    Renew Oxygen Spa
I would not recommend this person. My doctor referred me to her for ozone detox steam therapy since I have Lyme and ozone therapy is supposed to help with that. When I called her to make an appointment, I felt awful and she started throwing information at me in a very fast way. It was overwhelming. I didn't understand that she would not do any treatments without me buying her 21 package deal. So I showed up for my first appointment and told her that I would rather do one appointment at a time and pay the extra per appointment since I didn't know how my body would deal with the ozone. She refused to let me do that even though she has single treatments listed on her GENBOOK, Inc website. She told me that if I wanted the treatments that I would have to buy the package. Since I am desperate to get well and my doctor referred me to her, I went against my gut reaction and bought the package. I cannot tell you how much I regret doing it. She would cancel at the last minute, be late to appointments, etc. When I decided that I had enough of that, I asked for her to refund my remaining money and she refused to do so. Also, I could only tolerate 20 minutes as opposed to the 40 minute treatments that I paid for and she would not refund me even half of my money. She offered to give me 5-10 more treatments instead. On the 17th treatment, I felt hot air coming out of the ear infusion tube and smelled a burning smell from the machine. When I tried to talk to her about it, she got defensive and said that was normal. Since I am concerned about the over heated motor catching fire while I am being treated, I decided not to go back for the rest of my treatments so I ended up losing money. She also has terrible hygiene habits. There is no bathroom near her working rooms. It is at the other end of the hall so I know for a fact that she does not wash her hands regularly. She didn't offer me anything to wipe my hands even though ozone therapy involves some contact with personal body parts. It was hard to tell whether she was using clean towels for the various parts of the treatment since her towel room didn't have the towels folded on shelves. Everything was coming out of plastic bags. Were they clean or dirty? I really don't know. I feel like I was scammed by her and I would not recommend her to anyone.

    North Texas Orthopedics
It appeared the staff worked well with one another, and the doc is the pivot point for all. Everyone worked for one goal.... to make me better. From the tech who took the x-rays of my feet, to the medical assistant who took the pertinent information, to the doc himself... I felt I was part of a well engineered project and all involved took pride in what they did.  I don't know I could get a higher grade of medical care any other place.

    Massage By Janel
I gave Janel a try and was VERY pleased. She gives a great massage, has a nice table in a lovely dedicated room in a nice home, and is very pleasant. She stated up front that she is happy to talk if you like but will be quiet unless you choose to talk, which is nice for someone like me who has a hard time really enjoying a massage if I am focused on conversation. She is happy to adjust firmness to your comfort level. Very professional, comfortable, and enjoyable.  I like the flat rate (no tipping), discount for cash, and discount for repeat appointments.

    North Texas Orthopedics
My only complaint is that appointments never happen on time. The wait is usually at least 15 - 30 minutes past the set appointment. It is a busy practice and I can handle that because the care is so good. I have had 2 insurance companies with them and they handled all the filing without any issues for me. The doctor I see there is Dr. Jeffrey Moffett and he has treated both an elbow and Achilles tendon injury quite well.

The Everett Clinic - Mill Creek
We have all four of our kids primary care at the Everett clinic. We primarily use the Mill Creek location for general pediatric items (stuffy nose, checkup, etc.). We moved to WA in April of 2013 and coming from a small town where we knew the doctor we used for 30+ years, the heath are of our kids was a big concern
we of course checked Angies list and then tried a few out. Everett clinic was a clear choice for us. They aren't perfect, like all places you will get the ocasional fill in doc that doesn't have the best bedside manner, but their communication, punctuality, and office environment have always been very good.

    Vasquez, Dr. Robert
We purchased a one year contract for the two of us for a cost of $5,181. My work health insurance did not cover his program, so we paid for it out of our pocket. We started out going to "Dr. Rob's" office for adjustments 3 times a week for 3 months, then 2 times per week for the next 3 months, then once per week for 6 months. I was working long hours at the time, and it was difficult to fit the visits in before or after work.  When we started the office was about 4 miles from our home. After a few months, the office moved farther away from us to a new facility and our commute time more than doubled. It was hard to fit all the travel into our busy work schedule. During "rush hours" his office was very busy, as many patients showed up at the same time before or after work. There were no time reservations back then, we just showed up and took a number. Sometimes we had to wait quite a while for our turn. We did neck stretching "Cervical Traction" exercises using ropes mounted on the wall and the waited for a doctor. There were often up to 4 "adjustment rooms" in use during the busy times of day.
After one year of treatment, we were both given X-rays to check our progress. We both showed improvement in our spinal alignment. My wife signed up for another year of weekly treatments, but I was tired of the commute and did not renew. At the end of the second year, her X-ray did not show additional improvement and she did not renew.
Dr. Rob is part of a national organization that treats patients with a holistic approach to health and well being. They offered frequent workshops and seminars in the office on nutrition and other health subjects. They sent email notifications educating patients on exercise programs, nutrition and other health subjects. It is a good overall program and we might have continued if the cost was lower and if his office was closer to our home or on the way to work.

    Acupuncture Center Inc
My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Chernly for various aches and pains for nearly twenty years - her mainly for her hip, me for recurring back  pain. He is very gentle and understanding and for us the treatments have worked well. He uses thin wire needles which are relatively painless and usually connects some to an electric pulse generation device. Once the needles are inserted and hooked up he will turn down the lights and leave you for about half and hour. There is always soft music playing in the clinic and the experience is not at all unpleasant. I often doze off.
Sometimes he does "cupping" which uses glass cups creating a vacuum to draw blood to the surface. These mostly go on your back. This is not unpleasant either, but for a day or two you will look like you have been hugged by an octopus.
If you ask him to explain what he does and why it works he will try, but you probably won't understand it. I didn't and still don't. What I do know is that it has worked for my wife and I and is far preferable to pills and injections.  Also, for us, the effects seem to be cumulative as our problems have become less severe and stay away for longer periods of time. We are both 70 now and still active.
Dr. Chernly's wife, Grace, manages the clinic and is very pleasant to deal with.

    PRIMROSE SCHOOL
The people that work there are spectacular. The communication with them is wonderful. I feel that it is a safe place for our children to attend. The lunches, however, are a little substandard but that is 1 con in a sea of pros.

    Glenda's Medical Massage
I have fibromyalgia and she has helped me a lot. I've been seeing her for several years. She has some interesting things that she does that are different but very effective. When I have a particular problem she will focus on that general area for treatment. She will move heaven and earth to get you moved in but sometimes it is difficult getting an appointment. She works out of her home but everything is clinically clean. The environment is very relaxing.
