The guy was running a little late from another job so he called to give me an update on what time he would arrive, which was nice. He was professional and polite. He knew what he was doing and unclogged the sewer line quickly.

Greg came back with Pete and found that he was right - a knockout valve had been trapped in the pipe for years before I bought the house. They worked all morning to get it out while staying within my budget range (and thankfully not ripping into the concrete of my bathroom)! They successfully removed the pipe remnant and for the first time, I have a fully functional guest bathroom! Greg was courteous, gave an honest assessment, and didn't try to nickel and dime me with a bunch of extra services. He and Pete did their best with what they could do without destroying the bathroom at my expense - and it worked. They didn't charge any more than their estimate and were able to do the job in a few hours what another plumber couldn't do in 3 trips. WILL hire again (hopefully won't have to) but they did the job RIGHT, and I greatly appreciate their work.

Hired SWAT through contract with Landmark HW. Plumber came out 3 separate times to attempt to fix a toilet that wouldn't flush solid waste. Attempt #1: Replaced the ballast in the toilet tank, said it was "a low flow issue". Toilet flushed once and he left. A day later, flushing problems began again. Attempt #2: Augered the drain and told me that the line was cleared. Attempt #3: (After EXCESSIVE battles with Landmark HW - who apparently only cover one drain stopapge per contract - despite not clearing the first one) Same plumber came out, obviously annoyed that he was still dealing with this same issue. (Yeah, I hear ya.) He augered the line again, and when he could not get a clean flush, told me that the toilet was the problem, and that manufacturer's warranty would have to cover. POST-OP: I called a new plumber outside my warranty and they found a piece of pipe debris (probably a knockout valve there since the house was built) in the pipe and were able to clear it by hand. It was acting as a ballast, allowing water to pass, but slowly. The toilet now works perfectly. Not only did SWAT Plumbing incorrectly assess the issue, or put a good faith effort to actually fix it, they prematurely marked the issue "solved" even knowing there were problems, and did less than minimal effort to follow up to make sure I was satisfied with the service. I will not be using SWAT Plumbing in the future (try Ernie's Plumbing!) and have ALSO cancelled my useless home warranty which contracts out to SWAT.

They came over the same day I called. I let their customer service know that we have roots in our sewer line and they need to be removed. I also said the same thing once the plumber called to let me know he was on his way.
Once the plumber arrived he seemed very professional, unclogged the toilet but said I'd have this problem happen again in the very near future. I asked if he removed the roots. He said he did the best he could but he said he was certain it wasn't enough and he couldn't finish the job. I was very disappointed.
I called Teirney Plumbing concerned and explained the issue. They honored their Angie's List 2 hour promotion and in-fact used blades to cut the roots in the sewer drain with not excuses or complaints. They did say there was a lot but completed the job but said this should not have been an issue if I explained what I explained to them on the phone to Ernie's. I'm glad I had a back up.

Ron had to come out and scope my line, after another plumber was unable to tell me why my toilets, shower and tub kept backing up. He uncovered a pipe going thru my sewer line and told me to contact the city. He showed me exactly where it was, marked it on the ground and explained everything. I would use Tierney Plumbing again in a heartbeat!!

I think they actually came out the same day. They charged like a hundred or so, I forgot. She had a coupon or so. They snaked a camera down into our sewer line to check for blockages. After they were done, we asked them about a separate issue we were having with our bath tub. The guy looked into it. He said he could fix it for us, even though it wasn't scheduled before hand. It was kind of nice that they had time to do that. They actually drove out to a supply store and came back with the part. They were professional, no problems with them. They were very responsive and willing to help us. Obviously they charged us but of course we were glad to pay because they fixed an issue.

We had an issue with Sewage backing up into the yard and not yet into the house.  Tim made it a priority  to get to our home as he knew the real possibility that we could have sewage inside the house and not just the yard.  My wife said Tim was very respectful of our home and did the job in the time he said he would.  I will hire him again for my next plumbing need.

Cliff Morgan and his team were great. It ended up being a three day job due the break being under a house beam. They couldn't access the leak from outside, so they had to go through the floor in the laundry room. Then they couldn't access the leak through the original hole dug, so had to dig a second hole in the slab, but they did a great job of containing the dirt and dust so it didn't spread all over my house.

Better than expected. After determining there was not blockage in the sewer line, they continued to investigate the issue by removing the toilet and using a snake with camera. In the end, it was determined it was a faulty toilet. I replaced the toilet and all is good now.

They did a great job. Came out immediately, and cleared my sewer main, that was clogged due to root intrusion. They were not able to get rid of all the roots, and suggested that we replace that section of the line. This of course, is something that we had already known about, but because of high costs, have not yet repaired. Action Plumbing was very understanding and did all that they could to clear out the line to buy us more time. I am extremely grateful for his understanding and his prompt response to this matter. Thank you so much!!
