He made sure we received the service needed to deal with some emergency repairs and provided excellent service on the rest of our irrigation issues. If you have irrigation problems I fully recommend this company. You will get excellent service and your money's worth. Hummingbird is now my irrigation service for life.

    I requested Andy���s look at our sprinkler system as we had two zone we knew were not functioning. I was told on the phone that they would charge $95 for a full system check and report of required repairs. The technician could not find the valve (hope that���s the right term) for each of the six zones of our sprinkler system and informed us that although they had not even located the problematic valves with our system, that we owed them $257.00 and if we wanted them to repair the system it would be in excess of $2500.00. Strange they could quote a price when they could not even find the valves that were causing our zones to work. On top of that, the technician admitted Andy���s was over priced and that we should not use them. What a waste of money. Now I���m out over $250, have no idea what is wrong with my system, and still need to call a sprinkler repair company. I would never recommend Andy���s to anyone I know.

    They started the installation on March 8th and completed it on March 31st. On April 1st I started having problems with the system - I couldn't get the irrigation system to turn off. That same day, I called Brandon, the owner, letting him know the situation and he came out a few days later to reset the timer. At the same time, I was having problems with one of the sprinkler heads not reaching a specific zone. When Brandon came out, on April 4th, he said to keep an eye on it. On May 3rd, I started having problems again with the same sprinkler. I reached out to Brandon and he told me that he would come by a few days later to take a look at it. When Brandon came out he put a taller sprinkler head in that one area hoping that would solve the issue. Everything seemed to be working fine until July 20th when I noticed that the taller head wasn't reaching its intended target (flowers). I then reached out to Brandon again and he came out, for the fourth time, about a week later. Brandon came out without letting me know and said that he adjusted a different sprinkler head to see if that would help reach the flowers. This past Saturday, the July 29th, one of the sprinkler heads, in the front yard, had water coming out of it without it being on. I called Brandon again and he said it was a broken sprinkler head and I asked him how this could happen. Brandon tried blaming me for the broken sprinkler head and said that our mowing crew could have ran over it. At this point, Brandon started getting nasty with me and even cursed at me. When they installed the irrigation system, we were told that it came with a 1 year warranty for parts and labor. However, the last time that Brandon came out, at then end of July, he told me that he was going to charge me $120 for his last visit. During this time, I asked Brandon for the warranty information/paperwork and he said, "I don't have it."

    Replaced sprinkler head started leaking after tech's departure.Contacted company to have tech recheck reported condition.After repeated calls,, company saiiid tech would return on June 3rd(no scheduled eta) No one showed.Repeated calls, voice messages to 214-641-0987, with no responses.To date, no response from Tech, nor dispatcher regarding existing leakage from replaced rotor.

    We purchased this deal specifically because it said it included checking for leaks. Then they showed up and said they didn't have equipment to look for leaks. I wouldn't have made this purchase other than the leak detection being advertised as part of the service. Was very disappointed that we did not receive the full service we paid for.

    Best Landscaper we've had.
    When the crew is done mowing and edging there isn't a blade of grass or a leaf on the property.
    Our previous landscaper would blow all the cuttings and leaves into the bushes or onto the driveway.
    Now everything is taken up. Even in the fall when leaves are dropping.
    Fixed and kept the sprinkler system running
    Cleaned out and put new mulch in planters. Good job.

    The crew arrived on time at around 9 AM as promised and began work without delay. They worked diligently until their lunch break and then started back to work with the same intensity as before. They finished by around 4PM, cleaned up the area and left me with a job well done! Andrew checked on the progress of the job a couple of times during the day

    Update May 29, bill has already been paid however I get harassed by Brian G**** will put a lien on my properties, he posts lewd comments on my blog facebook pages which infuriates my readers. His response to this review shows his overall attitude about ethical business practices - he has none. The local police department was concerned about his endless rants and raves that they called me about my personal safety. As a consumer, people should be warned about him and his company. Its why he asked his business be pulled from Angie's list. He also got my blog name wrong. I advocate for single moms and make sure we don't get screwed over by contractors.
    The nightmare began when he started telling my neighbor I owed him money. She used him too and she was harassed by him and overcharged as well. She ended up paying him more so he would leave her alone. Knowing I would have an issue with him I asked for a bill and receive a bill for way more than $35 and hour for 4 hours. I ended up receiving a bill that was close to over $300. 

    IThey did service in January and I kept asking for a bill and they never got me a bill. It wasn't until the end of March that the nightmare began. They quoted me $35 and hour for 4 hours to pick up leaves. Instead this company overcharges me but never called me to tell me it would cost more. I then asked for a revised bill. I never got a revised bill instead I got nasty harassing voicemails and emails. A total of 57 emails detailing how he would harass me for writing bad reviews of the business and finally a revised bill that was still charging me more than $35 an hour for 4 hours and charging me for weekly service when they never did any weekly service. Trust me this review is warranted for the unethical collections practices and gross billing mistakes. My neighbor paid him double just to make him go away. I guess when you have such horrible service you have to extort your customers to get paid. So Brian showed up at my home and blocked my driveway while my daughter and I were outside. All I asked for was a revised bill for the accurate amount. Police were called and we agreed on the original quote he had advised of $180 before he sent out these erroneous bills for $350 back in March. This is a civil matter and police were called for his attempt at criminal trespass and shouldn't have to deal with collections. My neighbor came out and showed the police all of his harassing messages to her. Bill is paid and I have proof of payment. Apparently that is not enough because while the police were outside my house to make sure he doesn't come back he sends me an email asking me to take down the bad review or he'll harass me everywhere at home and at work. I refuse to take down the bad reviews and no amount of threat is going to dissuade me either. I'm here to help people and I want people to know exactly the kind of business this is. It should not surprise anyone that they have billing complaints with the Better Business Bureau

    Yard looks much better.  This is just one of many projects I have in mind to improve the curb appeal of my house.  I plan to use Legacy again in the early spring to re-sod my yard.  Brad was very professional, explained everything he was doing, and always consulted with me before doing anything outside the scope of the original estimate.
