    He charged me fifty five dollars to guess at what was wrong. Too much for him to come out and guess at what was wrong, had to wait three days for himm to get here, let him make his money off others, it won't be me again. My fridge was leaking bad. I needed the fridge pulled out and diagnosed and to turn off water to it. He could not even pull it out, so now I have to replace my kitchen floor. He was aware of the problem before he came out, I explained in detail. I feel I paid him money that could have been paid to someone who is doing the work. I am disabled and don't have a lot to spend. He told me I only owed him fifty five for his service. REALLY. His add says he does large appliance repair, he needs to bring what he needs to do the job or change his add to appliance diagnosis.

    This is the third time I've used Mr. Burke.  He is a very honest, dependable and knowledgeable gentleman.  He came out the same day I called him even though he said he was booked solid.  My front load washer made a loud noise on the last spin cycle and when I shut it off and opened the door smoke came out.  Mr. Burke came out and checked all the electrical components and determined the problem was the washer wasn't level which caused the drum to bang inside the washer housing.  Ran the washer through three rinse/spin cycles and no problems.  Said if it happened again he would come out again at no charge.  He has previously replaced the motor in my dishwasher and repaired a leak and replaced the ice maker in the refrigerator. 

    Super nice gentleman.  I highly recommend him.  Very reasonable prices.

    Bailey came out and said the pump was out on the dishwasher, the drain hose on the fridge had deteriorated and was therefore leaking water from the bottom of the fridge and the valve that allows the water to the ice maker needed to be replaced.  He ordered the parts and came out and fixed everything.  Very professional and very knowledgable. I would highly recommend him and will use him again.

    They are very good. When they got here, the washing machine started working. I had everybody over here. It would work. They inspected all the plug work. I had to pay $60 fee for them to come out. But they said, if I would have them back out for anything else, they won't charge me. We use them all the time. They've been here for four or five times. I would use them in the future.

    My washer was dead and I had a lot of people looking at it. I couldn't get it started so I called Bob's Appliance out for that. When they came out and pressed the button, it worked. They fixed everything and left. They did the work fine.

    I have a 2 year old Samsung French door refrigerator, and my husband accidentally broke the ice maker.  I called Samsung, and the out-of-warranty "authorized" repair was going to cost a fortune ($142.00 for the service call alone)!  I decided to try Burleson Appliance because it was a local company, and they had awesome reviews on Angie's List.  I also liked the idea that they do not use subs.
    Mr.Burke answered my call, and gave me a 2 hour window the very next day.  He called 20 minutes before coming over, and promptly showed up.  He was neat, clean, and professional.  He was also extremely friendly.  He fixed my ice maker, and only charged me $65.  There was no way for him to actually check to make sure it was going to work until it had time to freeze some ice.  He told me if it didn't start working to give him a call, and he would come back and install a new one.  He had my exact ice maker on his truck, and wouldn't even have had to order it!  He also said that if he did have to come back out to install the new one, he would take the $65 off the new balance.  He didn't just say it, he put it in writing on the receipt.
    He could have just told me that I needed a new ice maker, and I wouldn't have known otherwise ... so breath of fresh air ... AN HONEST APPLIANCE REPAIRMAN!  I was VERY happy with his work, and  I will definitely call Mr. Burk at Burleson Appliance for any future repairs I may need.

    EVEN THOUGH IT TOOK 2 TIMES TO CALL ATLANTIC OUT TO FIX THE FREON LEAK, THEY FINALLY FIXED IT TO OUR SATISFACTION. MY MAIN COMPLAINT IS THAT THEY COULD NOT TELL ME BEFORE THEY CAME OUT IF THE PROBLEM WOULD BE COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. SINCE THE WET CARPET AND SQUEAKY NOISE WERE CAUSED BY PROBLEMS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY, WE HAD TO PAY $69. PER VISIT. IF I HAD KNOWN THAT I WOULD NOT HAVE CALLED THEM. THE NEXT TIME I CALL THEM, IT WILL ONLY BE IN AN EMERGENCY.
