  • Not at all recommended for caring parents if you want to have physically and psychologically healthy kids. The teachers are neglectant , unprofessional, your kid will come home with serious bruises, bloody lips and swollen legs but you can never receive a report from teachers as they are always busy with their phones and if kids are moving around, they will be send time out or not receive snack. I brought all of these to manager?s attention, but could not see any change until I give a notice that we will leave. So, Please do not just say that it is a Montessori, so it is good, if you are not Hispanic or Indian,, stay far from the place.

  • My kids love this place. They really enjoy every minute there and they always want to come back. My 5 years old is getting better and better at his letters and numbers. Getting ready for Kinder!!! The installations inside are great, neat, clean, comfortable and really modern. Outside they still are missing the playground but I know that Ms. Kristy is working hard to install one... Anyhow it really worth it to bear with them till they achieve their full potential because they really give to the children quality time, activities and love which for me is the really plus of Enchantment. I really recommend it!! They offer every month a parents night out and it is great, my 5 years old is always asking to go to spend that night time (from 7 to 12 am) there... They do craft, watch movies, have dinner ( it is cool that they care about healthy food) and my 22 month old when we get in there smiles and extends their arm to Ms. Kristy or any other teacher around! Letting me go out with no worries!

  • We have a family membership and the above cost is for the monthly family membership. The facility is clean with quality equipment and usually no wait for machines. Large TV's, indoor (fun for family) and outdoor pool, clean showers and dressing room with lockers. Temperature is always cool. Great classes as well, if you can keep up! I like Body Pump. Free child care and great kids programs. Many perks here for adults, kids and families.

  • We used this child's gym for about 6 months because they were close to home. This particular baby gym does a terrible job warning parents not to bring sick kids and screening sick kids. Nor have we ever seen them clean the equipment between classes, as we've have been there for two consecutive classes several times. We've used a couple alternate children's gyms in the past and our son has been many other places and around other children and hasn't gotten sick anywhere near as consistently as he does right after attending this gym.
I understand children get sick, but EVERY time our child came (except for one time) he got sick.  We finally figured out it was the gym, when we realized there was almost always a child attending who was visibly & obviously sick. This happened for almost 6 months! He would then have to miss classes because he was sick.  Yes, they do offer make-up days for absences, but what good do those do when your kid is always getting sick from attending just one class. You can never really use all of the days you pay for.
This issue was addressed on the next to last class visit when it was pointed out to the owner that there was another sick child there. She replied that there's not much they could do. After raising this concern, the owner then treated my son roughly in one of the excersises, taking him while he was crying and obviously scared and forcing him to do an activity he was uncomfortable with. The treatment was VERY cold and  have never seen the owner do this before in any previous classes. My son was too upset after that to participate in any of the other activities...he always LOVED the classes before. And to make matters worse when we informed that we were cancelling our membership because of all of this, we were reminded the cancellation policy states you will be charged for another month of classes AFTER you have cancelled. So we have to pay for another month of classes he cannot even attend because he will get sick or be treated unkindly because we complained; not to mention the days we have already have had to pay for that he will never be able to make up  because they poorly clean and do not send sick children home. We will go back to one of the other gyms even if they are farther away, as we never had these problems elsewhere.

  • My kids love attending this center. They keep the kids very active and excited. During the summer they participate in many field trips and keep things changing all the time. I like the fact that I can pick up the kids as late as 7:00 so that I can run an errand after work if I need to.

  • Excellent child care option for those seeking a day care or preschool environment for your little ones. I can't say enough good things about the teachers and the director of this school. All highly qualified and clearly love what they do. School is always very clean, objectives for the day are clearly laid out, and the children love it here. I'm so glad that we found this little gem in the Katy area. My 3 1/2 year old is in preschool here and my 2 year old will be starting this fall. I feel very comfortable having my children there and know they are in good hands. Thank you CRMS!

  • I have been using them for about six to nine months.  They do a really good job.  It is better than what we expected.  It is a corporate day care so their business is to make money so we thought the quality would be poor but it in fact it is pretty good.  They teach the kids vocabulary and sign language.  They charge a weekly fee.  The staff is warm and maternal.

  • done. No one ever talked with me about this. I told the kids to stay away from this child. My kids complained that they were getting crackers and water for snacks. Several times I came to pick them up in the middle of snack time and walked in on adult caregivers SCREAMING at them to "shut up! Sit down! Or, you won't EAT!". I expressed my concern about this, told the kids to call me immediately at work if this happened and they did not eat.. and again.. no one ever called to talk to me. There was another child who had "anger issues" and he would constantly go into rages. My daughter came home very upset one day because this child threw a child's chair at her. I discussed this with staff, again.. no one said anything to me about it. One day, my son told me that a staff member got SO ANGRY at the kids that she asked, "who doesn't like me?" My then six year old daughter raised her hand. She was told that if she had a toy (from home) with her it would be taken away. She quickly denied having a toy. I discussed this with the office, they assured me they had it in hand. But, of course they never followed up with me. One day, staff DID call me.. to tell me that my son had fallen asleep on the play equipment outside and the headcount was incorrect. He was outside alone.. and had to call staff to let him in the building. My son told me he was told NOT to tell..but staff told me before my son could. The buses bringing the kids were no better. Frequently my son was assaulted by girls. Being raised not to hit girls, he just took the abuse and told me about it. When I addressed it with staff, they said the girls denied it. Again, nothing was done. We were there from January until May. Several weeks before we left, a bully program was instituted. The ladder of steps before dismissal was outrageously long. It was like there was no ladder at all. For the summer, I gave them the option of going to this KidsRKids, another KidsRKids, or another camp. They chose another day camp all together. Also, for payment they take check or charge.. but if you charge they can only take 4 week increments. When I got down to two weeks left, the staff was at a loss. So, we left with a balance they are still trying to figure out now. It's a circus! There is an app called Watch Me Grow that you can get on your phone if your kids go there.. and we had it. It was a camera that would connect with your PC or your smart phone where you could get a grainy glimpse of your kids during their time there.  Too bad it didn't have SOUND. I think we missed a lot.

  • We LOVE Imagination Campus!!! We just moved our boys from Kids R Kids because we were dissatisfied with many aspects of their care, the curriculum, and the staff. Imagination campus is a refreshing change from the find-bodies-to-fill-the-teaching-slots philosophy that seemed to be occuring. It is also wonderful that our boys come home excited to talk about their day, tired from positive, useful, FUN activities. They are mentally and emotionally exercised throughout the day at Imagination Campus. In addition, they do activities with my kids that I'd love to do with them, but just don't (mostly because I'm not up to the clean-up). In the past month that my boys have been at Imagination Campus they have built a volcano to watch it erupt (which I don't think I did until grade school, but which is super fun) and they have made their own bubble solution, blown bubbles, and then put coloring in the bubbles and used them to make bubble art, a great, fun, artistic project that is more fun than most older-kids art projects and is something that has mess potential beyond what I'm willing to do at home right now. The staff are excellent and make good examples of kindness and morals with education. When I asked my older son if he ever gets in trouble (which was a recurring problem with KRK, for reasons that I didn't care about - like sitting still) he said "yes". When I asked what his teacher said he spoke in a gentle respectful voice that was clearly different than his 3-year-old voice, and said something like "please come over here". What a wonderful change from the yelling and reprimanding that we had seen before we switched schools! Imagination Campus exceeds our needs and does a wonderful job educating and caring for our boys!

  • I went to look at this facility to move my children to. It was closer to my work and less expensive. I went by for a tour and it was pretty crazy, but it is a child care facility. The lady at the front desk gave me a quick tour and told me they were almost out of spots, so I could write a check for the first weeks tuition to hold their spot. I told her I was not sure about the arrangements with my kids current day care and I needed to talk to them. She encouraged me to leave the deposit to hold the spots and we would work out the rest later. I left a check for $294.00 and took the paperwork home. I spoke to my current day care, my husband and my children and all decided it was not the right thing to move the kids. I called Rising Star back to let them know and they passed my call to a few people. The last lady that got on the phone told me their deposits are not refundable. I told her I was not made aware of that when I gave the deposit, but I understood that was their policy. I told her since they had only held the spots for one day, that I would like to suggest a compromise. I said if they could not fill the spots in the next two weeks, that they could keep my deposit, but if they were able to fill those spots in that time that they should refund my deposit. The woman laughed and said "You should have done your homework before you gave us the check" and hung up on me. I was completely taken back since I had not even gotten ugly. I would not recommend trusting this company with your kids if they cannot have professionalism or integrity in their business dealings.
