They have done repairs and routine maintenance on all of our cars. The workers are always extremely polite, professional, and competent.  The work took about 2 hours. They represent the high quality that Lexus stands for.

They are real professional, their place is real clean and they are real customer oriented. They are very friendly and obviously know what they are doing. The results were great, it looks superb. In fact they look better than the original. They match the color of the interior and really we did not even discuss that. But I was amazed about that when I picked it up because the color match was perfect. I had to take it back for some reason. They had disconnected something and they did not connect it back I don't recall what it was. But they had left a tool in my car so it took it back to them, and whatever it was that needed fixing they fixed it . It took about half hour and I waited, they apologized and it was not a big issue.

Very quickly! Changed my synthetic oil, checked/topped off fluids, vacuumed front mats, did not try to sell me anything I didn't ask for, got me in and out in about 15 minutes.
The waiting room is clean and the afternoon sun does not bake you like it does at the other Cedar Park (on 183) location.
    I'll be back!

Job was not completed in one day as expected due to a problem with with parts from the distributor.
However, the original problem (a noise in the front end) was repaired as expected, and I had noticed that the brakes would need work soon, but had not mentioned it to Dennis, so I was happy that he checked the car out, noticed the additional problem, and worked it into the repair I requested.
I was completely satisfied with the work, and will visit this shop again.

The A/C was going out on our Mitsubishi Lancer but initially was only going out during the afternoon when it was the hottest. Soon it was not working unless it was in the morning. We took it to Dave's Automotive and the kept it to verify when it was working or not. After detailed surveillance they found out that the compressor would stay on for a little time then go out and just blow hot air. They called me promptly and gave me a price. When it was finished they were prompt to call me. They finished the job in one day after approval from me. The assured me a 1-year warranty on their work. Great customer service.

I am very happy with him. He tells it pretty straight, and I can depend on him to give me good information. I think he is pretty honest with me. I would rate him highly and would continue to use him in the future.

Kwik Kar performed a coolant flush and refill on my vehicle in a timely manner as promised for the quoted amount. They did not try to sell me any additional unnecessary services or products for my vehicle and the overall experience was fine until after I left and had driven over 30 minutes away to find out that someone at Kwik Kar had removed and kept the factory keyless entry remote off my keyring (that was coincidentally dealer purchased the day before for over $100.00) I immediately called Kwik Kar and told the receptionist that my remote had been taken off my keys and kept by one of their employees. I asked to speak to the owner but the phone was given to the employee who had serviced my vehicle. He claimed the remote was in his pocket and had reportedly fallen off my keys (which it did not!). When I arrived at the location to pick up my remote, he came inside and handed it to me and apologized and proceeded to open the door for me in an attempt to rush me out of their waiting room that was full of curious ears. I calmly explained to the employee outside that I felt as if I had my personal property stolen by a Kwik Kar employee and because of it I had to drive back and forth between two cities to pick-up the remote that they removed. I asked why they didn't call me to tell me they had the remote if he was aware that it was in his pocket the entire time! He responded that they removed the remote because my windows were tinted and they didn't want to lock the keys inside (even though the sunroof was open and the car was unlocked) They had my current information because they required that I fill out a customer information sheet since I was a new customer that day, but still they never called to say they had my remote. I spoke with the owner while I was there and he wasn't much help. He was somewhat understanding, but offered nothing for the major inconvenience and spoke to me as if I was the one who placed the remote in his employees pocket! If the owner gained some customer service skills, and the employees didn't remove things from vehicles, this would be an acceptable place. Until that happens, stay away from Kwik Kar in Pflugerville!

Check engine light came on in the early and very cold morning as we were leaving for a week in Houston. It had also done the same thing about 4 weeks earlier (01/08/2010), also on an exceptional cold early morning. The report that came up when Malissa put the computer check on the engine came up PO125 - "closed loop fuel control - insufficient coolant temperature. Since the car was not overheating and running very normally we felt that the "check engine" had been triggered by the unusually cold temperature. Both time she reset the computer on our car so that the "check engine" light wouldn't come on unless there was a problem. Dave did advise us to eventually get the thermostat replaced, which we will do.
