APlatinum Painting and GuttersI got the whole home exterior painted and all windows caulked plus a few worn out planks replaced including chimney edges. About the quote: Eddie gave me a detailed quote for the job and provided a breakdown of some repairs as per my request since I hadn't decided if I wanted to get them done or not. He gave me the detailed quote while he was here and I liked that plus the repair cost breakdown. He also suggested using hardie board for planks being replaced as well as improving the seal around the garage door when I told him about insect issues. This quote process as well as the reasonable discounted price is what led me to select Platinum Painting for the job. About the job: A 4 man uniformed crew completed the job on the scheduled day. They did a good job independently and I had to point out only one item towards the end that was missed. The foreman Wilson made sure he was with me during the final walk-through and eagerly answered my questions. Cons: One thing I think could use improvement is communication - a proactive reminder a few days before the job for finalizing paint color selection and then providing some samples that would help me confirm my selection. However I'm happy with my selections so no issues. Overall: I would hire Platinum Painting again as the work and cost was as per my expectations.- Munsoor R.

AT Rock Roofing & ConstructionI am so pleased with the work done by T Rock company and Mark Strong who was in charge of the entire process. I had my roof replaced, chimney repair and exterior and interior house painting. Mark is a consummate, honest professional who really knows his stuff. He did a thorough assessment of my roof with pictures and went over what needed to be done in detail. He met with my insurance adjuster and went over his findings to make sure I got the most out of my claim. He coordinated the jobs to accommodate my schedule. I have been very impressed with his team and how efficient and thorough they were in completing the job, along with excellent cleanup. They were very experienced and knew their profession well. Mark oversaw the progress to ensure the job was done to my satisfaction. The subcontractor used to paint my house were equally as impressive. I am so pleased with the way my house looks and have gotten compliments from my neighbors. It’s not easy to go through the process of getting your house repaired but Mark Strong and T Rock made sure the process went smoothly without cutting corners. I highly recommend this company if you want the work needed for your house to be done professionally, thoroughly and honestly. They did an awesome job and are great to work with. They will also make sure the customer is 100% satisfied which is very important to me when choosing a company to work with.- Linda D.

They went above and beyond what was originally discussed, to make sure the end result was of the highest quality. AI am so pleased with my home improvements done by JP Construction! They replaced crumbling siding with Hardie plank and painted the exterior. They power washed our limestone and it looks like new. They basically rebuilt our exterior fireplace as much of the interior wood was rotted. They relocated our master bath window, installed a new one, and replaced our patio door with one we'd bought, all in conjunction with the siding and painting work! It was almost seamless. I got bids from 4 companies and JP was very competitive. He came out and discussed the work, educating us in the process. The project manager Mike scheduled our work and was quick to respond to my calls or emails. I cannot say enough good things about the hard- working crew led by Carlos! The crew of 4 or 5 worked quickly and did an excellent, thorough and quality job. They came back every day until it was done. I love how it all turned out. I would absolutely use them again!
