    Appointment was made with the first call. Technician arrived on time. Diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and promised to call when it arrived to set up the installation. He called as promised and we made an appointment for the installation. He showed up on time for the installation and the repair was made. The repair cost the same as what was what was quoted originally. Oven has worked perfectly since the repair. Was very satisfied with Buxton's and will definitely use again.

    I just want to give an update on this company for people that need appliance repairs. I used this company 3 years ago and the service and price were excellent. I think they may have gone out of business as I have been trying to contact them for 2 weeks with no response. I have left 4-5 messages on the voicemail and have gone to the website to ask for repairs through their online service at least 2 times and have yet to hear from them. It was a great company I just don't think it is active anymore

    Called Bruxton's on a Monday and asked if they could come by on Thursday afternoon when I would be home. They said no problem. Asked for my dryer model and serial number and called back Wednesday to verify the appointment. Tech was running late during initial appointment, but only by 30 minutes from quoted time window. He phoned prior so no problem as I had the afternoon off. Arrived with his apprentice which I think is great. Not enough of that kind of thing going on in this country. So kudos for providing a viable career training path for young people that doesn't involve tens of thousands of dollars on a college education. Again well done Buxton's! They quickly diagnosed the faulty circuit board with a burnt out relay. Had to order the board however. Initial call was on a Thursday afternoon and they called me back at about 9:00 AM on Saturday to let me know that the board was in and that they could come out between 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM to install. The same repair team arrived at 11:45 AM and were done by Noon. Overall terrific experience! They have gained a loyal customer and I will call them again anytime I have appliance problems.

    It was great to call a company and get a response of "I can be out today sir". They arrived on time. Right to work and repair was done in less than an hour. Got some tips about my other appliances. Any other appliance issue come up. These guys are the only ones I am calling. Period.

    Repair man was fantastic. Came the same day. My fridge happened to be "working" again when he was here. I was not charged and was kindly asked to consider calling again if it stops working. I appreciated their fast service, kindness and honesty. Highly recommend.

    Their services worked out good. They did a good job. I think it was I fixed it myself, and then when they came out it was working. They were very knowledgeable about the washer, and they gave some tips on how to stop it from happening again. My interactions with them were good. The work turned out good.

    Had as home warranty. First of all, expect at least a 30 minute wait before your call is answered. Called for dishwasher repair (not draining). Technician looked inside and saw the water on bottom of machine, said drain pump needed replaced and that it would be covered by my warranty. AHS called the next day and said they won't cover it since technician said it is not normal wear and tear. I called a couple repair places on my own and they said that is normal wear. AHS did offer to send a second company out but it would cost another $75. The repair cost by the first technician would have been $250+

    We have used Jason several times before for our dryer and several other fridge and freezer issues. Each time he has been wonderful. He quickly and thoroughly evaluates the problems and determines what is causing them. He fixes the problems and always says to call him if for some reason any of the problems reoccur. He is very courteous and will call him for all appliance work I need in the future.

    Both instances had disputes in payment. The microwave we had was only a 18 months old, and after 2 service companies looked into the problem, it was only then that Choice decided to replace; problem was they offered a fraction of the retail price. After some stressful negotiations, they ponied up most of the cost and sent a check a month later. The other issue was related to our A/C unit, and again they refused to cover a repair a faulty part (capacitor) in air handler. Thankfully the A/C service tech/company gave the part & refrigerant boost as complementary to me; it seems they have customer satisfaction on their mind. So now its "0" for "2" with Choice Home Warranty, and I am seriously considering backing out of the remaining 2 years of coverage for a prorated refund. I will be speaking to their customer service.

    I called and he came out punctually. He looked at it and determined that their was nothing wrong with it. Advised us to keep it closed for 24 - 48 hrs to see if it would start freezing again. It did. Paid him the advertised price for the service call. I can't remember the exact price. I believe it was about $60
