AAJ Locksmith and SecurityTechnician arrived on time. He was very efficient in tackling all the locks that needed to be changed out. We did a final walk through and tested every lock. Only thing I would suggest is that dispatcher of technicians be clear when the setup appointments. I got a little confused on who I actually setup appt with since I requested multiple quotes for the work. We finally got to the bottom of it.- Pat G.

The young man was very polite and cleaned up after himself when he was finished with the installations. I was very impressed with this company and the professionalism they displayed. I researched several locksmith's to see if they were indeed licensed by the Texas Department of Safety's TOPS department and this company was the only one I could find that was currently licensed. It amazed me how quickly these guys moved my 800 pound safe down a hundred foot gravel driveway and through several obstacles to get it into the house. The owner was onsite during the installation and everyone was very polite professional. AMichael's Keys IncContacted Michael's Keys Inc over the 4th of July holiday for a locked back door that I needed opened at least by Monday. The individual who answered the phone was very informative and honest about the pricing due to the holiday if the technician came out on the weekend vs. coming on Monday. I decided to wait until Monday and made an appt. The technician, Julian, was not only early for the scheduled appt but was very polite, informed me of every step taken in order to open the locked door, and worked quickly to open the locked door. Instead of just taking my word that I needed new door knobs, he checked each door knob to see if he could fix it first. He replaced all 3 knobs in 30 minutes which I thought was very fast. AMccleary Lock and Access ControlAfter my son's car was stolen along with my house keys and garage remote, I contacted McCleary Lock & Access Control after-hours to have all of my locks re-keyed. Mr. McCleary gave OUTSTANDING service! He came immediately to do the work. He did NOT try to sell me new locks, but assured me the ones I had were great. I had been having difficulties with one lock, so he replaced that one. In addition, he reprogrammed my overhead garage door and all the remotes. He cleaned up after his work, was very kind and courteous. I was extremely pleased and surprised when he gave me his invoice--to the point that I questioned him if I didn't owe him more!
