Most recently, our Bradford Pear tree, doing what they are notorious for, split and nearly fell on the house. Along with a prior, similar Bradford Pear nuisance, Gene has removed those trees down to the ground and removed unknown tons of wood. FThe job turned out OK but the installer had a bad attitude and wasn't flexible to listening to the customer's request. The first rainfall revealed the new gutters leaking in two places. The same installer came out. He wouldn't listen to my explanations and proceeded to repair as he was accustomed to. Now, one gutter is again leaking right in front of my entrance door. The company no longer answers the phone and doesn't return calls. I contacted the owner on his personal cell. He agreed to come out yesterday afternoon (1-12-21) but didn't show up. I'm going to have to pay someone else to repair their sloppy work. DON'T CALL THESE PEOPLE FOR ANYTHING. The will take your money and run. They still have an Angie's List logo on their paperwork indicating that Angie's List endorses them. I certainly hope not.
