  • The fence is more than I hoped for! The patio likewise! The detail and overall aesthetics are plus plus! These were major projects and all work was top notch. The stone work is fabulous! I also had them put seamless gutters on the back, which had a minor issue and Josh (owner) was back out in no time to take care of it. I have loved their work so much, I show it off to any neighbors that come by! I will be using them again for another project coming up. Thanks Josh and Kim!

  • PJ, the owner, and his whole crew were nothing but professional. We had three other quotes for our huge project for a new covered patio area, landscaping, and an outdoor kitchen area but we chose Complete Solutions because they were within the price range we wanted and their communication was second to none. We received a text every single day during the project with progress made that day. PJ and his project manager were very responsive to any questions we had and were patient with us as we changed our minds a few times on what exactly we wanted. They finished the project two weeks ahead of schedule.

  • ..EVERYTHING went well beyond our expectations !!
We brought Bruce and his team in to build a garage.   I provided him with the specifications and within 3 days, he presented me with plans, costs, and timelines.  We were more than pleased with the cost, so we had the team begin the work.
The job was progressing so well, that my wife began seriously considering DFW Renovations for additional work we had only talked about.  Once again, we conveyed our interest to fully enclose a patio and within days Bruce had a quote, cost, and estimated timeline.  This job required a special order 16' wide sliding door and glass wall.  The only time spent waiting was on the custom build of the materials.  Once the doors and windows arrived, the patio was finished within 48 hours.
We were so pleased with the work, as a whole, that we raved about it to our friends.  The neighbors across the street are now considering an expansion of their home and DFW renovations will likely get the job.
As an added note, throughout these projects we had a few changes/upgrades we wanted to perform.  DFW Renovations adapted to these adjustments without missing a step and in most cases required no change to cost, only a change in execution.  This is not a common reaction to change, as most contractors will charge for every little change or deviation from the original plans.  DFW Renovation Experts did not charge for many changes and this impressed us greatly.
I really don't have the time to provide more details of this positive experience other than to say, this has been the best homeowner/contractor experience  we have ever had.  Every expectation was met, within budget, and on time.
I did not know Bruce before the job, but I now consider him a friend I can trust.

  • Work was performed however the roof leaked for the first 6-8 months after it was built.  Each time I would call to report it, it would take several weeks for them to get out to look at it.  I gave up trying to get it fixed - still leaks when we have a hard rain.  Also, the windows and screens don't fit correctly (8 removable windows and screens).  Again, they were going to come look and see what could be done but never did.  Won't use them again.

  • Josh McLean is a wonderful, honorable Gentleman, with a good sense of humor, who is highly Customer-Service Focused, and who provides high quality work and excellent value. Give Josh and MTS Maintenance a call when you need repairs or remodeling; you'll be happy that you did!

  • We are extremely please with the work that was done. Jerry was very thorough and helpful with recommendations on what we wanted to do. The project took about two weeks and it went very smoothly-like clock work. Each person knew exactly what needed to be done and in which order. Everyone of his employees were extremely friendly and courteous. Yes, we plan to use Agape again on another project after the first of the year.

  • They were very punctual and came when they were supposed to. I wasn't real happy with the guy. He didn't leave me anything in writing as far as the quote. He didn't leave me any brochures to look at. He wasn't very informative about the whole thing. I told them to call me back in 30 days and they haven't called back. That's fine because I'm not going to use them anyway.

  • The job went great. The guy I worked with was very, very nice. His name was Jerry and he was the salesman. He was very knowledgeable and very easy to work with and understand. The crew first did demolition to take everything down and it was very neat and clean when I got home that night. They did a great job on rebuilding the back porch. I had a quote from another company that was $20,000.

  • The only detail we provided to three perspective bidders to build our fence and patio was the dimensions and the concept of extending the existing gabled roof over the window of the master bedroom with a roof to match the existing roof line and composition with a pergola adjacent to the covered patio. Mike Hook was the first to come to the house to provide the estimate. He was articulate, punctual professional and friendly. 78fence submitted the proposal in a timely fashion and the content of the proposal had good detail. They were the only bidders to actually submit a "formal" proposal and they effectively used email to answer all questions regarding the bid. As soon as they broke ground in June it began to rain. Just my luck, North Texas has years of drought and it rains on my job but the construction group prevailed and got the slab poured. Then I delayed the project for personal reasons. When I called Robert to delay the project he accepted the delay without question and set a new date to begin again. I tell this b/c normally a contractor will baulk and claim losses. 78 Fence was very understanding and professional regarding the delay. When the carpentry work began they worked hard but not so fast that they overlooked or cut corners. All the work that 78 did was of premium quality and workmanship. I am a retired mechanical engineer with 27 yrs of experience. I say this because I was on this job continuously. Each time the lead worker had a question he would stop and ask how I would like to have it done or he would contact Robert prior to proceeding. When I saw something I had a question about I would talked to Miguel (lead worker) and between Robert, Miguel and myself the answer would be arrived at and work would proceed. I felt the product that 78 Fence delivered and what I wanted was the same. It is good to work with people that respond to questions, have good ideas and want to give the customer the best product possible. No job that I have been associated with has ever gone without disagreements and this one was no different. We had a couple of different perspectives but each time we talked through them and arrived at solution that were technically sound and equitable. I asked for a couple of items that were not comprehended in the original scope of work. Miguel listened to my request then discussed with Robert and the work proceeded without delay. The cost of the add-ons seemed reasonably priced. I have been associated with other projects that the contractor would really stick it too you if you changed the work. 78fence did not do this Additionally, there were things that needed to be done that should have been part of the scope that were not included in the proposal and 78fence did the work the way it should have been done without additional cost to me. It was a pleasure working with them.
