    Mechanic, John has repaired my 20 yr old car for years. This time he stated that my engine's computer had malfunctioned but he could not locate my part locally. He asked me to help him as he had multiple other cars waiting for service. I found one place online in FL that would take days to either repair or replace but days required to ship another. To make a long story short, I did order from OReillys locally who had my part in another state and theirs was overnight delivery. John was able to install quickly which resolved my problem. No further problems were apparent. Paid for labor only. And I am driving my car again. Engine runs well.

    Did not get the work done. I knew that after getting a $7,000 bid that my car was not worth that much fixing. 2. I was only here for warranty work. Took it home, it Imma smelled like gas. They assured it was because they had to drain the tank. Well we park in the garage and had to pull it out. We ended up having gas pour down into the drain system. Called and they had to come tow it back I had work the next day in which I was left without a car. We went back and got it the day after.

    I didn't have a problem with them. They're good. I didn't really have to call them or anything. There was no problem with their punctuality, They're professional. I had no issues. I'm all about making sure they do the job right, and their job. They took care of my truck like they were supposed to.

    I've been going to NTB for a long time. They always do good work. I've had batteries done, tires and brake jobs done there. They do a variety of things. A couple times I have dropped it off. They are very professional and have authorized mechanics that can replace serpentine belts and do brake jobs. They do a lot more than just tires and batteries.

    The price is competitive. That is where I bought the car. I just like the way they treat me. They could work on the length of time. Some of them get in and out pretty quick but it is usually an hour or more when you go there.

    Dealing with the service advisor, Matthew was great, he was knowledgeable, patient and honest with me. Matthew listened to my concerns and made sure everything went perfect during the servicing of my jeep. They were extremely busy but still managed to get my jeep in and the service completed on a very busy Friday. I would highly recommend working with Matthew and Christian Brothers Automotive in Lewisville.

    First experience here.  A different shop had screwed up a service and I called these guys in to pick up the pieces.  It ended up being for much less than I was prepared for, thankfully.  Front office staff was professional and courteous.  While waiting in the customer area I got to witness a few interactions with other customers in the lobby and on the phone.  It put me at ease that there was no high pressure must do this, must fix that antics here.  I plan to service my other vehicle's transmissions here as well thanks to this positive experience.  Highly recommended.

    While Firestone of Watauga, Texas is always busy and difficult to schedule, they do good work. Good mechanics and efficient.  They try to sell you other services, but that is normal for the industry.  Solid outfit.

    It was not so great. They wouldn't replace it and so we had to take it somewhere else and had the work completely redone. It ended up costing us double at the next place we took it. Initially, I would have given them an A but after them not following up and repairing the damage they caused, I gave them a D. My husband was the one who dealt with them and they took his call but it couldn't be resolved.

    Used the location at 6404 N. Davis in NRH. The negative reviews across the internet are correct. The owner Mike seems like a good guy but he has some real turds working for him. Repairs were not done correctly, interior of my truck was filthy, and Robert does not give good customer service- he is dishonest nor does he do the Quality Control work he should. He comes across as a good guy but don't be fooled- once he has your vehicle he's a different person. Took 7 business days to repair a minor dent in the rear quarter panel of a Silverado and replace 1/2 of the plastic bumper cap. Here's a tip for Collision Maxx and/or their competition for handling fender bender customers and the like- get a credit card on hold from the vehicle owner (we're already on the hook if the insurance company refuses to pay so what's the difference), order the parts/supplies, then when they arrive schedule a technician to complete the repairs at a coordinated time with the vehicle owner.
