    David at Renew Home Exterior was great and friendly. He listened to what we needed and delivered on point. Me and my wife received quotes from multiple companies and RHE was the best we found. The install was very professional and they cleaned up afterwards. David kept in touch and responded to all questions from the initial estimate to the project completion. Would gladly utilize RHE again for future remodeling.

    I called Lon Smith Roofing first because they had replaced our current roof 10 years ago after last significant hail storm. Their work was more than satisfactory then; so why not give them first crack at replacing what they had installed? So, I called. Their estimator was here in a few days. He didn't need a ladder because he would pilot a drone over my roof to take pictures to document the damage. He then sat down at my dining table and showed me the damage that he was pretty sure my insurance company would agree with. He also checked out my window screens, gutters and downspouts, fence, and an air conditioner compressor. He documented damage that he found in everything he inspected. My next call was to my insurance agent to report the hail damage. She referred me to Claims Department where I reported the claim. Again, in just a few days, my insurance adjustor showed up. He took a really good look at the roof by climbing up on it and checking for damage. He concurred with nearly all of the assessments of the roofing estimator. However, they would not cover my gutters because metal was erroneously omitted from the current policy. Metal coverage has now been restored. But, the gutter and other metal work will not be covered on this claim. The longest wait throughout the whole process was to be get on the roofer's work schedule. It took about 3 weeks because the company had lots of damaged roofs ahead of mine. Materials were delivered a couple of weeks later on a Friday, and work began the following Tuesday. The job was completed in just 3 days, just as they had estimated. Except for an afternoon rain shower, they would have finished on the second day. The only problem throughout the whole process was that the crew members spoke very little English. But, usually there was at least one English speaker on the team. The team members were very thorough, professional and friendly. They did allow one shingle to snag a window screen and scratch the window, but the roofing company scheduled a window company to re-screen the screen and replace the window at the roofing company's expense. That work is scheduled to be done next week. The roofing crew also cleaned up everything very thoroughly. There must be at least one residual nail on the ground, but I have not found it. Understanding 6 pages of singled spaced Claims Report from insurance company was a challenge. And, the supplemental claims further complicated the process. But, fortunately, Lon Smith Roofing has an employee named Lois in their billing department who walked me through the initial claim, the revisions, and also helped me by communicating more than once with the insurance company to be sure my payments (including depreciation) completely covered my loss less my deductible. In the end she showed me that my total damages less what it cost to repair them was exactly equal to my deductible. I don't think I would ever have figured that out on my own. The roofer's inspector Billy also was an employee worth mentioning. He came a few days after the job was complete to be sure all the exhaust pipes in the attic were reconnected properly and that the job was done to my complete satisfaction. He made a couple of adjustments in the attic and to the gutters and went through a long check-list to be sure nothing was missed. I appreciate that kind of follow-up. So, in short, Lon Smith Roofing is a quality company doing quality work by quality people, I'm more than satisfied with the work and want to compliment Dustin, the estimator, Victor, the foreman, Lois, the nice lady in billing, and Billy, the inspector. One more thing. Lon Smith Roofing replaced my damaged 30-year roof with a 30-year HAIL RESISTANT roof at no extra cost to me. That was about a $2,000 bonus. When that documentation arrives, I'll take it to my insurance agent and hope to get a premium reductions on future policies. Lon Smith Roofing did a good job for us in 2007 and they did another good job in 2017. And, Lon Smith Roofing will get the first call if I ever need another roof.

    Everything went as well as I could have expected. Arrived when they said they would, did the installation quickly and professionally. Left a tube of caulking to finish sealing where the alarm system wiring had to be connected. Only complaint was that my wife had to clean up some dirt / dust and some chunks of scattered masonry in the bedroom after they left.

    David gave me a competitive price up front detailing all pricing options. Very honest and up front (I like that). Removed the old and install the new doing excellent work. Will have him do any work on the skylight in the future to keep it in warranty. And most roofers just seem to cause leaks in skylights instead of fixing them (yes this happen to me just before Superior Skylights replaced it). I have hail damage from December and I will be getting quote from David to do the work.

    Adam with Brennan was very helpful in showing me the different brands of windows as well as the different types of windows for the spaces that I had. He was very patient with me and worked with me on pricing. Setting up the measuring times was a little difficult, but I also had that done around the holidays;so, timing was hard to pinpoint. Setting up the install was very easy though. The install crew was very professional and did a good job. They installed 8 windows in one day.

    They did an excellent job! Everything was done as expected and better than I thought. They did not promote anything about sound levels. The windows seem to make a big difference in sound as well as the heating and cooling levels. They were the highest in price but I was not disappointed in their product.

    The men work for Lanham, were punctual and did a good job.  Unlike some companies, no one tried to sell me replacements for my other windows, which I appreciated.  We had just completed a landscaping job and unfortunately one of the window installers stepped off his ladder and onto a low shrub and broke it off at the base.  With all the work they had to do from the flowerbed, something like this was expected.  I called the company and Mr. Lanham told me to buy the shrub and send him the bill, including the cost for having someone plant it, if needed.  A quality response from a quality company.

    From quote to completion everything went well. Lynn was responsive to all phone calls before, during and after installation. Lynn's price was not the least or most expensive. I was sold on the manufacturer Don Young windows. Lynn was recommended by the company.
    Ben the installer was awesome. They were on time and worked hard throughout the day. They are self contained. I had to reassure them to get the drinks I purchased for them out of my fridge. There was little to no mess. There were two of them and they did an excellent job. Lots of attention to detail. Courteous at all times. They took all of the windows out without any glass breakage. I would not have felt uncomfortable leaving the installers alone in my house. They seemed trustworthy. They were dressed professionally and their equipment was in great shape. My husband says you can tell a lot about a company by the way they keep their equipment and how their representatives look.
    After the install I checked each window for a tight seal and could not detect any incoming air. I love my new windows.
    I waited to get a couple of electricity bills to write this review. My electricity cost went down considerably.
    I would highly recommend this company.
