    Took 20+ X-rays, reviewed teeth and discussed needs. worked up a treatment plan, scheduled next appointment. He told me I would need to a few things done that required being numbed up. I told him I cannot do Novacaine bc the epi makes my heart race and would like to use another drug which was successful for me. He said they don't use that but had something else. We got busy discussing other things and I forgot to ask him what the other drug was. Later that afternoon I called the office back to inquire what the other drug was (I am allergic to most drugs) and left a message. They are closed on Fridays and Monday was a holiday. By Thursday I had not heard back but did get a letter from him saying he did not feel confident he could fulfill all of my needs and asked me to seek the services of another dentist. Why am I not allowed to ask what drugs he uses???

    This was my first visit with Dr Robert Karr and I was highly impressed with how well it went. He took the time to SLOWLY and CAREFULLY and IN AN UNHURRIED Manner explained what he found the problem to be, told how he intended to solve it, and stopped at any point if I had a question. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing dental care.

    Dr. Karr is professional and very caring. He and his staff personally invest in every patient. Dr. Karr and the Dental Hygienist, Monica, remember life events and parts of our conversations each time my family and I see them. Both Monica and Dr. Karr are gentle in caring for teeth, and take extra care to ensure patients' comfort. Excellent care!! I highly recommend Dr. Karr.

    Went in for a cleaning and Dr. Corley recommended a crown for one of my wife's teeth, strictly pre-maintenance as a filling was a bit loose and close to the edge of the tooth.  The toothe the crown was doen on gave my wife some trouble the following week, they got us in promptly.  They put some floride jell on it and sent uson the way.  the following week she complained of sharp pain.  They scheduled us again, this time they tell us she needs a root canal.  There was no pain or problems with the tooth before the crown.  Ok so we agree to the root canal but they charge us full price.  Dont think that was fair as Dr. Corley even stated he got too close to the nerve when doing the crown.  As they were not in my insurance network i was hesitant to use them in the first place and although i feel they have a top of the line facility and are great people i wish i would not have gone there as my insurance decided we have used enough money for the procedures. Hum, maybe if we didnt do the crown?  Yea we ate the entire cost.  The dental staff is very personable and friendly not so much for the billing and receptionists.  If money is no object or they are in your insurance network i highly recommend them

    The dentist services were okay. They have prizes for kids to help kids want to visit. But the wait was terrible. Hours with no reason other than that they overbooked. The orthodontist consult was terrible for my kids. They did not communicate at all and had my daughter in tears without explaining anything other than that she heard 18 months in the clinical communication with assistant so she figured she would have braces for a long time. They did not have any consideration at all for emotional needs of an 8 year old and were much more focused on diagnosing and getting payment for braces. Seemed like a braces factory to me and no compassion or personal service at all. They weren't rude, but rather unaware of how completely impersonal and scary it was to listen to them discuss without talking to the patient at all. Or the mom. I could have helped if they spoke to me at all..

    I am using Blue Stone Dental for two things. Not only is Dr. Lauck my regular dentist and I get all my cleanings and checkups done at her office, but she is also treating me for sleep apnea by having me wear a special dental appliance. I have been extremely happy with the service I get at Blue Stone Dental. The staff treats me like a member of their family. Everyone is pleasant and obviously happy to be there. I have received very good advice and care from Dr. Lauck and several of her assistants. The sleep apnea treatment is working well and my teeth and gums are in much better condition. I highly recommend this office for dental services.

    Wonderful staff!!  They are always punctual.  I have never had a late appointment.  Very professional and helpful.  My family has been going here for 3+ years and we couldn't imagine going anywhere else.

    Great!  On-time appointment, nice office, friendly and well educated staff and I LOVE THE DOCTOR.  Cindy is wonderful with her expertise in cleaning, x-rays, and checking your gums for any problems.  She was very gentle.
    Enjoyed the visit and I 'hate' going to the dentist so -- that says it all!

    My dentist is at Blue Stone and I really like him. You just have a comfortable feeling about them. I feel like I'm in good hands. They're very professional and the staff is very pleasant mainly. I haven't had any problems getting an appointment.

    I have only seen them once. What stood out was the knowledge and having worked done was a pleasant experience. They are good at keeping your teeth clean and not recommending unnecessary work. They are thorough but quick.
