  • Michael was prompt and professional in responding to my request for bid for service and scheduled me right away. Price was in line with other quotes I obtained. Staff was prompt, professional and prepared and completed the job quickly and completely. Very happy with their work - and even gave a glowing review to my neighbor who came over after they finished to schedule work for them too! Definitely recommend hiring Affordable Tree Service LLC and I will use them in the future!

  • Terrible, Builder which they are also terrible that hired them. We have been e-mailing them everyday and we also left two messages no respond from them what so ever. They said they were going to put two or three other drainage they never did. Our backyard is a mud pie it is worse than what it was. We can't do anything in our backyard the dogs do not even want to go outside. We want to put some patio furniture and can't due to all the mud and standing water everyplace. Grass does not grow the grass that they put died due to all the standing water. Not only dd they do a bad job they dug too deep and cut the cable to the internet. Even know that they knew where to cut it was marked with flags where not to dig. We had to wait a few days without internet and without internet cable. It's just water puddles that we can't even go outside I have fallen a few times and have a severe back problems and nerve problems on my left. My husband can't even mow the grass. This can lead to foundation problems. Where he said he was going to make it higher at the end of the patio on the right side. Now is even worse.

  • Roger and his crew showed up early and got to work. They put in some beautiful pink oleanders and gardenia's and made my yard beautiful. I was so impressed with how they really listened to what I wanted and brought it to life. The transformation is amazing. Now I have people stopping by my house and taking pictures because it looks so awesome. I would highly recommend them to make over your yard. I spent more that I had originally planned but it was so worth it. Now when I drive up to my house I feel a real sense of pride at how my house looks. Cannot say enough about how professional and courteous Roger and his crew were. This is my second time using Magic Touch and it won't be my last.

  • They were quick to respond to my request for an estimate. I had several large pines that needed trimming and one had branches that had broken pretty high up. I received the quote in writing and scheduling was fast and easy. They were able to schedule me just a few days after my estimate. The workers arrived early, were courteous and professional, and did a fantastic job. They hauled off all debris, even raking around the yard to clean up all pine needles. My neighbor came over after and complimented their work. I would definitely hire them for future tree trimming needs.

  • Dennis and his crew did a great job for a fair price. They cleaned up well after doing their job and took all of the branches away in their truck/wood chipper. They were all very professional. I plan to hire them again to do some planting.

  • Eddie Mills is a honest and straight forward man. Have done business with him three times now. He sticks to his bid, is punctual and he and his crew clean up after each job. This last job, we had one tree with a huge branch growing over a neighbors roof. They were able to get it down without any damage to the fence between our properties. They always take great care to put everything back exactly where it was before they started the job. In these times when many business owners are difficult to deal with, Mr. Mills is very involved in his business and is customer friendly at all times.

  • All went well - with the exception of it taking a while for him to follow up to get his payment. I called to reiterate that we were home and his company should stop mowing. He called back and we re-negotiated payment terms (as they had mowed an additional time). Sam did finally come to collect - about two weeks after job was complete.

  • We started looking for a designer in February to help us with a remodeling project in our house that included the kitchen, family room, and half bathroom. We did a couple of other projects before without a designer, and they did not go very well. We wanted the guessing game with the contractors to be non-existent and we thought having a design at hand would help us with this. We contacted three designers that we picked based on A+ ratings from Angie’s list. One of the firms never returned our calls or emails, another one wanted us to meet only in their office and charge us only for a meeting, and finally there was Byron from InteriorYou. When I saw Byron’s reviews in Angie’s list I thought he was probably going to be impossible to book. Looking at his website I saw not only the amount of projects and vast experience he has, but also the quality and scale of his work. He has been featured on designer segments on local news, and on top of that he has written a book about personal and business improvement, for which he has a radio segment. So my thoughts where that he was probably too busy to take on our project and that probably he was out of range. To my surprise, he returned my call quickly, which said a lot about the way he treats his clients (like they are the first and the only). He proposed to meet in our house so he could get an immediate idea of the space and also our taste. That for us was the way we thought a designer should work. Our fist meeting took about an hour. We talked to him about our vision and he explained to us how the designer process works, and that he would be with us every step of the way. After this first meeting we knew that he was the one. He put together a bid in less than a week, and his price was very reasonable, especially for the amount of time that he dedicates to each project. His bidding includes not only time for designing the space, but also materials and accessories time, as well 3D renderings and virtual reality of how everything will look after is done. My husband is a very visual person so this helped him a lot. After we signed a contract he took time to meet again at the house, and he was with us for about two hours. We looked at inspiration photos with him, he got a sense of our vision, and he gave us his vision of the space. By the end of the meeting he could see a photo and tell us if we liked it or not. He listens to from beginning to end and puts his own creative spin on the design. Byron also has an engineering background, so when he designed our space he took into account any structural modifications that may have needed to be done to help us avoid any surprises when getting bids from the contractors. He sent one of his employees to take measurements in our house and after about 2 weeks he presented about 4 rendering options to us. We picked the design elements we liked best and then he kept working on every detail until we loved it, he made as many changes as we wanted as he really wanted us to be super happy with our choices. After the final design was done, he showed it to us on his virtual reality program in our house. It was incredible, because we could visualize the final product exactly as it should look like. We also received the 2D renderings and a contractor package to send for bids that included his information in case the contractors wanted to contact him directly with questions. But his work did not end there. He took the time to be there with us when we where meeting with the contractors for bids to make sure we asked the right questions and also to make sure that the contractors would give us an accurate scope of the project based on his design. One of the construction companies, which is rated A+ in Angie’s list, was his recommendation. He has worked very closely with them in several projects and they had the most detailed bid, so we ended up going with them (their review will come later on the year, but really good so far). Byron is still helping us on our project as we just went to pick our materials. In any other occasion that could have taken at least half a day, but Byron knows us so well now, that he knew exactly where to go, and exactly the material we would like, so it really took us less than two hours. He also met with us back at our house with the cabinet company to explain the layout to them and make sure they understood even the smallest details. Needless to say he has been available to us 24/7 and he has done way more than the specified in his contract. The construction process has not started yet, but as I said at the beginning, he will be with us every step of the way. I cannot believe how lucky we are we found him and I know he will be our designer for ALL future projects. I just hope we have enough time with him before he gets snatched by a designer TV network, because with the quality of his work and the incredible human being he is, it wouldn’t surprise me if that’s his next step.

  • Chris has worked on my trees a couple of times now. He is very good about making the rounds to check in with his clients for any needs they may have. Trimmed up tree in front yard and 2 trees in backyard. I usually have a problem getting companies that will work on the trees because of location of power lines. Chris took the time to explain what he could do for the tree and what would have to be done by the power company. Returned to the house 3 days after the job to check and see if all was good. At that time I had noticed some limbs that needed to be cut back and he immediately got the equipment and completed it. This is the only tree company I would use. I appreciate the knowledge he shares.

  • Was early( which was better) worked hard with no breaks. Thought he did a really good job at a fair price. The whole system was a mess. He fixed the leaks got zones covering the entire yard... I was really happy with the job
