They sent out an engineer to confirm the measurements. They also sent out a plumber to check for plumbing leaks prior to the repair. The scheduled the repair around my schedule and completed the job in one day as promised. The crew did a great job and cleaned up very well afterward. AI postponed calling a foundation repair company for a while, but I knew there was a problem with our home. A good friend of mine had Abacus fix his foundation problem last year and highly recommend them. I have to say from the first phone call they (front office to workers) were very courteous and professional.
