    Danny Did It
I called Danny for an estimate to fix the bathroom where a leak had rotted out the floor and caused a mold situation. Danny was here the next day and quickly assessed and gave me an estimate. He worked with me on all the things I wanted to get done and gave me a very reasonable and good estimate for the work to be done. We ended up deciding to have the bathroom remodeled, replacing the tub with a stand-up shower and redoing the floor and replacing the toilet. I found Danny to be extremely forthright, and very trustful. Very considerate of keeping costs low, but at the same time, committed to providing uncompromising quality. I was most thankful to work with someone I could trust. Danny gave me all my options along with costs to see how I wanted to proceed. Some of my choices were a bit challenging and difficult to work with, but Danny took it all in stride very professionally. Danny invested a lot of his time going between Home Depot, Lowes and other home improvement stores to get all the materials that I wanted which seemed to be spread all over the place. Danny does all of the work himself and with his assistant (Trevor). Both have been most professional, with just tremendous quality work no corners cut and no shortcuts taken. It is rare to find workmanship with this quality and dedication. Once the work started, Danny and Trevor worked each day from early morning to late evening, and even on Saturdays to get it done as quick as possible. Theyve always been most polite, good spirited and helpful - and even helped with some few odd handyman tasks around the house since it did not take too much time. The work was completed on time as per Dannys schedule. The quality of their work was just great! Couldnt be more happy! All in all, I would recommend Danny and Trevor very strongly and would call on their help again for my future projects - without the least worry or hesitation.

Just fine. The workers were an hour late because of traffic delay. They first centered the electrical box in the hallway ceiling (DRHorton Home) then they braced the ceiling for a heavy fixture and hung the fixture with ease. The workers were professional, obviously knew what they were doing and were quick. We would definitely hire them again and plan to when we center the bathroom sink and vanity lights (DRHorton Home).

    Lightfoot Electrical Services LLC
Electrician was polite and very positive. He came punctually and responded quickly to our questions. We had 2 bids for the job. The other bid was slightly lower ($275 vs $300) but we went with Lightfoot due to punctuality and responsiveness and we liked the Lightfoot technical expertise. The job was done very well and in a reasonable amount of time, and we were very satisfied with the final result.

    Ace Custom Building
This has been a dream come true. Ivan and his team have done an excellent job on our bathroom, from the start they were extremely professional, clean and kept an attitude of perfection. We have no words of the beautiful experience we had with Ivan and his team, they do not take short cuts, they do not go the easy way, they do it right, and we are so glad they did our bathroom. I will not only recommend Ivan as the best option when it comes to custom kitchen and baths, but assure you that he is one of the very few left in the market that will walk with you until your expectations are fulfill. No words can express my gratitude to you Mr Ivan, thank you for making this possible for us and treating this project as if it was your own.

    Protech Communications
ProTech Communications exceeded my expectations! This father/son company was well versed with their services and products; they were prompt, competent and solution-oriented. They encountered several (builder's) problems in my new home in installing wall speakers and TV's, but they were problem solvers and persistent in installing additional outlets and getting the work done. Every one of their employees were professional, polite and respectful of my home. My surround sound system works great, the outdoor flood lights make me feel more secure, the additional lights in the garage are fantastic and having a universal control to manage all the equipment is excellent. Any problems that I have encountered, due to my lack of knowledge of technology, they have shown patience and tutor me again & again. ProTech Communications is very diverse in their skills and services. I have several other projects in the future and will definitely contact them again.

Recently, a couple outlets sparked when a laptop was plugged in. An electrician came to my 40 year old home, looked at one of the outlets and discovered the wires were lose. He fixed the wires, then strongly recommended I replace all the outlets in the house as well as the breaker box. $6500 estimate. This seemed a bit odd to me, as just a year earlier, the house was thoroughly inspected. After he left, I noticed the outlet he repaired still sparked. Unsettled by this and alarmed by his recommendation, I wanted a 2nd opinion and contacted RES. I was immediately impressed with the professionalism and responsiveness. Billy checked the outlets and suggested using surge protectors. He said the house is dated, but the outlets and breaker box are fine and there is no safety risk. If something happens, they will be happy to repair, but all is good. Charge: $0. Super impressed. I will definitely use RES for any electrical needs. It is refreshing to find a service professional with integrity.

We got the young man out to take measurements and tell us he would have a quote done for us. I had to email the company a couple of times to get that from them. They were reasonably priced, but by the time they got us the proposal, we had found a small business that we decided to try. That has not worked out, so I gave them a call again and asked if we could add electrical work to the project and what kind of increase in price that would include. Jill told me that they have an electrician, but I would have to pay him directly. So I asked for his information. She curtly told me that he would not do the work unless it was through them. So fine... I asked when we could set up a time. Jill said, "We are no longer doing drywall projects. We have moved to whole home projects. Your job just isn't big enough." She wasn't even that polite about it. My kitchen and living room have no insulation or drywall along the exterior wall where flood water came in. We have had snow and freezing weather and I have nothing but a brick facade to protect our home from the temperatures. This is not the first contractor to tell me "it isn't big enough". Apparently, my money isn't as green as everyone else's. And my home isn't as important as everyone else's. It isn't bad enough to have my home in complete disarray, but to have the callous disregard from so-called professionals tell me I don't matter? We WERE going to do a full kitchen and master bath remodel in 2018. We WILL NOT be working with anyone from Maverick. Ever. I strongly suggest that if they cannot make time to do work and get paid for smaller projects, they don't deserve my business ever. And they will never get it. Plus to be rude on top of it? Puhleeeez

I called RES to replace a single circuit breaker at my rental property located in League City. Meeka (sp?), the scheduler, was delightful, very knowledgeable, and prompt in returning calls. In speaking to Meeka, I was confident I had found my go-to electrical company for all my electrical needs for my rental property, as well as friends and family. However, the electrician himself, is a different story. The electrician called my tenant and without diagnosing the problem himself, quoted a price of $1,600 $2,000. The electrician stated he didnt have the time to schedule the appointment for an in-person diagnosis. How can you quote a thousand dollar figure without testing a single component of a breaker panel? I was fortunate to not have suffered any damage from Harvey. I can only imagine what this company would charge those in real need for services. Unfortunately, with every major disaster comes unscrupulous home contractors, who prey upon homeowners.

    DVS Services
David and his assistant came out and installed the easy one (normal ceiling height) and then brought out a huge ladder to remove and replace the 2-story high fan with a 6 foot drop in the living room. Everything was done well and works perfectly. David was also kind enough to adjust/secure an in-place ceiling fan in a bedroom for no additional charge. He also took the old fans and the trash/boxes with him so we didn't have to deal with disposal.
