It took two days to do repairs (rotted door trim and trim boards near siding), power washing, and paint, two days to do the roof and new chimney surround, and a couple of trips out for some touch up work. A21st Century Painting & Roofing LLCWe hired 21st Century to replace deteriorated and rotted wood siding with hardie board siding around a bay window on our house. Also to replace rotted wood trim and prep work for painting. Repainted the exterior of the entire house. The work was done professionally and with care. The general manager and his crew arrived on a Monday morning as planned, and the job was finished on Thursday of the same week. It probably would've been completed a day earlier had it not been for an unforeseen issue of fire ant damage to the studs under the old wood siding. The scope of work was confirmed with me before the work began and the crew promptly got to work. The carpentry work and prep work was very thorough and professional. All issues or questions I had during the job were handled promptly and satisfactory. The crew was polite and respectful of my home, and worked very hard to make sure my wife and I were satisfied. 21st Century had made a positive impression on us dating back 5 years earlier when they came to our home and quoted the same job which we declined at that time due to budget constraints caused by other home improvements were doing at the time. We would most definitely hire 21st Century again and would highly recommend them.- Marco C.

A21st Century Painting & Roofing LLCIt could not have gone better. They arrived early in the morning (0830)) of day 1 and washed the entire exterior of the house. On day 2, they caulked every crack anywhere on the exterior of the house. They masked off all of the windows and other fixtures. They also scraped primed all external metal surfaces that were to be painted. On day 3, they painted the entire exterior except for the bricks with no spraying on areas not needing paint. When the paint dried, they removed the masking from windows, etc, cleaned up everything, and left. A PERFECT JOB.- Wallace F.

ADavid is amazing! His professionalism and detailed work is top notch. It’s rare to find a company that is dedicated in insuring you are 100% satisfied with the service performed. He even took the time to teach my husband and I a few techniques in the process of remodeling our bathroom. Our bathroom was in bad shape, but now it’s the prettiest room in our house! DContractor missed first estimate appointment and I was not notified until after the time of the appointment had passed. They apologized and quickly scheduled a 2nd estimate appointment which they arrived early for. All communication was done through text message including the quote for the work. I scheduled them to come do the job a week later and sent a building modification contract for them to sign that our building HOA requires as well as requested a certificate of insurance and neither was provided. No one showed up on the morning of the job and after I sent a few texts checking the status of our appointment I got a response that they were still reviewing the contract and that they would not send a contractor until they were able to sign it.
