AModern Waste TransportNeeded a small pump for a sewer ejector pump. They were able to come out the same day and pump so we could repair the ejector pump. Did a good job of explaining any possible additional charges, plus did a good job cleaning out holding tank.- Earl C.

ADNJ Septics & ConstructionKevin from DNJ cleaned my septic tank and discovered a blockage in my line. He stayed and additional 2 hours to unblock it and didn't charge me!! AJMA Wastewater Services, Inc.I want to thank James and the entire staff at JMA Wastewater Services. I called, on a Monday (a very busy day), with a slight emergency about the possibility of our septic tank being full or clogged. They said they were extremely busy with calls and could not say wether or not they could get to me that day. About an hour later, James shows up. James was extremely helpful and identified the problem right away, a clog in the line to the septic tank. James was able to clear the clog in no time. Additionally he noted that our tank needed to be pumped out very, very soon. He also provided some great tips on care and maintenance, and there is a lot more information on their website blog. Without hesitation, James located one of the septic tank covers that was buried and began to dig and clear out the dirt, exposing the tank cover. James did this so I would avoid an extra fee from the pumping company, which charges extra to dig and clear dirt away from tank covers. He also provided a cost and time saving tip about how I could repair the broken pipe from the house to the septic tank I was in the middle of repairing. James provided exceptional customer service, is extremely knowledgeable and went what I feel is above and beyond. If you are looking for a wastewater service company that will provide exceptional customer service, look no further than JMA Wastewater Services. AExcalibur PlumbingWe've used Excalibur on three occasions and, without exception, the results have been excellent. My only continuing concern is with the cost of services. Excalibur responded to my call in a timely fashion and Louie came out and quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us options for both repair and replacement. Since the unit was 10 years old we elected to go the replacement route. All work was completed in just a few hours and was done with considerable attention to detail. Louie was very professional and answered all my questions about the sewage pump and associated equipment as well as questions about our water softener. This is a first-rate plumbing company and, again, my only hesitation to give A marks across the board is the cost consideration.- Mary G.

AI greatly recommend O and M Plumbing. Ben fixed a leak at our previous house that a different plumber was unable to diagnosis correctly. At our current house he replaced two water heaters, fixed a leak under the sink, installed a shut off valve to separate our home water supply and sprinkler system, and put in a pressure regulator valve. He is thorough, efficient, friendly, takes the time to explain things clearly, and was very accommodating about helping with some extra items. He and his team were also very considerate about wearing face masks and shoe covers which was much appreciated. Super plumber and very nice guy.
