This is becoming absolutely unbearable and unacceptable. Stay tuned because this comment will be submitted to The Better Business Bureau as a complaint. The first issue started off when my wife and I first moved into our new rented house in Keller. Our A/C unit began show the system was set to a certain temperature but would not cool to that temperature. Instead, the system would blow warm air when it was set to cool. We contacted our landlord and had them send out a guy from A-US Air Conditioning of Texas. Setting up the appointment was the worst part. After several days of trying to get ahold of them and leaving constant voicemails, my landlord was able to get through to them. They would not send a technician out during our available hours and because of that my wife had to take a day of vacation just so the A/C technician could come out. Once I got home I quickly noticed the A/C tech did not do his job the correct way. The system was blowing warm air when it was set to cool. I asked my wife what the tech said and she informed me that the tech stated, "Oh, this is just a configuring issue with your thermostat. all you need to do is reconfigure it. I checked everything else and it's all good. Have a good day." She even asked the tech if he could reconfigure it because we did not know how. He replied, "If you don't have the manual then you need to contact the manufacturer, I don't do this kind of stuff." Being discussed with the issues I called my father who is a certified A/C technician with many years of experience. He was able to walk me through the process OVER THE PHONE without looking at it. And trust me, this guy can hardly operate an iPhone much less a smart thermostat. The second and FINAL issue came about 5 months later when our entire unit stopped blowing. After notifying my landlord he contacted the same company and they did not contact us back for 4 days. Finally after leaving 8 voicemails I received a call saying they're sending out a tech. About 4 hours later I called and left 2 more voicemails and didn't hear from them until the following day. This time, my landlord received the text saying a technician was on his way. 3 hours later I lost all hope and began getting upset. I then called 18 times until someone answered and they said the tech was stuck in traffic in Irving and he's on his way but won't make it during my availability which was before 1:00pm. He then told me, "we can only hope to get someone out there during your availability." I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I argued back and forth for over 30 minutes on the phone before I gave up and told him I no longer need there services and I will be writing reviews everywhere I can along with reporting them to the BBB. I hope this helps guys. Sorry for the long explanation.

All Around Heat and Air showed up at the time stated when I called. They diagnosed the problem and had the parts to fix with them. Professional and reliable. Also checked my other units for issues. Price was extremely reasonable and work was done in a timely manner. Will definitely use again!

I called Paschall because my home A/C stopped cooling. I have an annual contract with them to inspect my HVAC twice yearly and I get a small discount on calls with priority service. I left a message and later a lady relative of the owner called me back from South Carolina...she was "filling in" she said. Lots of confusion, call backs, couldn't find my contract info, etc. Bobby, the owner, shows up the next day clearly in a bad mood, talking crap, throwing things around, telling me to do this and do than (I thought he worked for me, not me for him). He didn't ask any questions about what was wrong until I stopped him and told him what was actually happening.....he then stopped what he was doing and looked for a drainage issue. Told him A/C drains into my master bedroom sink. He went there, literally threw the stuff under sink all over the bathroom, ordered me to find a bucket, unclogged the drainage line, and then threw my bucket out onto the driveway and it rolled into the street. Then he told me I owed $175 for the service call....told him I had a contract....he couldn't find it. Went around and around on that issue...finally confirmed contract with lady in South Carolina and paid. At my house 20 minutes tops. It was just an ugly, angry, unprofessional display from this outfit. Stay away from these people at all costs.

Mitch was here right when we were told he would be, he was very friendly, knew exactly what was wrong and immediately got to work fixing it quickly. The line had been clogged for what must have been a decade and Mitch had the right tools to unclog the line, and repair the parts that needed it quickly. He cleaned up any mess he made and we were back in business within the hour. He also offered me some future advice on this and other needs.

The Gorman technician gave a thorough and complete explanation of the need to completely replace both systems. He was straightforward and honest. We decided to have the work done by Costco at a price Gorman could not match, with rebates and discounts.

A "tune-up" was done on the units and it was determined the line was clogged and that a new capacitor was required. The line was unclogged and the capacitor was replaced. My wife understood the pricing to be $79 for the tune up and then the cost to replace the capacitor. Ended up being $79 per unit, plus a cost to replace the capacitor, and an extremely high cost to unclog the pipe (drip line). You would think paying $79 for a tune up for each system covered unclogging any drain pipes or simple maintenance items like that. This exact service was completed in August 2015 for 1/3 of the price. Wish we had found that companies contact information before calling this service provider. My wife was also pressured into a service plan that added an additional $40, but we were told we got 15% off with that package. We paid that 15% with the $40 extra we paid. I was able to cancel that package. I rated quality above as N/A, because we will have to see if we have any issues with the work that was completed today in the future.

We have two A/c units upstairs and down stairs. Up stair A/c has less cooling and down stairs have perfectly fine. I request the company to fix the upstairs unit and they send a technician. He check the system and and found no freon gas in the unit. To detect the leakage I paid $ 140 and he put freeon gas but still hot and not cooling. And the perfectly fine down stairs unit he messed up and shut down the system. There is no reason and excuse to messed up my down stairs A/c unit. I called the Choice company and the said the technician found a leakage in that system and not repairable. The technician said I need to replace the whole system it costs $5000. The Choice Home Warranty company said they are not covering any of these replacement or the works. Now these day above 90 degree temperature in DFW area. There is no point to take home warranty like this situation and the wrong person that they sent to me messed up the whole system. I have contract with this company upto 2022 and paid $1700. I talked to one of their representative and said want break my contract do I get some money back? He said NO. When they contracting with us they offered me I can break the contract any time and whatever the years they give service that would charge and the rest of the amount will pay back. They are lying. There is no point to take home warranty. I'M REGRETTING to go with this company.

Very professional, punctual, and knowledgeable from start to finish every person we talked with. They were referred to me from a friend and Sunny Services did not disappoint. New attic unit a/c and heat pump also outside unit, all new duct work, and installed 5 new vent returns. We went with a 2 phase unit and are extremely pleased with work. A big concern was how noisy our unit was inside when the air turned on because of air pressure. They added a vent return in each bedroom and our hallway to fix the air flow and quiet the sound of the air coming out. The noise of the air pressure is much quieter now (it use to keep me up at night). We have old units on the other side of the house and we will be calling them when we are ready to replace those. They are now our go to for A/C and heating.
