  • It couldn't have been better. I actually have been going to Katy Vacuum for years and wouldn't go anywhere else. I purchased my vacuum there and would go back again. They stand behind their service and products and could deal with nicer people.

  • They charged for initial consultation, then said they had the part at the warehouse, that they will come back for repair after I fi d out if it was the gas pipe not working. Gas pipe worked just fine. So I called back to schedule the day to come and fix and they took four weeks to order the part. I called many times to check on the part, and they kept giving me the run around. Finally they said they were coming. I took the day off to receive them at home. The guy was outstandingly late, but if he was gonna fix my dryer, I didnt mind. He said that the part was the wrong part. So he left and came hours later with another part. That part didnt work either. The guy, Art, called someone else. The other guy came and they were fiddling with the dryer for a long time. They closed the dryer up, and told me they would call me the next day to come and fix it. Never heard from them again. Honestly, if they told me they could not fix it, it would have been okay with me. But I spent a month drying my clothes in the washateria and on a drying line just waiting for the part come come like they promised. Very unprofessional and very inconsiderate. The reviews on several websites for these people were good, that's the main reason I called them. I dont think they knew what they were doing and I realized it way too late. Do not waste your time. Oh, by the way, the estimate they gave me was for $375, which I dont hijo it is very cheap.

  • initial inspection to determine why furnace not working. Sam then returned with parts and replaced / repaired. excellent communications and explanation of the issue and what resolution was required. It was much more expensive than I anticipated which I don't understand as the invoice didn't separate labor and parts.

  • I wish they had 0 stars as a rating........This unprofessional "company" is the worst I've had the displeasure of dealing with. They were contacted by my RV warranty company to diagnose and repair my refrigerator in my RV. They sent a technician out on 6-13 (today is 7-10) to diagnose, but failed to tell my warranty company that they have a "personal company policy" to get half-payment for material over $1000. My warranty company did not want to pay it, because that is not within the guidelines of warranty work, and neither did I. After my initial refusal to come out of pocket personally for the part, I did so. They contacted me today (7-10) and said they will not order the part and refuse to do any further work, and I should take my business somewhere else. Master Tex, you are the most unprofessional, confused, and useless s#!tshow I've ever been around. "Vladimir" is apparently the owner, and ultimately made the decision, but too uncourteous and cowardly to call me personally. NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY...........TRUST ME.

Steve's prompt response to our requests and his expert advice with the repairs and the preventive care of appliances and ducts made us feel that we got much more than expected from this service call.   • The unit was never fixed. They never showed up on time. Every time there was a new excuse. After the payment was made for the service, the guy promised to send the part number needed and once the part arrives, he will come and fix it. However he needed the payment right away. As soon as he got money, never took call, never sent part number even after repeated called and text. Would never hire again.

  • True to their name. Same Day got out there the same day and determined that the control thermostat was bad. He didn't have the part but could pick it up locally. The next day he returned and repaired the fridge. The service was quick and professional. Just recently, I used them again.

  • AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! This was my second time dealing with this company due to my Home Warranty Service assigning them, and they are now blocked from my account!! The first time my refrigerator went out they came out, claimed they fixed it, (it wasn't) then came out again, forgot to order the part, and when I called to check they then took another week to order it, so I was without a fridge for 4 weeks. I figured it was bad luck, and let it go because I am a nice person. BIG MISTAKE! This time, 6 months later, they came out (Thursday) and I called to verify they ordered the part (Friday), and was told they had but the warranty place had to find it because their vendors were sold out, and said I should notified by Tuesday. I called Tuesday to check, and they said they would call me back. Nothing. Wednesday I called my Warranty company, who said they had never been contacted!!! This only a few days before Christmas! They couldn't reach them either. Thursday I called back, and suddenly they said my warranty company had waited until Wednesday to approve it (of course, since you DIDN'T CONTACT THEM) and it would be in within a week. That put it right before New Years. I had to wait a week with no fridge for the 25 people coming for Christmas. My warranty company tracked the part, and they finally got the part and came on Thursday, 2 days before New Years Weekend. It didn't work! Friday they came out again, did NOTHING, and said it should be fixed, if not they would come out on Tuesday, AFTER New Years. Again, it didn't work, and again I had all of my family coming to my home and no fridge!! They didn't care at all. Tuesday they came out, said I needed a new compressor this time, and ordered it. The Thursday after New Years (3 weeks without a fridge!!!) they came out with the new part. However, after 7 service calls with a 30 minute window, this visit (#8) they called me saying I wasn't there so they were leaving. I argued and said that 7 visits with a 30 minute window without my requesting it, and then notifying me that I had an appointment by text without giving me the option to request a 30 minute window, made me presume that 30 minutes was the normal way they operated. The tech said he would only wait 10 minutes, and luckily I was able to get there. The manager (Sadie) said I had to ask him why he couldn't wait, basically saying it wasn't her problem. Don't even bother asking for her, she doesn't care and blames her techs for everything. We arrived just in time, and they replaced the compressor...but they had us open the windows because they vented the Freon INTO MY HOME!!! This is ILLEGAL, and horrible for my young children and my animals! They did all of their work without proper safety gear, and acted like it was normal. Thankfully my fridge works, after losing it for 3 weeks over the holidays. I will NEVER use this company again, and I hope everyone who reads this will avoid them too. I have blocked them from my warranty account, and fully intend to copy this review to every board I can find to warn people about this horrible company.

  • Steve Slaton was great! Not only did he fix the washer, but he went above and beyond by taking care of other issues and teaching us some things to better maintain it. I was impressed by his professionalism, punctionality, and the quality of his work. Highly recommend him.

  • When I called the company, I should have asked how much the service call was. In the past, I've seen as high as $50 but not $99!. When they looked at the ice maker, (just glanced at it), said it would have to be replaced for $449 which is almost double what we paid to replace it less than two years ago. He just said they've gone up in price. Seriously? I told him never mind, we will buy a new refrigerator for a little more and then he said he was authorized to go $50 lower. (like why didn't they start out with that?) Still too much for a piece of junk refrigerator and ice maker but when he told me the service charge for 10 minutes in my kitchen (and really just glancing at the ice maker), I was appalled. Will never use them again.
