Sewer clean out

Did sewer clean out. Snake went too far, broke base of toilet allowing for sewage to run onto bathroom floor. They admitted they did it. They did not clean up, denied liability, refused to provide insurance. They said not their fault because snake went the wrong way. Mother in law is 83 with Parkinson’s and early dementia. Shut the door and said not to use that bathroom until repairs made. They would do for $400-$500! We were at hospital for out patient procedure so we could not be there. We called plumber later to find out what they were going to do. They said not their fault!

Mike replaced a faulty gas line under the house.

It was very tight space under the house and he did a great job. He had to pull permits and had the work finished prompty in 2 days. He is honest and dependable. He gives good advice.

He changed out our water heater. He also put in a hot water line in my attic, diverting a line that had gotten a hole in it.

It has been a very bad experience. I, stupidly, trusted him. After talking to a trusted plumber, he charged me double what he should have. In putting the line in the attic, he tried to charge me $1200 for 2 1/2 hours of work. I told him he was crazy. He caused a real scene and had a deal with a cop that was working with him. I was able to cancel the check and paid the plumber a reasonable rate. He has a reputation amongst those in the area.

I use them for my plumbing needs.

Mike Salazr is the owner. He is one of the fastest plumbers I have ever seen. He does very good work. He may be more than the others but the way he does it makes it worth it.
