    Zach cleared the line, I even paid extra to him to install my thermostat, totaling $300.00. When he left my air conditioner was blowing cool air not cold, I text Zach. He instructed me to call the emergency line (which I did) I was prompted to leave a message (I left a message) NO ONE CALLED ALL WEEKEND! In my message I expressed I had NO air! Almost 100degree weather and NO AIR! I finally received a call at 9:51am on Monday morning when they opened at 8:00am. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!

    I contacted 3 different companies for quotes. AC Lady was the only one that sat down and drew a diagram of what my current system looked like and what the new one would look like. She discussed with me different manufacturers, seer sizes, and what the expectations would be. She provided a detailed quote. I also requested the replacement of my duct work since it was beginning to break down. We decided on a price and this was the quote I went with. Less than a week later, they were at my home promptly at 7 am. They replaced the duct work, then proceeded to replace the heating/air conditioning units. The whole project took one day. They were cleaning up by 5:30 pm. Peggy was on-site with her crew for the majority of the time. She even offered to bring me lunch when she was feeding her crew. She has been available via text or phone call if I have any questions regarding the new system. I was really pleased with the work, professionalism, and quality of work. I look forward to her crew and company maintaining my system for years to come.

    Overall went really well. The guys showed up on time to begin the work. However the only reason they arent an A across the board is that there wasnt a permit aftee I explicitly asked for one several times. I asked if the estimate included the price of a permit (it did) and when they called to confirm I asked again about the permit. No fault of the install guys but they had to hang around for about an hour while the sales person pulled a permit for the work. The guys worked diligently and it did take all day. They cleaned up after themselves and were very professional. Also I was very impressed with Justin, after the inspector left we had an issue and Justin showed up less than an hour later to fix the red tag. Would reccomend and will use again.

    The technician arrived at the appropriate time and did turn off the unit that was blowing hot air. However, was quoted a pretty high price for freon and to install a new switch ( quoted $700) then checked the unit again and said I needed a new unit and was unable to help because he could not order a new switch because the unit did not have a model number. Please just bill me for the service call and remove me from the $ 99. 00 membership with your company for annual service. BTW called another company who came out the next day, repaired the unit and added freon for 293.00.

    I called Comfort Masters after a bad experience with another company the day before. When I called they immediately arranged for a time the next day, Their Technician Stephen Moore was a welcomed relief, on time, professional and took his time examining the problem and listening to my concerns regarding the experience I had the day before with another company. He was able to solve the problem within an hour of his arrival. The price was half of what the other company was going to charge, and it wouldn't have been repaired that day ( they said they had to order a part ). I highly recommend Stephen and comfort master, I will be using them again in the future if need be. Cathleen

    Bobby and crew arrived at 8:05 and immediately began work. His three man crew had our new unit going strong at about 12:15 pm and they did a great job of clean up and service. THEN SOMETHING VERY UNUSUAL HAPPENED. Bobby asked to fire up my computer because he wanted to assist me in registering our new units with American Standard right then!!! Bobby honored the $250 Angie's List Coupon. He refused to over-sell and came in UNDER BUDGET. I said UNDER BUDGET. I have made a new friend and be sure that American Home Shield will be cancelled and that I will be contacting the Attorney General of the State of Texas with a complaint.

    They were here probably two days and they had to pull the unit from the outside of the house, and replace the unit on the inside of the house.

    They were efficient and worked quietly. They got it done and cleaned up after themselves. It was fine.

    I contacted Lowes re: purchasing a new unit since my old unit needed $1k+ in repairs, and was advised Lowe's works w/AirCo. I met w/Kristin (AirCo) and Tony (Lowe's) at my house re: proposal/agreements. We discussed 3 models (3.5ton, and (2) 4 ton units) I could choose from including financing for both. I told them I was expecting a check from my Warranty program to help w/the cost, and once I received the check I would contact them re: replacing my unit. Once I received my warranty check, I contacted Tony, he came back to my house, I signed installation paperwork and an installation date/time was set up. I actually called Kristin back a few days later to change the date to earlier since I was able to re-arrange my schedule and Kristin advised 'not a problem'. The day of installation, the crew was on time and professional. My unit was installed, even though the installation took a little longer than usual, according to the worker, and I was without cool air for quite some time. The 'B' rating is due to: The door/frame to the A/C storage closet had to be removed in order to place the unit inside, and I was told I would receive a call from AirCo w/a date/time that a employee would come by to close up the hole. I didn't receive a call the next day, and after a few days I had to call to inquire about closing of the closet (on 6/29/17). I was also told that the City of FW would have to come out to check the installation. While informing AirCo, the closet had not been closed yet, I also scheduled for the City of FW to come out to the house (06/30/17). I was told I would receive a phone call prior to the City/AirCo's arrival and the time frame would be 12-5pm. The day of I didn't receive a phone call, and the City employee was at my door at 11am. Good thing I had not left to run errands yet before my 12-5pm service time. The city employee checked out the installation, but advised since the closet door had not been closed, he couldn't grant the permit. This was a waste of time for the employee and for myself. I would have scheduled the City inspector to come once the closet was closed if I had known the city's policies. Also the attic access inside my garage was left open. I had requested for this to also be resolved, and was advised an AirCo employee would come out b/t 12-5pm (on 6/30/17). The AirCo employee never called or showed up. I called AirCo again 7/3/17, and informed the New Installation's Dept. Rep. the AirCo employee did not show or call, and I had not received a phone call from the carpenter to close the closet. The rep. advised the Carpenter would call me today. A few hrs later I received a call from the Carpenter, who advised he could come by later on today and close the closet. The Carpenter arrived, and closed the A/C closet. The entry way to the attic is still open. I will call again.

    We have rent houses so we use them for everything. My husband took care of it. We have used them for, I can't tell you how many years, I have no way of how to judge their price because we haven't used anyone else so i don't know. My husband takes care of everything with them and he is very happy with them. That is all the information I can tell you.

    The price was good and the installation was good, but not much after that. The work was excellent. The cost was very good. The installation of the unit was excellent. I did have problems afterward, I called them and they came out at ten o���clock at night and fix the problem. The unit has been functioning very well.
