AErnie's Plumbing Service IncI had a 22 year old Delta tub/shower faucet that had been leaking and I could not get the bonnet nut to come off to replace cartridge. I ended up torquing too much and caused a small leak in the valve body in the wall that couldn't be sealed. I was a little apprehensive seeing the negative reviews but since they offered a free service call/estimate with no obligation I gave them a call. They came out and confirmed the bad news. The estimate came to $787.50 with senior discount which included going in through the bedroom wall to cut out and replace valve body and install a new Delta tub/shower faucet. I had priced the parts at Home Depot and it was over $200. Travel time to get parts and faucet and labor was a little over 3 hours. I felt the total price for labor and parts was reasonable so I accepted. Bryan was the plumber they sent and he did a pro job ( I did have to patch the drywall afterwards but Bryan did a good job of keeping that to a minimum). Now we have a nice new chrome Delta faucet instead of that old worn gold plated one. I would hire again and I would ask for Bryan. He was a lifesaver. Going out to turn water on/off at street was getting old.- Richard W.

AAllied Outdoor SolutionsAllied Outdoor Solutions did a great job on a patio cover and expansion project. They laid a concrete slab and covered both an existed pad and the additional concrete with a roof that tied in well to the home. It looks like it was built with the home and our neighbors have shared very favorable feedback on both the work and the way the contractors kept the sight tidy during the project. AAllied Outdoor SolutionsMy wife and I started the process of making our back patio and yard a place to relax and entertain. Andrew, came out and mapped out what we envisioned. Than, Carlos and his team came out and expanded our back patio and built a beautiful pergola made of alumawood. It is the only one of its kind in our housing division in Lantana. It truly looks like it originally came with our house. The expanded patio and pergola that Andrew, Carlos, and his team created is the beginning of what we hope will be a relaxing and entertaining place for our family and friends. AThe repairman contacted me with the price and a day and time he could be here. The fac that he said he could repair the washer played a large part of my decision. He let me know a general time that he could be there and then texted and called to let me know when he was about 30 minutes away. He was prompt and professional and explained what he knew about our problem. He even offered a few recommendations for keeping the washer working longer than it had been (12 years). Overall good work and he took pretty much any form of payment. If anything else breaks I'll call him first to see if he can fix it.

AGreat experience! I received a call to discuss the work and price within half an hour of requesting a quote on Angie's List. I was able to quickly schedule the installation. On the day of the installation the guys called to confirm the time, arrive right when they said they would, and the installation was quick and efficient.

AVery pleased with service person, Derrick Williams. He replaced ice maker assembly, removed ice buildup inside freezer drawer, and checked water lines, etc. Very thorough. He explained what he needed to do and why. He cleaned up any water spillage. And very pleasant through it all. I would definitely ask for him again. Only downside was the expensive parts needed to repair our LG model refrigerator--with ice maker good for only couple years (or less?).
