  • I have seen Dr. Holly for about 6 years now and absolutely love her. Many of those years I paid out of network and wouldn't even think about switching. She spends a lot of time without going overboard, she listens, and she remembers the next time she sees you what u have seen her about previously.

  • Upon arrival to the appointment we signed in and sat in the waiting area.  We sat for 2 hours and watched as a total of 12 new patients
    were admitted and many were seen and then released during that time.  All the while my mother is groaning and in severe pain.  I approached the counter and asked how much longer it would be and why so many others were in and out as we sat in pain watching.  I was told that many of those patients were only seeing nurses and that my mother was waiting longer because she had to actually see the Doctor.  So, after another 45 mins she was finally called back.  A nurse came in got all her information.  Half an hour later the doctor came in, looked my mother up and down and said "WE'RE NOT TAKING ANY NEW PATIENTS AT THIS TIME" and then walked out of the room.  The P.A. came in to escort us out of the room and we expressed our frustration that this has been ongoing, is getting more severe and we'd worried night and day waiting for this appointment.  She refused to comment.  My mother then asked "can I at least get something for the pain?".  The woman said "I'm sorry but we don't subscribe pain medication here."  I then asked for a quote of what it would cost us to have the fluid drained in order to provide some relief while waiting to find a doctor who had enough heart to treat her.  Again, we were told the doctor isn't taking any new patients.  I exclaimed that you could have told us that at that time we made the appointment, now the situation is much more severe.  We left the clinic disheartened, worried and my Mother feeling completely abandoned.  We also feel like, she received this "treatment" in part because she doesn't have insurance.  We now have to obtain a referral for another doctor and hope to God she will be treated in a humane manner.  It's not like we are asking for a favor.  My entire family is offering to help fund whatever treatment she needs.  It's a very sad and painful day, especially for my mother.  I would hope that anyone seeking treatment of this sort will look on Angie's list and find another provider.  I would also hope that more people will not hold back any negative experience.  I would also hope that Angie's List members would leave positive feedback for those service providers who provide a good service.  I myself am an "Angie's List" contractor in DFW and rely heavily on the list for new customers.  Now I find myself relying much more heavily on the list for the well being of my mother.  Please, fellow Angie's List members, utilize this system and let's help each other sort out the quality service men and women.  To anyone in the service industry who actually cares for the clients needs as much or more than the "almighty buck", THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts.

  • Dr. Naik is very professional and really listens to his patients. He did not hesitate to refer me to an ENT within the Austin Regional Clinic group for a nosebleed. The ENT (Dr. Achal Dhruva) discovered my thyroid gland had grown so large that my trachea was pushed off to one side. It was the attention paid by all of these doctors that resulted in my getting the care needed and the removal of my thyroid gland. The growth was caught in time before it went down below my sternum. I am so grateful for Dr. Naik and Dr. Dhruva!

  • Overall the apointment was uneventful. At age 52 and perimenopausal, I'm looking for details on what to expect over the next year or so. Dr. Ingrid Brown certainly seem compentant, however, she seemed to avoid eye contact, which makes me nervous. She also recommended a whooping cough/tetnus vaccination. She left the room; I received no instruction as to whether or not we were finished..... I sat there for a short time, thinking someone would reappear with the vaccination, or should redress and she'd be back in to review notes from the previous visits. No one came back in and I decided we must be finished. I'm also on a prescription from her that was not discussed. When outside the exam room, I was handed my mammography paperwork, directed to checkout, where they collected for the biopsy I had. The staff seem keenly aware of my insurance plan and how it worked. I'll check with friends in my age group for a referral to another gyn who will offer more details to someone in my age group.

  • The clinic is fine. I have no problems with them. The practice is clean. They reach you and are easy to work with. I have had no problems with the doctor. He listens to what your ailment is. I've only been there for the common cold or a chest cold. It's usually fairly easy to go in and get a prescription.
