition to the patio I wanted a small pad out back for my chiminea. The project took two days one day for the forms and the pouring on the second day. Juan was right on time as expected and his crew was so friendly and professional. They all worked so hard! After the pouring was completed and dry Juan came back out to do some touch ups and clean up. You couldnt even tell anything had been there it was so clean. I really appreciate Juan giving me a solution to help my Mother. I love my new extended patio. There is a place for my BBQ and the ramp is safe for Mom to enjoy the backyard too! I would recommend this company and plan to use them for any future projects. Thank you Juan!!

    Sundek of Austin
The installation went great. The people were great. The color was different than advertised but we were happy with the result. We have issues with the deck right now (buckling and cracking) and have a warranty request in so we will see.

    Sagamore Fence & Deck
Sagamore Fence was awesome! While we didnt end up doing our project at this time for our own personal financial reasons, we will definitely call Tony when we are ready to move forward. Their products are quality with great attention to detail, their prices are fair, and they are fabulous people to work with. Tonys honesty and integrity are top notch, and he is truly in the business to meet the needs of his clients rather than to make a sale. We strongly recommend Sagamore Fence and Deck, and will definitely use them again in the future!

    Capital Construction Services
Beautifully! From the initial consultation, John McCormick stood out as an informed professional. Every crew member was prompt and took great pride in their work. The area was always left clean at the end of the day. We truly couldn't be more pleased. Of special note is the concrete patio - those guys were perfectionists - and the screens are amazing, they are practically invisible. I would *highly* recommend Capital Construction for any size project!

    Jim Mitchell Remodeling
All work was performed to our satisfaction and then some. in the kitchen, Jim's creative remodel result in our being able to use all existing cabinets and expanded our working area and greatly improved the kitchen's aesthetics. Jim would always go out of his way to ensure that the work was done properly. My feeling was that we hired a contractor, and made a good friend.

    David Landscape Group
After what I thought was extensive research to hire the right landscaper, I never could have been so wrong in selecting David. My project was a $50,000 backyard landscape project including stone work, pergola, irrigation and landscaping. He asked for a $5,000 deposit to "get on the schedule" which I paid. He asked for $20,000 when the project started, which I paid. It became clear that he did not have the capital to fund the project. Even worse, he was likely using my funds on other projects to try and keep his cash flow positive. He started showing up less and less and left me to provide direction to the workers effectively becoming the crew boss. He said he was concerned I would not pay my bills, yet I was paying him in advance of the work?? David asked me to pay his contractors directly since he did not have the cash. His workers said they would never work for him again because he bounces checks. At one point I had to call the police because of an altercation between David and a contractor in front of my house (public record available). I paid for all material and labor directly for the second half of the project. In the end he stopped showing up, didn't return text or phone calls and left me with 2 workers to finish the job. To put salt in the wound, there was a bobcat rental invoice that David did not pay and now the vendor is seeking to put a lien on my house to get paid. All through the project David lied about schedules, when workers would show up, material that he said he bought when he did not. The project finished 5 months late and $10,000 over budget. What a disaster. Clearly it was too big for him. I'm sure he has a narrative that is very different, but it would just be more dishonesty.

    Jim Mitchell Remodeling
We had a problem with the boards on the rim joist at one corner of our porch. The boards were not quite long enough to be supported by the stone column underneath.

Because I have to take vacation time if a contractor is working on the house, punctuality and quality work are very important. Jim emailed back and forth with me about the day of work and gave me advance notice when there was a rain delay.

Jim actually showed up a little early for the initial meeting and for the work day. That porch corner is not quite square. Jim and his helper did a great job figuring out a solution. The work was done right, and they cleaned up well at the end of the job.

    We were very pleased.

    Alderete Fences
The fence looked great when they finished. The price was really good too. Josh was professional face to face. He guaranteed the work.
A few months after the fence was built, the gates would no longer close. I called Josh and left a message requesting him to come adjust them. No response. Sent an email. No response.
Other fence companies would not come out to do such a small repair so I am stuck with the gates the way that they are.
    Disappointed.
