    Easy to make appointment.  I needed a rental car and the one that my insurance company uses was off site, so they helped arrange a pick up and drop off for me.  The work took a couple days longer than originally promised, but it was also over Thanksgiving.  They sent regular texts and voice mails to keep me apprised of the process.  Only complaint is that on the day I was promised the car, at 5:30 after I was already on my way to pick it up, they called to say it would take one more day.
    When I picked up the car, it looked great and had been cleaned inside and out.  The inside cleaning wasn't the best, but it was good enough and much appreciated.  As I was leaving, the man who walked me out told me that I'd be getting a survey and that I needed to give a good report, as "that's how they got paid."  I understand that everyone does surveys now, but I felt that to be a bit pushy.

    I had my vehicle repaired here previously when someone damaged my rear quarter panel. So considering this went well I went back for this accident.
    It went pretty well with the exception as it seemed to take longer then needed. I was able to reach them with ease. They kept me informed and there was supplement as well which was no big deal. They were professional and the work was done good. I had Geico insurance and they were not a preferred repair place but they worked together fine.

    I went great! Andrew welcomed me and explained in detail the repair process and that I could go online anytime to see the status. He also called me several times to give me updates. On the last call he gave me a date the car would be ready and it was. When I picked up the car Andrew informed me that KIA had a recall on a wiring harness and he had already contacted KIA and gave the that info so I could schedule the replacement. I believe this was going the extra mile.
    I hope to not need them again, but if i do they will be the only place I take my car.

    I was right.  Arman was truly professional and agreed t the repair withing State Farm's budget.  The work was perfect.  You absolutely can not tell that the entire right side was wiped out. Professional, reasonable, excellent work, friendlily staff.  Why go anywhere else?

    From the moment my husband and I stepped into Herb's we had a wonderful experience. We were amazed at the level of service we received immediately. After a short discussion, some minor paperwork, and reassurance from the employee (Joe), he contacted Enterprise rental car to have someone pick us up. He made sure to find out what method of communication was best for us (phone, text, email) and informed us of timing for updates on the repairs, which he then made sure met our expectations (which it did exceedingly).
    The next day we received a call from Joe to update us on the estimate and expected repairs. He offered a projected timeline for completion and when we could expect another update from him. He called when he said he would call, and informed us the car was ready.
    When we arrived, we were again greeted with great respect and courtesy. He brought the car around for us to inspect the work, perform a test drive, and insure we were satisfied. He then offered to make sure the rental car was returned for us, so all we had to do was sign some documents and away we went - good as new!
    We highly recommend Herb's - hope to never need their services again, but if we do, we will be sure to return.

    He does such a good work. He makes vehicles look like new. He has done all of the body work we would ever need.  He deals with insurance claims and makes it very easy. I would recommend him to anybody.

    Could not have been more impressed with this service. Scheduling through the website was a breeze, communication reminders was well done. I was particularly impressed with being given a pic of the technician that was to arrive onsite to perform the work ahead of time. The technician called ahead of time to notify ETA, and arrived at the expected time, was very informative and helpful, completed the job in the amount of time expected, and with great care/quality of end results. The price was a match of a poorer quality/shadier outfit that hit me up at a local car wash to perform the same work (complete disaster, but fortunately their failure to show led me to this company). So, again, don't hesitate. Great experience!

    I took my car in on 1/18/13 to get an estimate of how long it would take to get the car repaired. I then made arrangements to drop the car off on 1/28/13 to be repaired. It was ready the next day.

    Auto Hail Repair Guys
    Both mine and my husband's cars (2002 VW Passat and 2004 Nissan Murano) were severely damaged by hail in a storm that came through in May of 2011. We also had almost $10,000 in damage to our house, so it took us quite a bit of time to get all of the insurance claims made and adjusters out to look at all the damage. Both of our car windshields were shattered, so we repaired those out of pocket immediately and our insurance company said it would count towards our deductible for our cars.     
        Over the summer, I called several body shops in the area to try to get an appointment and they were all booked up until late summer/early fall. I finally found a shop down the street that said they could start working on the cars immediately, so we dropped off my husband's car and worked our schedules to coordinate only having one car while the other was being repaired. We drove past the shop and saw my husband's car sitting in the same spot, untouched, every day for a week. After talking with our insurance company, we found out that the shop was being unresponsive in getting back to them about being paid for the work and when I tried to call, I only got voicemails. Frustrated, we picked up the car and ended our business with that company.     
        After that experience, I had about given up on finding a reliable and professional body repair business...until fate stepped in on a Saturday afternoon. My husband and I were driving through Grapevine and exited the highway to get gas. We stopped at a 7-11 and as we were leaving the parking lot, I noticed a Hummer with the Auto Hail Repair Guys logo and phone number. It said that they would cover our deductible AND get us a rental car. I pointed it out to my husband and thought I'd give them a call to find out more information.    
        To my surprise, at 2pm on a Saturday afternoon, Dusty answered the phone and was like an angel sent from Heaven. I told him about our story and he immediately started telling me about the business and the services they offered and what the process would be like from start to finish. He also told me that he would call Enterprise Car Rentals to set up an appointment to drop our car off that coming Monday. Within an hour, he called me back and said that Enterprise wasn't taking pick-ups on Monday because it was Labor Day weekend (which further impressed me that Dusty was answering calls and booking appointments on a HOLIDAY weekend!). He asked if I could meet him on Tuesday and was more than accomodating with my schedule to meet when I was available.     
        I met him that Tuesday and picked up our first rental car. Even the associates at Enterprise were very familiar with AHRG and their staff and made the process quick and painless. The next day, I met Dusty again to drop off our second vehicle and pick up another rental car.     
        From that point, my life was a breeze. Dusty and Maggie kept me well-informed of the progress on our cars and handled all of the paperwork/phone calls with the insurance companies. Dusty and AHRG even went above and beyond to make additional minor repairs to our car that we were requesting to keep us from having to do it once we picked the cars up.     
        When our cars were ready, Dusty called and again worked with our schedule to meet to pick them up. The body work, paint work, repairs were immaculate and our cars looked BRAND NEW again. The attention to detail by AHRG was amazing...the cars looked as if they'd been detailed inside and out. AHRG took care of our cars as if they were their own and we just can't speak highly enough about them.    
        Their professionalism, courtesy, customer service, and attention to detail were second-to-none and we'll never go anywhere for body work again! We've shouted their praises to everyone who will listen and I'm hoping this review will convince anyone who reads it to look no further for a body repair business. CHOOSE AUTO HAIL REPAIR GUYS!!!
