    Gladden Remodeling Bath and Kitchen
Jose transformed our 1980's bathrooms into a spa-like sanctuary! He remodeled both our guest bath and master bath in a very timely and affordable manner. He worked with us to make sure that we got exactly what we wished for. At the end of every day, he cleaned up and organized his materials so that we barely even noticed he was there. He is very fast and diligent in his work. We WILL be hiring him again to update our kitchen next!

    Abels Affordable Home Repair
I contacted Abel for a quote on my master bath, for a complete remodel. He said he has done the work before, but underneath others. It seems his own company is newer. I was fine with that; if he seemed too green I had other projects I could have given him. I had to cancel our first meeting, but I gave plenty of notice. I do feel bad about that, but life happens. So it was no big deal when he canceled our second attempt. He mentioned his kid's game, so in an effort to make things work, I offered for him to bring munchkins along if he had to next time. I know how it is when you're a parent and trying to find sitters. He was thrilled with that, we rescheduled, and he was going to bring his kid along the next day. But my misgivings started when he cancelled a second time, this time citing traffic. (Actually he rescheduled for later that day due to traffic, and then cancelled about an hour after.) Alright...I was trying to still like this guy, even though he'd mentioned he was going to just jump the curb and speed around everyone. Maybe he was joking but it surely didn't sound like it; leaving me to wonder if I really wanted a contractor with no regard for rules or other's safety. The last straw was the next day when he said he'd be here between 10 and ten thirty. Told me to count on 10:15 to split the difference. 10:45 when he STILL didn't show, I just cancelled altogether and said I was no longer interested. At first he tried to get me back by saying his tooth hurt and he had to go get a shot for it. I pointed out that IF that was true, he should have said he'd be late, at least. Then all of a sudden he decided that the time we were going to meet was really 11, wasn't it? So no apologies for cancelling on me THREE times, no taking responsibility, just excuse after excuse. Not someone I want anywhere near my house. And for you ladies out there, the second I said he could bring his kids along he started calling me "dear", in text and on the phone. Totally unprofessional. Even my grampa knows that's not acceptable in this day and age. Maybe Abel's prices are good but I wouldn't use his services for the tiniest wall patch.

    Global Deco
Diego and his crew were great! They completed a full home remodel for me and I could not be any happier with the results. Diego and his crew were very attentive and responsive anytime we had a question or concern and I would highly recommend them.

    Romo Remodeling
I hired the Romo remodeling team to do a complete home remodel for me. Jorge is fantastic! He was always punctual and available to answer any of my questions. I was impressed with his professionalism for the affordability. The house was a lot of work, but his team had it done quickly and it looks absolutely gorgeous. We put the house on the market for sale and the same weekend received a full price offer, with the new buyers stating how impressed they were with the renovations. I cant imagine using anyone else!

    MCDONALD CONSTRUCTION
They came exactly when promised, performed the work very punctually and professionally, and cleaned up like few do. John, Sydney, Zach, and the gang are the best! Their prices were very fair. I have used McDonald at my home and office for 15 years and they have always done a great job. And most importantly, they have always done exactly what they said they would for the price we agreed on. For the few jobs he cannot do personally, John can recommend someone to take care of you fairly. If you want want your home to be the best, and if you are looking for a contractor who is honest and takes pride in his work, there is no need to look any further.

    RSFM Inc
To start, the best compliment anyone can give about a company they used for a major project is that, hands down, we would use RSFM again for any future project in our house. They took on a complete gut and remodel of our kitchen and the results are fabulous, beyond our expectations (and they were pretty high to start). This was out first major remodel in the house that took 7 weeks from October to November 2018 and cost >$100k. Pre remodeling Prior to beginning the project, we had used a designer to completely design our dream kitchen. Therefore, once we went out and got bids, each company would know exactly what they needed to do so there was no guess work and it could be an apples to apples comparison of bids. We ended up with bids from 2 other companies other than RSFM. From a price perspective all bids were relatively similar. However, whats important to us in such a big project is communication. Matt, the owner of RSFM, came by to assess our project. Matt is extremely knowledgeable about his business and very open minded to the customers needs. Additionally, Matt took the additional time to investigate the details of the design and how that may affect the construction and what additional changes may be needed (not just take it at face value and price it based on the design itself). This proved to be vital as he was the only company/person to recognize the need for additional structural changes as a result of how we had the design. While this of course adds costs, I found it every refreshing about his open and honest feedback about the design, his care for being upfront about additional costs (instead of us being surprised halfway through the project), and that safety/care of the home he is working in is always on his mind. He treated this job as it was his own home. Additionally, one of Matts top GC (Thomas) came to the house to do additional inspections and measurements before giving the bid. This gave us extra assurance that this company would do a great job as they put in the most effort during the biding process. We are numbers people and need to the detail of costs broken down as much as possible, so we understand where everything is going and its not just a blank check we are writing. Matts bid was extremely detailed, easy to understand and I was willing to wait a bit of time to receive a detailed bid (to us, a bid given within 24 hours is suspect as it doesnt seem as if they would have though much about the project). In the end we did select RSFM for this project and there wasnt even a though about the other bids as potential contractors for this project. We also asked for Thomas to be the GC overseeing the project, and we are definitely lucky to have gotten him (more later). The next step was to work with both our designer and RSFM designers to select all materials as possible prior to beginning construction in order to make the construction aspect as smooth as possible. This was essential for our sanity during the project and not a lot of companies work the remodel this way. By taking our time (at our own pace) to select the floors, backsplash, appliances, etc, the construction process would be on autopilot as much as these remodels can be. This was extremely important, so we didnt have to take time out of our daily lives during a stressful remodel to leave work and quickly select things that were needed. We did have to push RSFM front office a little to get the project going once we had selected the main items, but looking back, that wasnt too much of a big deal as you always have to be on top of things for any project like this. Remodeling Originally the estimate was about an 8 week project and needed to be finished before Thanksgiving of 2018. With the slight delay from the front office we did not start until October 1 which would make it tight to difficult to finish prior to Thanksgiving. We communicated our concerns prior to starting about this and thats when Thomas took over and got the project kick-started. Thomas outlined a schedule for the first month of what/when would be happening, who would be coming to the house, and was always available by text or email. I applaud Thomas for his organization and communication on this project and his ability to always be on the job site at least once per day. From the get-go, he was determined to get this project done before Thanksgiving, even though it might be an uphill battle. Most every sub-contractor that came to the house was employed by RSFM (especially the electricians and plumbers, they were very good as we had a lot of re-wiring and pipe moving going behind the walls). The fact that they worked directly for RSFM, says a lot about the care of the company for the work they do. In addition, they have Luis and his team that do the custom cabinets, they were incredible, they customized every single drawer to maximize space, we will bring them photos of what we wanted and they made it happen, they had incredible workmanship and attention to detail. They key point in the project was the removal of an old steel beam in the ceiling and the insertion of a new one (based on the design this was essential). This was about 3 weeks in. Thomas was able to schedule everything appropriately and was on site extra time during this process as it was very tedious to remove the old steel beam. In the end, the beam was removed, the house was safe, all personnel were safe and the project was able to continue. And while it took a bit of extra time to get this key aspect of the project installed, Thomas immediately re-worked the schedule to get back on track to finishing on time. Along the way, as many homeowners do, we had nit picky requests and slight adjustments to the project and there was absolutely no issues working with Thomas to get it done. In the end, the project took 7 weeks, finished before Thanksgiving and was fabulous. As I said in the beginning, RSFM is the only company we will use for any major house projects and we will request Thomas as our GC for the projects as well.

    Tico Home Remodeling
Great team to work with. The staff was always available for questions and onsite consultations throughout the project. Their onsite teams are top notch and were very respectful of our home. They finished a full remodel of our kitchen in about 17 days. This was a complete gut down to the drywall, including some significant structural work and wall relocation. I highly recommend them and look forward to working with them again in the future.

    Gladden Remodeling Bath and Kitchen
Although we were first time remodel customers we knew what we wanted and Jose not only gave us what we wanted, he exceeded the job in every way. His professionalism is top notch. His work is outstanding. We could not be happier with the finished bathroom. We are using him again for other projects. Jose was so willing to answer each and every question we had, and was willing to assist me in offering suggestions on many parts of the project. Of course, the final decision is always up to the customer but his knowledge and time spent was above and beyond. His prices are very reasonable and the quality of his work is amazing. His attention to detail made all the difference in the finished project. I would highly recommend Jose and we will use him for all of our remodeling jobs in the future.
